Ahah.. Yeah. So...as the subforum and subject line suggest... I am in need of some advice.
To get things started, I have a sort of stalker. It's not bad enough for me to consider calling the police or to consider a restraining order or anything but it's definitely annoying.
The sort of stalker is a kid I knew when I went to church way way back and we first really had an encounter when he tried to light me on fire. No I'm not kidding. He really tried, like really hard. And of course I ran the heck away and hid behind my parents. After that for a few years I didn't see him and of course now he happens to go to the same community college as I do and is in my chemistry class. It's annoying because he stares at me all class (when he isn't sleeping and drooling on the lab table and when he isn't arguing with the teacher) and he has somehow found out which car I drive and has started parking ridiculously close to my car. At first I thought "oh well maybe he just parked here for a change today" and then the next time I went to class I parked in a different section and when I went out to my car his was right up against mine AGAIN. He doesn't actually confront me directly but I have a feeling it's working it's way up there. I don't really want to make a big deal out of it with my teachers or anything even though they tell us on a daily basis that if we are having trouble like that to inform someone.. I just don't know what to do or how I would handle it.
I have had some serious stalkers back in high school but at that point I had told my parents and they had talked to the high school director person about it and they wouldn't let the kid near me at all after that. I've also had an ex boyfriend turn into a jealous-violent stalker and my family and I handled that with law stuffles. But yeah. I don't know what to do. This guy definitely has some problem, serious problems I would be willing to bet money on.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how they think I should handle this situation?

I wouldn't be confident enough to do this, but I suggest confronting him yourself. Take control of the situation and let him know what he's doing is bothering you and if he does not stop you will get others involved - whether it be police or faculty.

Put on my "I don't take no s**t" face and go charging into battle! Though I'm afraid he's the type that if i were to confront his actions would only get worse and more confident. So I'm sort of torn.

Too bad we can't see the future. ; n; From what you wrote, it sounds as though he is getting worse with you not taking action against him. Taking that into consideration, if you don't confront him, he will likely just keep getting more creepy. If you do confront him, you have a chance at averting his creepiness. Just make sure you're willing to go through with whatever you say, otherwise he won't take you seriously. >.<

And....I trust my parents on that....my family is not one you want to ******** with. Seriously... xD

Plus, I'm terrified of planes. ._.
