Masami Naoko, report to the office immediately."
A couple of snickers could be heard from the back of the classroom. Whenever someone was called called on to go to the office, it usually meant that they were in trouble. But Naoko knew what they wanted her for already, they told her in advance that there would be a new student who would be rooming with her. She didn't mind, it was just a bit awkward to suddenly have to share your room with a stranger. The walk continued on in complete silence. The students within the classroom were too busy "studying" to notice her passing by. It wasn't exactly a short walk and it was starting to get awkward because of the silence.
Finally, she reached the enter entrance to the office. The room was large and spacious and had plenty of plush places to sit. It altogether a comfortable and adorable place to be. She scanned the room to find the new student. She only knew who she was looking for because of the picture she held between her fingertips. They knew that Naoko wouldn't be able to find her without it. At last, she spots the only girl dressed in normal clothes. She matched the picture, but it's better to be safe than sorry, so she triple-checked to make sure.
"Ah! You must be the new student-" she glanced back down at the paper. "Riisa...Okami?" she looked at her page a few more times before saying the name. It was embarrassing, but staring at her like an idiot wouldn't help any. To break the awkward silence, she continued to talk. "I'm your new roommate, Naoko Masami. I was told to come here and show you to our room and help you settle in. You don't actually have to start class today, though."

Riisa had been reading. She was used to being alone and books therefore had become her best friends. She didn't look up even though she had seen a pair of feet appear before her. She stood silently and waited for what was to come. Suddenly, after a moment of silence, the girl spoke up. "Riisa...Okami?" The girl asked. Riisa then closed her book rather loudly before looking up at the girl and nodding slightly. The girl told Riisa that her name was Naoko Masami. Masami then said that she was going to be her room-mate and was going to show Riisa her classroom. Riisa nodded again to show the Masami to continue, that she would fallow behind.

Naoko unlocked the door and led the other girl inside. She quickly ran through all of the important things and even the bookshelf and television. It only took a few minutes, so she pulled out her sketchbook for entertainment. After several minutes of scribbling, she came up with a good sketch of a dress she wanted to be made. Naoko looked at Riisa and smiled awkwardly. "Is there anything that... You would like to do?" she rubber the back of her neck and let out a long sigh. It was a bit awkward with someone else here for a change. She wanted to make this new person feel comfortable her, but didn't know how to come across it. This will definitely be... Interesting...

Riisa looked around. Then she spoke for the first time. "So, Masami-chan... which bunk is mine? I don't care either way." Riisa saw that the girl felt awkward and in an attempt to make things friendlier, she had skipped right over the "-san" portion of knowing someone and had gone strait to "-chan". Riisa knew that some would get angry, some wouldn't care, and some would get embarrassed. Riisa felt this a good way to analyze Masami's personality while trying to defuse the awkward.
Riisa stood still looking at the girl, who was in the uniform. "definitely going to need some changes to that uniform" Riisa thought to herself. Riisa had her semi-curly hair up in a pair of pigtails. Her hair was a dark blood-like red that, when on those rare occasions when she let it down, went to just below her shoulder-blades. Her outfit consisted of a t-shirt hidden under a black hoodie with zippers all over it, a pair of black with red trim shorts that went just above her mid-thigh with crisscrossing belts resting on her hips.

"Ch-chan?" she blushed (but it wasn't visibly noticeable) and squirmed a little. "Well... Okami-chan, I already took bottom bunk since I started school here. So top?" she nervously fixed her uniform before running a hand through dark burgundy hair. It was barely past shoulder length and hime bangs framed her face at about chin length. She also forgot to take her reading glasses off from class, so they so she found herself pushing her glasses back up so they didn't fall off. The uniform consisted of a blue and white sailor school uniform with the stereotypical red bow/ribbon.
"There's no point in changing. Actually, I'm going to change into normal clothes." a sailor dress with a few skulls on things such as a pocket and her skull earring with a cross. She pulled out a pair of navy blue knee-high socks and some black shoes. She liked it because it had a slight resemblance to gothic lolita, but she hadn't gotten around to gettng the real stuff yet. She watched the other girl and hoped to find something out.

Riisa looked at her and lamely replied "cool" before climbing the latter to her bunk. She proceeded to make a pile of blankets in one corner of the bed and a pile of pillows in the other, making her bed look like a mess. "Muuuuch better", she said mainly to herself. "Now it looks like I've been here awhile! Right, Masami-chan?"
Riisa was putting all of her stuff away and tossing her countless number of stuffed animals onto her bed. "So, hey. Is there any of those public bath houses near here? I simply love those."Riisa asked with out looking back at Masami-chan. When she came out of the bathroom, for she'd been putting her tooth brush away, Riisa looked directly at Masami-chan curious and said "hn? Is there Masami-Chan?"

"It does and yes, I'll even take you there when it's a bit later. Until then, how about I show you around the campus? There might be something you're interested in seeing." there was actually quote a few things on campus, kind of like a separate city. It had a library, places to eat, a park, a shopping center, and even a small theatre. It was a really nice school, one of the best. "Personally, my favorite place here is the anime cosplay cafe. It's really interesting." she said absently while shift lung her weight from one foot to the other over and over again. She still couldn't quite get over the 'chan' thing, she got all awkward when people got personal. Especially so quickly.
She picked up one of her skellanimals that somehow fell under the bed and placed it back with the rest. She looked at her new roommate's bed with slight interest. So they both liked stuffed animals? (Although Naoko preferred 'plushies' to stuffed animals. What else would the two have in common? Oh, the love of the sacred bath house. At first Naoko was embarrassed by them, but quickly grew to love them. Many good conversations happened at these places. So many good moments... "Is there anywhere you'd like to go?"

Riisa got really excited. "A cafe!? Amazing!" Yet another thing Riisa loved- food. "Let's go there! Hey, do they allow people to draw pictures that they'll hang up later!?" Riisa's stomach growled at the mere thought of food, she was starving! Riisa was practically jumping up and down on the spot like a little kid, she was so excited and she just couldn't help it!

"Yes, actually. If they're really good, you can win a free drink as well as a purikura photo- which is also free. They have a booth here, I was surprised at first." Naoko grinned at her and began tugging at the tops of her socks.

Riisa realized how she had been acting and quickly composed herself. Riisa coughs into her fist. "Ah-hem. Sounds good. I'm ready to go when you are." Riisa quickly turned her back to Masami-chan. Waiting for her to finish up.
