So lately my life has been extremely stressful. With workload from college && taking care of my grandfather in-between classes && studying my a** off.. When I get a spare moment I tend to just flop over in a corner and cry a little haha xD Not really. Okay maybe a little. So I was just wondering if you lovely ladies had any suggestions on what I could do to relax a little when I do have time to do so. Usually I listen to my favorite music or play video games but I haven't even had the energy to do that lately.

When I'm really stresses I take bubble baths because it reminds me of the good ol days when none of this responsibility was put on me. I don't know if it'll work for you, but it works for me. Or even reading one of the old Dr. Seuss books, or just a good book in general.

So I was just wondering if you lovely ladies had any suggestions on what I could do to relax a little when I do have time to do so. Usually I listen to my favorite music or play video games but I haven't even had the energy to do that lately. Having such a variety of medical crap, if been taught many an exercise to empty my head of stress, thoughts, etc. The easiest one is the good ol fashioned sitting in a quiet room, sitting or lying down as long as your cozy, closing your eyes, breathing in through your nose into your belly, hold for a few seconds, not to the point of discomfort, then exhale via your mouth. If you're stuffy, you can breathe in per your mouth, but it's recommended via your nose first.
There's also just getting down on the floor and stretching your your muscles. I find that therapeutic because I have to listen to my body, know which muscle is tight and stretch until it's no longer tight.
You did say one thing though, video games. Distraction is brilliant at relieving stress levels, and releasing some anger that pent up. Also, that good ol method of releasing pent up, let's say energy, in the shower or bath. You sleep better, feel better, and almost see the world in a new light.
Wink wink.
