She needed to get her mind off hunting. Or her lack of skills at hunting. Kakra decided she would roam the grounds today. The furthest thing from hunting she could think of. With so many lions around there wouldn't be anything to hunt. There was several groups of lions laying around that she could have stopped at, but she kept walking.
The tawny lioness paused when she spotted a group of younger lions. These wouldn't be expected to have anything to do with hunting. She settled herself nearby and watched the antics of the young lions.

magnadearel heheh that's alright most of my replies will likely be short º∆º She was a little further from the group, and Usiku giggled loudly, she was, again, chasing all the little creatures because she didn't really have a lot of friends. It seemed they all grew up too fast. She was definitely un-aware of her surroundings and who was where. She caught the butterfly in her paws, giggling as she hit the ground with a *thump!* Usiku let it go, running after it once again

A giggle caught her attention. Kakra looked around for the source. She was surprised to see a young female playing by herself. The tawny lioness watched for awhile as the female seemed wrapped up in her playing. Finally she cleared her throat gently.
"Hello there young one. Enjoying your games today?"

magnadearel so sorry for the late reply ^^;; Usiku jumped slightly at the voice that greeted her, and she giggled a little nervously, looking up at her and nodding quickly "Uh huh!" She gave her another giggle, smiling a little as well.

Kakra smiled back, reassuringly. She didn't know this cub, so this meeting was a bit awkward. "Don't be afraid." Her eyes followed the released butterfly. She wasn't sure what to say now. Can I join your games? or What are you doing today? It sounded silly. She turned back to the cub knowing what she'd say now. "Do you mind if I ask, why are you playing alone?"

"Oh, um, well I'm not very social and I prefer being alone most of the time" She smirked up at the lioness. She seemed nice enough, so it was likeliy fine to be speaking with her, right? "So um, what's your name?"

She considered the cub's response. "Have the other cubs been mean to you?" Kakra figured there had to be a reason why she preferred being alone. "I'm Kakra, what's yours? Do you mind talking with me?" She didn't have many friends here yet, and it was rather awkward trying to mingle with the lionesses.

"Oh! N-no, nothing like that, i'm just not very good at making friends yet I guess." She smiled at her name and nodded "I don't mind, my names Usiku. I'll admit it probably wasn't all that creative of my mother, but oh well!"

She could understand where the cub was coming from. So many times it felt like she didn't belong here. Kakra felt like she didn't or couldn't understand where these other lionesses were coming from. Her pampered background had something to do with that, of course. Skills they took for granted here were dismal in her. The lioness drew her attention back to the cub.
"It's nice to meet you Usiku. A name doesn't have to be creative to be good. It's still yours. I think it's a lovely name." Kakra considered the cub's difficulty. "I'm having trouble making friends too. Would you like to be my friend?"
