5. WHEN GIVING CRITICISM, IT MUST BE CONSTRUCTIVE. This is VERY important to this guild - TWO STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT. If you don't like something, say why, and give constructive reasoning. We are here to learn from each other and sharpen our skills and understanding of the written word.
