Yumi held her small knife as she followed Roxas into the house and looked around. "This is a big house." She said as she carefully put her small pocket knife away in her bag. "It's much safer here than outside." She said as she blindly waked into the wall and rubbed her nose. "oops" She said blushing in embarrassment.

Roxas asked finding a little candle on a plate and walked over to her You should be more careful, we don't want to attract attention now do we he said as he saw one match and used it and lit the candle, he placed the candle on the floor making it somewhat like a campfire but smaller Thats better now at least we can see he said as he set his little backpack down and looked through it pulling out a plastic bag with a little water inside and two apples, he took out one apple then looked over to Yumi and help the bag out to her Want some? My treat he asked holding one apple in his hand and holding the bag out to Yumi
Yumi nodded when Roxas asked if she was alright "Ya i'm fine and I'll be more careful." She said as the room got brighter thanks to the lighted candle. She was glad to be able to see once again and looked around the room when Roxas offered her some food. "Thank you." She said as she took the apple and bit into it. Yumi started munching on the apple hungrily since she always loved fruits. "Will we start traveling again in the morning?" She asked as she continued to eat the apple.

============================================================ Taking a bite from his apple Roxas smiled to see Yumi begin eating, he knew he only had t apples left but he could just buy more food. Hearing Yumi's question about traveling he looked up getting a better view of her face, her crimson eyes looked as they were brighter do to the candle flame Most likely but I wouldn't mind staying in a place like this if I had stocked up on supplies he said taking another bite of his apple and gave Yumi a smile
An idea popped into Yumi's head as Roxas said that threy could stay here if they had proper supplies. "Why not? We could see if we can find a town that we could reach to gather some supplies!" She said excited as she finished the apple. It sounded like a perfect plan to her since the house didn't look so bad. She decided to sit down on the ground next to Roxas as she looked at the seeds that were in the apple core and tried digging them out. "We could plant these. My mom will tell me that before she had me the place where she originally lived grew crops!" Yumi said grinning getting more excited.

============================================================ While eating his apple his eyes looked at Yumi as she seemed to like the ideas of them living their, he agreed with her idea of getting supplies and then coming back. When she went to sit next to him he turned his head to where she sat havering the apple in his mouth when Yumi gave the idea of planting apples Brendon wondered would it take long to grow an apple tree? But he didn't care for that right now finishing his apple he stretched out his arms and looked back at the candle flame having his arms hold him up as he laid back Could we really start from this place? he said havering a focused look on his face
"We could try!" Yumi said as she finally picked out the last bit of the seeds from the core "My apple had six seeds in it what about yours?" Yumi asked curious since the more they could gather the more they could plant but she wasn't sure how long it took for apples to grow since her mother never told her how long it took for the seed to grow. She looked at Roxas who was in deep thought.

============================================================ Roxas looking at his apple which was finished except its core and began counting the seeds he pulled out 4 and then realized that apples grew on trees, it's not that he was dumb or anything he just hasn't seen a tree in a while and the thought of growing some would probably take forever. He looked over to Yumi who looked looked at him and put the seeds in her hand We will plant them tomorrow so hold on to them alright? Roxas said looking at Yumi
Yumi took the seeds Roxas gave her and added them to the six she had making it ten apple seeds. "We'll learn how to grow them and if we are lucky we can find more seeds! I won't lose them I promise!" Yumi said happily as she grew hopeful. She knew that it would be hard to grow apple trees and god knows how long they take to grow but things were looking up. "Should we still gather some food and meterials since I imagine that it takes a while to grow a tree..." She asked as she pointed to her bag. "I can give you all my bottle caps." Her crimson eyes were hopefull since the people she were with would always tell her to shut up and stay back. She felt safe with him like when she was with her mother.

============================================================ Roxas put his hand on Yumi's head and smiled at her enthusiasm Alright Yumi my trust is in you he said removing his hand and turning his head towards the candle again feeling its warmth give out. When Yumi suggested she give him all her bottle caps he shook his head in disagreement No we should both carry some money, you never know when well get robhe said in a calm voice but he didn't want to worry Yumi so he moved his hand onto hers so she wouldn't think too much about what he said before
Yumi smiled as Roxas ruffled her hair happy that he trusted her. She stared at the flame memorized by the flame as she held Roxas's hand. "Should we start exploring the house?" She asked tilting her head to the side as her grip tightened around his hand she started to wonder when the candle will go out.
