The water color change, from green to orange
Hold a dusk butterfly, waiting for the time come
Struggling, the dusk butterfly trying to free it’s wings
Trying to go before the grey cloudy night come

Ripping garments of defeat, the butterfly trying to be free
Cut the water strands, trying to set themself free
Don’t care about how strong the pool of water grasp, like a mantis
Defend theirself from tranquil which try to make them sleep evermore

Originally, I write this in my country language. Below's the original version. mrgreen

Kisah sang Kupu-kupu Senja

Warna air telah berubah, dari hijau menjadi jingga
Membalut seekor kupu-kupu senja, menunggu datangnya waktu
Memberontak, sang kupu-kupu senja berusaha melepaskan sayapnya
Berusaha pergi sebelum datang sang malam berawan kelabu

Merobek kain-kain kekalahan, sang kupu-kupu mencoba lepas
Memotong benang-benang air, mencoba membebaskan dirinya
Tak peduli seberapa kuat genangan mencengkeram, layaknya seekor matis
Mempertahankan diri dari senyap yang mencoba melenakannya untuk selamanya

I like both versions, but I'm getting more 'feel' from the original language version. XD

I like many kinds of poems, especially funny ones or happy ones. Sad poems are also good to read.
