This rhino is one of the toughest creatures a huntsman or huntress will ever face even with a team. With its size comes great physical power along with it allowing it to smash through just about anything that gets in its path. Its main form of attack is a charge that stampedes over everything. Some how if you avoid getting trampled or impaled then your still far from safe. It even has the ability to dig up chucks of earth with its horn and fling them at its prey giving it ranged attacks. Still not scary enough? I did forget to mention that this monster is armor plated at literally every inch of its body. The armor is very thick making it extremely heavy. Every step it takes causes the earth to quake. This beast is nearly indestructible, unstoppable, and very much a threat.

Though like all creatures it does have its weakness. It being heavily armored makes it seem like a charging fortress. Every fortress can crumble this one being no exception. When the beast continuously attacks it builds up heat at a rapid rate. If it gets too hot it wont be able to function. Though it as a way to release the build up. Several of its armor plates can move apart allowing the heat to be expended as steam. This is how the grimm cools itself off if there is no large body of water present. Once its done cooling the armor plates close back up tight and it is ready to fight again. Striking the open vents, or somehow managing to hit its mouth when it opens up.
Of course there are other ways in dealing with this creature using the environment to your advantage but those are very rare circumstances

Noche Prowler

Noche Prowlers are a rarely seen grimm. They resemble jaguar's in both appearance and body structure. The most accurate representation of these creatures would be a black panther. Unlike most grimm these cats are do not have any armor nor white plating. Instead there bodies are for the most part jet black. However these creatures still hold the signature glow of the red markings, yet they are few mostly being around the face. Due to their appearance they blend in almost seemingly in dark environments. The reason why these are rarely seen is because these grimm are solely night hunters. Thus is where their name comes from. Noche Prowlers act on stealth more then anything. They are quiet, patient, and intelligent. They are known to always attack from behind and go for a one hit kill. Equipped with razor sharp teeth and speedy reflexes its hard to combat if caught off guard. Noche Prowlers are notorious for bringing an end to inexperienced or lone hunters/huntresses. Another factor about these cats is their tendency to hunt alone. Only on rare occasions do they hunt in a pair.

If you are traveling within a group you have little to worry about from Noche Prowlers. Still there is plenty of room for concern. The cats are picky about their targets, preferring to attack lone targets. Due to this nature they will not engage right away. Instead they will stalk and study their prey tell they get an opportunity to strike. If enough time passes however and no such time arises then they will leave for easier prey. Somehow if they attack and it fails the cats will then flee most likely. Though elder Prowlers have been known into locking their prey into a false sense of security by pretending to give up. The only way these grimm will fight head on is if they become cornered. If that happens then be cautious of the razor fangs and claws. Accompanied with the speed and reflexes it will try to end fights quickly. However due to it having no armor it is known to go down relatively quick if struck.

As the name implies, these are said to be some of the oldest, and deadliest, of Grimm. Deadliest is a little subjective, considering that they always manage to at least draw blood before falling to a tough fight. They are a breed of Grimm that has been said to be extinct, but there are times when hunters prove that theory wrong. They are like a reptilian creature that walks on two, strong legs. Both feet hold a large, sharp claw, made for ripping and traction when running. Their mouths hold a line of razor sharp teeth which could make a nasty wound if you give it a chance to bite you. And then there is the tail: long, slender, and can smack the lights out of you with a well given swing.

Their speed is said to be unmatched, so it is almost useless to outrun them. Along with the fact that recent reports suggest that they usually travel in small packs of up to 3. They are very tactile hunters and very efficient, but all is not lost. Due to there lack of major natural weaponry, they can fall pretty easily... if you can land a hit. A few words of advice from the notes of Professor Noctis: Try not to turn your back on them, aim low, and whatever you do don't stop moving; they take the slightest hesitation as an opening. Also, on a side note... they tend to be attracted to shiny things for some odd reason...

Brutus

The Brutus looks like a bulldog with bone plating on it's hind legs and around it's neck which looks like a collar. The Brutus is a fast creature, with the ability to sniff out anyone even those who are hiding or cloaking themselves with invisibility. A Brutus are about the size of a house, they are tough and can brush of most attacks like an Ursa can. It takes a while for a Brutus to actually go down. A Brutus's young are wild, they can be surprising to Hunters and Huntresses. They can either be hostile or friendly, most are very hostile due to the fact that you are near it's home. A Brutus youngling is as big as a horse, the can be ridden temporarily if a Hunter or Huntresses manages to soothe it. But no Brutus can be tamed, they are never friendly. They can appear to be passive to a passing Hunter or Huntress but the appearance can fool you.

Ps. I would love for people to help add more to this one!

Carcharodons
Credit of image to Deviant artist Mizers (Credit to HealingAssass1n for description and idea)

Not all Grimm are land based, Carcharodons are water dwelling shadows. They swim and usually make territory around ship wrecks at the bottom of the ocean and prey upon sad souls from ships they cause to sink on there own accords. Their dark backs allow them to be hard to spot under the dark watery surface, their small white shells dont seem to be noticed since their always in motion where they might just seem light glares from the sun on the watery surface. They can survive for years, swimming for decades but very few can grow larger unless it feeds on sadness from the prey (human and faunis) that happen to fall into its territory.

There are two types of Carcharodons, Black Deaths and then there are the rare Megalodons. Megalodons, similar to the land goliaths, they have lived for long periods of time, but they have grown due to the large amounts of negative feelings its absorbed from all the prey its eaten. Megalodons are rarely seen but one was spotted to be 45ft long, circling below an airship full of wounded civilians. The Carcharodons have little to no armor so if you can hit it with an attack, it should kill it but its hard to hit.
