___The Dokueki Way:
The Dokueki Clan are a long and forgotten Clan that developed a strange bond with snakes. Long before Manda was the King of Snakes, this very Clan signed a blood oath that would bond the two together in order to protect one another. Those of the clan have historically been ill tempered and commonly take on the features of snakes, most commonly their eyes and tongue. Due to their less than compatible nature, their kind violently would turn on their own. This lead to the near extinction of the clan. In recent years, they have been flourishing in the once abandoned Land of Fire, hoping to be left to their own.

___Traits:
• Members may have serpent like eyes, tongues, skin, ect.
• Gain a slight increase to reflex per body rank, starting at E Rank.
• Have an immunity to Tier One Poisons.
• The user's snakes are able to apply Tier 1 Poisons E-C Rank, Tier 2 Poisons B-A Rank and Tier 3 Poisons at S-S+
• Snakes from any technique are capable of biting the target.
• If the user has a second immunity to a Tier One Poison, the user is resistant to Tier 2, reducing the reductions to their DR to a single DR and reducing their resource loss by 10.

___Optional PAs:
Venomous Blood: The user's venom is naturally more potent than most. The clansman's poison applications are sustained for an additional post per rank.
Snake Charmer: The attacks belonging to Snake Summons under the user's control have the overwhelming property applied to them.
Sinister Lineage The clan member gains 100 chakra or stamina and 10 technique slots or 1 style.

___Techniques:
Eyes of the Snake
Rank: E
Description: The user channels chakra into their eyes. This technique is used passively after it's activation and allows the user to replace their normal sight with thermal vision. This allows the user to see everything they normally would through bright hues that signify body heat. This ability can be used through walls within fifteen feet of themselves. This sight does not qualify as Dojutsu when interacting with blindness effects.

Agent of the Serpent
Rank: D
Description: The user is able to summon a snake to their side, relaying information to it. This snake is able to travel to the topic the recipient of the information is located in. The snake will not share the information with anyone who the user has not given the snake permission to speak to. The snake vanishes after it relays its message.

Snake Clone
Rank: D
Description: To activate the jutsu the user preforms a hand sign, forming a clone instantly that is composed of snakes. The clone is unable to preform ninjutsu of any kind and is extremely flexible, able to contort its body in odd manners as though it has no bone structure. The clone is able to physically endure four strikes before erupting into twenty three foot snakes. The user may apply an additional application of stamina at the rank of the target's body rank. This allows the snakes to bind the target and require stamina be paid equal to their own body rank to free themselves.

Snake Substitution
Rank: X | Augment
Description: The user performs the substitution technique. However, the user is able to leave behind a mass of fifteen snakes in their place that strike out at the target in order to poison them.

Snake's Authority Technique
Rank: X
Description: The user extends their arm, creating three small snakes from the flesh of their arm per rank of the technique. The snakes quickly slither out from the sleeves of the user and launch themselves through the air at the target. These snakes may alternatively be released on the ground and remain actively pursuing the target at a speed equal to the technique's rank for two posts per rank of the technique. Upon reaching a target, they clamp down on the target and inject them with a paralytic poison. This utilizes a Tiered Paralysis status on the target and does not apply poison. Applied effect is equal to the restrictions of poison for this clan.

Basilisk's Venom

Description: The clan member channels chakra through their mouth and generates venom out of their saliva. The user may spit the venom directly at the target and infect them through open wounds, mouth or eyes within five feet per rank of the technique. Adding to it's poisonous nature, when interacting with flesh and physical objects ( including solid ninjutsu ) it carries a corrosive nature that allows it to eat through those objects up to it's rank and potency. Alternatively, the user may apply it to a bladed weapon of the user's choice, allowing it to be introduced to the bloodstream in that manner.

Serpent's Reach

Description: Through chakra flow, the chakra within the user's body will start to infuse with the skin and muscles. This chakra coats both the ins and outs of the user, causing their internal organs no harm once the member's body winds and stretches like a snake. The body can twist and bend without any harm being done to it. The user will be able to move as if they have no bones and their body would appear as if it were a muscle. This technique allows each limb to stretch five feet per rank of the technique. This may not effect more than two limbs at once with a single activation of the technique.

Hidden Shadow Snake Hand

Official Description: The user channels chakra into their arm, transforming it into a snakes head that replaces their hand and allows the snake's body to extend up to twenty feet from the user's body. This snake is able to remain active for four posts while it attempts to bite the target. The user may release this snake from their body, making it independent for the remainder of it's active posts. The snake in this manner receives a single activation per it's remaining posts and has a B Rank body.

Myriad of Snakes
Rank: X
Official Description: The user opens their mouth, expelling five snakes per rank of the technique. These snakes remain active for a single post per rank of the technique and have a single activaiton, allowing one use of this technique to be active at once. The snakes collectively have a body rank equal to the rank of the technique and can be defeated by techniques of equal rank and potency.

Shedding Skin
Rank: B-S+
Official Description: The user channels chakra throughout their body after suffering a wound that would seriously damage them or mortally wound them. By paying a minimum of a B Ranked amount of chakra and no less than the rank of the technique the user was affected by can the user shed their skin, healing themselves of all wounds their body had inflicted upon them. This technique has a cool down of three posts.

Serpentine Blood Oath
Rank: S+ | Training
Description: The clan's deep connection to the snake species allow them to naturally be gifted with the ability to summon snakes. Without traveling to the Sagelands, the clansmen must only meditate for ten posts while focusing on their bond with snakes. Upon completion the clan has full access to the summoning contracts of the snakes. The clan members to not require a slot upon the contract listing for snakes unless they attain Sage Mode.

Serpent's Den
Rank: S
Official Description: The user bites the target, creating a seal upon the location of the bite. The user is able to inject their DNA through the bite. Should the user 'die' or make it appear that they have done so this technique's effect is triggered. The user's presence is masked completely, even to Dojutsu and sensory class. The user may emerge from the target at any given time, remaining hidden until wishing to be revealed.

Background
___ The clan known as Seishikan came into existence sometime predating the second shinobi war. Originating from the individuals that had lost someone dear to them during the war, the users began to see the ghosts of their loved ones. Gradually as the shinobi began to have more common encounters with their lost loved ones their atunement to the supernatural began to advance at a surprisingly rapid rate. This rapid advancement soon yeilded the fact the spirits could effect the physical world. The spiritually adept ninja began to study methods to harness the spirits and wield them in combat.


Regulations

○ Clan Members may freely speak to ghosts, including dead RPC and NPC.
○ Clan members may not use dead RPC and NPC to learn jutsu that shinobi once knew.
○ Souls must be collected before combat to be utilized and must come from actual RPC and NPC.
○ Souls are intangible and may only make contact with other beings that contain a soul. [ RPC, NPC, Summons, Pets, ect ]
○ When souls are used for techniques they appear distorted to non clan members, but are still unable to be seen clearly.

The user creates a seal on a piece of jewelry or gem. The object the seal is placed upon acts as an anchor to souls of RPC and NPC. To obtain the soul, the user must be in the same topic as the NPC or RPC that has died and cannot have been claimed by another Seishikan member or soul snaring ability. Creating the seal costs chakra, once the user makes contact with the soul it is bound to the user for no additional cost.

By projecting their will through chakra, the Seishikan is able to silently command his spirits to do their bidding.The level of chakra implemented controls the duration that the spirits are controlled as well as the total number of spirits commanded from a single use. This technique is required for all other techniques within the Seishikan clan. If the duration of the link between a spirit and the user ends while a jutsu using that spirit is active the spirit is absolved from use and passes on, permanently releasing itself from the user's grasp.

The user wills a minimum of [1] spirit to form a spectral weapon in the user's hand. This spectral weapon is able to phase through objects and substances that do not poses a soul. The size of the weapon varies on the total number of souls the user combines to create the weapon.

• 2 Spirit: Maximum of 4 foot weapon.
• 3 Spirit: Maximum of 6 foot weapon.

The user wills a minimum of [1] spirit to create a circular, rounded shield before the user's fingertips when extended.The shield expands in conjunction with the total number of souls the user combines to create the shield. The technique only defends against a tangible substance containing a should unless the user applies chakra equivalent to the attack defending.

• 2 Spirits: 6 square feet.
• 3 Spirits: 9 square feet.
• 4 Spirits: 12 square feet.

The user wills a minimum of [1] spirit to mold itself into a compact ball as the user concentrates chakra at their finger tip and uses it to propel the spirit with an explosive force towards the foe, vaporizing the chakra after launching the spirit. The spirit is able to phase through substances without a soul. When making contact with a being with a soul, the spirit shot out pass through the target, robbing them of 5 chakra and 5 stamina then pass out the back of the target. The spirit returns to the Seishikan member and transfers the robbed energies to the user and is then released from the Ghost link technique.
• No more than 10 Spirits may be used with one use of this technique.

The user wills 5 of their spirits to merge into a giant soul. The soul is then augmented by the user's chakra, creating an elemental atronarch of whatever element the user's chakra is able to produce chakra for. The atronarch gains tangibility and an elemental offensive nature at the cost of the soul in control at the end of the technique permanently.
• Fire Chakra: Burns on contact while flames sparatically shoot up to a foot off the atronarch at random.
• Water Chakra: Able to reduce itself into a free moving liquid for one post then returns to its humanoid shape.
• Earth Chakra: Giant stone body, extremely durable with dense stone blades on the arms.
• Wind Chakra: Capable of knocking foe back up to 20 feet with a swing of the arms.
• Lightning Chakra: Capable of becoming lightning itself, passing through the foe similar to the Lightning Transformation technique.

The user wills a minimum of 3 souls to enter their body. By doing so the user becomes temporarily intangible to all physical objects and chakra based attacks up to C rank. Each additional spirit increases the maximum rank the user can phase through. For each spirit inside the user they are drained 5 chakra and 5 stamina per post. Should Ghost Link end while the user is intangible they will instantly become tangible again.

The user wills a single spirit to surround the user as a thin veil that obstructs the user from sight for 2 posts. The spirit cannot move from the location it veils itself in due to the thin nature of its composition, The user moving from the location would force the spirit to dispel the technique.


➥ΉV ]NAME: Ghastly Reach | RANK: D | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Chakra Flow
The user wills a single spirit to mold itself into a large hand when combined with chakra. The hand is able to grasp all tangible objects and beings. The technique is destroyed by an equal ranking or greater jutsu on direct contract. Due to being mixed with chakra, the ghost is forced to separate the Ghost link to the user after 2 posts, prematurely.


➥ΉV ]NAME: Ethereal King | RANK: A | COST: N/A | ACTIVATION: N/A
The user wills a minimum of [5] souls to create a towering twenty foot spirit armed with a claymore that runs the length of its own body. Due to its dense spiritual nature, even non clan members are able to see this spirit but as nothing more than a translucent distortion and are able to be effected by chakra based techniques.The Ethereal King possesses the same strength and speed as the user at the time of activation. The Ethereal King is able to use any number of the Seishikan's techniques so long as the Ethereal King retains a 5 soul base. The Ethereal King is dispelled back to its original 5 souls if it is met with a jutsu of greater strength than itself.


➥ΉV ]NAME: Soul Transmutation | RANK: S | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Set-up
The user creates an elaborate seal on a vessel created by a member of the [ insert necromancy clan name here ] or another souless vessel in good physical condition. The user also creates a smaller, coin sized seal on the soul to be transmuted over the center of their chest. Can also be placed on themselves. When the one who possesses the small seal dies, their soul is drawn to the vessel like a magnet and fuses with the new body. All techniques that are not bloodline or specific to an elemental attunement may be transferred to the new body. If the new host had any knowledge of techniques or information it is retained within the body and learned by the user.


➥ΉV ]NAME: Avatar of the Reaper | RANK: S+ | COST:N/A | ACTIVATION: N/A
By sacrificing 15 souls after making an elaborate seal over the user's entire body they are granted a temporary fusion with the Shinigami. The user's body transforms, taking on reaper like qualities. The user stands 12 feet tall at the end of the transformation with white hair and horns and glares out with demonic looking eyes and ghastly skin. While in this form the user is able to tear the soul out of their foe if they are able to plunge a hand through the target's chest. The user then devours the soul of the foe, retaining it in their stomach until the technique ends. For Each post the user retains the technique they are drained 10 chakra and 10 stamina per post. If this technique is ended prematurely for any reason the Reapers action of separating from the user will tear the soul from the body and be unable to return to that vessel.

Background
___The Iyoku Clan is one of the founding noble families in Kumogakure. The Clan itself was said to be descendants of the Senju Clan who possessed Advanced Elements bloodline and even further back to the flames of the Nekomata who is said that the founder of the Clan received "Blessed Flames" and with it powerful versatility and Ambition. Because their clan possessed the Seven Sky Flames or "Flame Rainbow," the Iyoku excelled at being able to anticipate and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Silent Typhoon Org, which would incorporate the Iyoku clan symbol into their official logo.

___Flame Rainbow is a bloodline inheritance limit of the Iyoku Clan. The Iyoku are said to be descendants of the Nekomata, with its Flame changing into the Flame Rainbow over time. This Ryujutsu (Elemental Manipulation Skill) gives one the ability to Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Eiseijutsu depending on your Flame. As such, the clan member can gains a distinctive Flame depending on their personality having them specialize in a certain category of fighting. However the clan member cannot obtain more than one Flame since each Flame is unique to every clan member. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

Flame Categories

Sky Flame
Among the Seven Flames, the Sky Flame can be considered the most dangerous. When the user preforms a technique imbued with the sky flame the fire appears orange. Once the flame makes contact with any kind of substance, be it solid, liquid, or gas, the fire spreads all over the surface and consumes whatever it touches. Fire is the only exception to this fact, as the Sky Flame cannot eat or absorb another flame.

Storm Flame
The storm flame possesses the ability to break down physical objects and techniques that are the same rank or lower than the user's technique imbued with the Storm Flame, however it does not work on custom weapons. When a technique is imbued with the storm flame it becomes a dark red color.

Rain Flame

The Rain Flame causes the user's techniques to become blue when imbued with this chakra and possesses the ability to drain the physicality of their opponent.While imbued with the Rain Flame, any fire technique that comes into contact with an enemy will drain the target of their speed by -0.45 per level of chakra the technique is applied to atop its already existing effects.

Sun Flame
The Sun flame is a vibrant yellow in appearance. The sun flame is capable of either damaging an opponent as any fire technique would do or to be cast on an ally. When cast on an allied target, the Sun flame is capable of burning around them, healing any injuries they have received and granting them a .45 strength boost for their next three posts. If another shinobi is burned by these flames while using a medical technique their own medical chakra is used as fuel for the technique's fire which damages the target and prevents healing.

Lightning Flame
When the Lightning Flame is imbued into a fire technique it takes on one of two special properties. The flame will either become solid, losing its properties of fire while still traveling in the same method as its original technique states or the flame will cause electrocution instead of burns. Any foe hit with the electrically enhanced technique will be paralyzed for one post per rank of the technique used.

Cloud Flame
When a technique is imbued with the Cloud Flame it becomes purple. The purple flames have the ability to absorb any other fire release based techniques it comes in contact with and adds the chakra within to its own power. The technique absorbed must be one rank above or below the user's technique. If the Cloud Flame overtakes another fire technique, within the previously mentioned specifications, it can grow bigger, split into two, or raise the rank of the technique used.

Mist Flame
The user's fire based techniques appear grey when imbued with the Mist Flame. The Mist flame allows the user to change the activation type of their genjutsu to a trigger. Once the target is touched by the Mist Flame they are subjective to the genjutsu of the clan member. If the user does not have a genjutsu technique to cast in this manner a generic genjutsu is created that causes the target to believe they are set ablaze in an inferno for one post per rank of the technique the Mist Flame is applied to..

The user is able to channel a specific unique trait of their bloodline into each and every fire natured technique they have ever learned. They can be turned off and on by the user before the technique is used, but not once the technique is already in use.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Hyper Propulsion | RANK: C | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Hand Seals
After the performance of three hand signs, the user will expel flames from their mouth, hands or feet to launch and propel them self through the air. The flames can only be sustained for four posts before the technique cuts off and must be paid again. While in this state, the user cannot perform another technique or else the flames will immediately stop.
Can be used with any of the seven flames as if normal fire

➥ΉV ]NAME: Burning Pillar | RANK: C | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical
The user slams their hands onto the ground. Once both are touching the ground, the user can create a pillar of fire which constantly rages towards the sky with a height of thirty feet and a radius of ten feet around the users body or surrounding a target within 25 feet of the user. This technique can keep out an opponent or keep one sealed in. The wall of flames also repel any technique of the same rank or lower unless a water technique of the same rank or higher is used.
Can be used with any of the seven flames as if normal fire

➥ΉV ]NAME: Sacred Fireball | RANK: C | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Hand Sign
Performing two hand signs, the user will inhale deeply and expel a fireball of their own unique flame. Depending on which flame the user possesses, the technique will differ on contact and how it affects whatever was targeted.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Flame Stream | RANK: B | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Hand Sign
The user preforms three hand signs while inhaling, then upon exhale they will expel thirty fireballs that are the size of tennis balls. The fireballs scatter out in a cone shape when traveling and have a maximum range of fifty feet.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Hero's Roar | RANK: B | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Hand Seals
The user will perform three hand signs and then exhale a stream of flames from their mouth that extends fifty feet in length and after leaving the mouth widens to a foot in diameter. Depending on the flame used, the technique will change; however, this technique can be used like a regular fire technique, but cannot be changed during usage.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Zero Point Breakthrough: First Edition | RANK: A | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Chakra Flow
A technique where the user remains perfectly still and reverses their usage of chakra to freeze any fire than comes into contact with their body. The opponent cannot be frozen by this technique, only their fire. If the technique used is stronger than Zero Point Breakthrough: First Edition, then the fire will not freeze.
Can be used with any of the seven flames as if normal fire
Cannot be enhanced by the flame abilities

➥ΉV ]NAME: Zero Point Breakthrough: Revised | RANK: Null | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Chakra Flow
A technique where the user remains stationary and releases fire from their body in the form of a thin aura at the exact moment another fire technique makes contact with their body. Once the fire technique makes contact with the expelled fire of the user, they not only absorb the fire used against them, but gain all of the chakra from the technique. The fire technique absorbed.
User must be able to use the rank of technique they absorb.

Background
___ The Hakari clan flourished hundreds of years ago in the land of waves. Said to be descendants of the Sage of Six Path's himself, the clan possessed a kekkei genkai closely resembling the Deva Path's ability of advanced gravity manipulation. Their fearsome gravity manipulation techniques made them the prideful weapon of the land hidden in the waterfall. Their number rapidly increased as the village began to arrange marriages in order to mass produce the birth rate of their favorite human weapons. Eventually the Hakari descended from honored shinobi class to something akin to cattle. Being bred for power and sheer numbers. With time their loyalty to their village completely diminished with their pride. The purest Hakari members who held the highest skill formed an ambush on the leader of their village, naming the operation "Lunar Tide". The band of Hakari stood at the shore line of the nation and began to massively amplify the gravitational effects of the moon on the tides. The power of hundreds of Hakari members at once caused a tidal wave to rise from the ocean, washing over Kirigakure and eliminating four fifths of life in the village. With the small hand full of non clan members remaining against the great majority of Hakari members their numbers diminished in the following decades as they had no one outside their own families to reproduce with in Taigakure. This lead to the expansion of the clan into the remaining nations of the world.

Regulations
○ All jutsu require direct physical contact with the target (or object) to take effect unless specified otherwise.
○ For every doubling increase in weight, the affected person's speed is reduced by 0.5 points for each rank of chakra in the technique.
○ If speed stat is lowered to nothing (weight decreases to or past 0 speed) then the target will be completely immobilized.
○ For every halving decrease in weight, the affected person's speed is increased by 0.5 points points for each rank of chakra in the technique.
○ The maximum speed any user can gain from the clan's techniques is 3.00 above their RPC's rank.

In order to maintain their bearing under the effects of gravitational stress the user secretes a minute amount of chakra that counteracts gravitational effects on their body. The chakra secreted becomes a natural occurrence which does not effect their chakra pool. This prevents the effects of immobilizing effects and decreases the stat debuffing effects of the clan on the user by .25 per rank applied. When another's chakra would lighten the user their body is only lightened by .25 per rank applied to. This resistance does not effect the techniques the user applies to themselves.

The user channels their chakra into their hands, reaching out and touching a target. Upon direct physical contact with the user the target's weight is halved.This enables heavy objects to be lifted with ease or more effective use of muscles in the user's body should they choose to use this technique on themselves. If applied to the user their speed is increased for the next four posts. This technique may be stacked on itself within the limits of the clan's regulations.

The user channels their chakra into their hands, reaching out and touching a target. Upon direct physical contact with the user the target's weight is doubled.This makes weapon's unwieldy, bodies heavy and gives even light objects the ability to crush what lies beneath them for four posts. When the body of another person has their weight doubled their body becomes difficult to move, taking greater effort to move limbs and pressure is applied to the entire body increasingly every time the weight is doubled.

The user projects chakra outward from their entire body. The chakra effects the air within the range specified of the user, causing the atmosphere to become much more dense that it would be normally. This causes a difficulty in breathing as well as a constant hindrance of the target's mobility on foot [ -.50 per rank applied] and decays the rate of speed airborne objects and techniques move which gives the user the ability to defend themselves. After four posts the density of the atmosphere returns to normal.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Outer Decapitation Technique | RANK: C | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical- Hand sign
A technique that the user activates by touching their target directly, the technique may be activated at that moment or within three posts of last physical contact by preforming a single hand sign.The opponent is suddenly subjected to a great deal of gravitational stress which causes them to be incapable of movement. Additionally their entire body sinks down into the earth, leaving nothing more than the tops of their shoulder's exposed.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Zero Fall Technique | RANK: C | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical
A technique that is activated through chakra channeling if applied to the user and by physical touch if being applied to another target. This technique causes the intended target to double or half their weight for the next six posts. If a target has their weight doubled they are unable to freely move their body and will not be capable to react in time to those who are not under its effects. If a target's weight is halved they will be able to preform near superhuman feats of speed and agility.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Singularity Technique | RANK: C-A | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Chakra Flow
The user projects their chakra in the shape of a black ball the size of a baseball from a single palm.The ball may be created within twenty five feet of themselves in the direction the user's hand was facing. The small ball of chakra has a strong gravitational pull that is capable of drawing any projectile weapons and techniques that are in flight within specified range into its orbit, keeping it moving at the same speed it was launched and keeping projectile techniques active while it remains in orbit. When the technique ends after five posts any projectiles caught in the orbit will be thrown,sending them flying towards any enemy target at the same speed they were launched at. Additionally the projectiles may be released with the user of a single hand sign before the techniques end.

The user forces their chakra into a coating around their body, causing a gravitational effect that bends the light around their body, causing them to become nearly invisible, appearing only as a ripple like outline against the area around them for six posts. Before the techniques end the user may repay the cost to keep the invisibility active.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Heavy Burden Technique | RANK: B | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical
A technique that is either activated at the user's location or activated upon direct physical contact with a location. Stemming thirty feet from the location of contact an extremely powerful gravitational field is created that amplifies everything within its range four times its normal weight. This influx in weight causes all movement in that area to be immobilized for four posts. Targets under the effect will still be able to move their arms and other small movements outside the legs but will be done at such a sluggish speed it is extremely unlikely they will react in time to defend against unburdened sources of damage.

The user projects their chakra into the atmosphere around them for the next eight posts. Upon doing so an eight foot tall, ten foot thick cylindrical barrier with an inside area of 3 feet Any being, object or technique its same rank or lower that attempts to enter the barrier will instantly be forced to the ground outside of the barrier. The barrier is capable of moving with the user as it is centered around their being at all times.

In order to maintain their bearing under the effects of gravitational stress the user secretes a minute amount of chakra that counteracts gravitational effects on their body. The chakra secreted becomes a natural occurrence which does not effect their chakra pool. This prevents the effects of immobilizing abilities and AoE weight increases of their own techniques from harming them. Additionally the weight reduction techniques of others applied to them is nullified.
• The user must know Basic Gravity Resistance Technique to learn and gain the full effects of the resistance.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Lunar Gravity Creation | RANK: A | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical
The user holds their hands above their head, channeling chakra into the air above them. The earth beneath them begins to uproot itself in the form of rock anywhere up to the size of large boulders. The earth that is uprooted begins to amass itself in a large ball that hovers one hundred feet above the user's location. After one post the ball is complete and measures no greater than eighty feet wide. Should the technique be ended prematurely or destroyed the creation will break apart and sending large chunks of rock and earth raining over the span of the techniques range.
The miniature moon stays in place as it becomes the new focal point of gravity for anyone within one hundred feet of it. Anything not nailed down begins to free float in the air, pulled between earth's gravity and the new moons.
The new moon remains in tact for five posts before the chakra that holds it in orbit runs out, sending this moon rock crashing into the earth below it, crushing everyone in its path. Only one of this technique may be active at a time.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Lunar Tide | RANK: A | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical
This technique allows the user to specifically amplify the artificial moon's gravitational effects on the tides of a nearby large body of water by holding their hands up above their head and channeling chakra upward into the parent technique. The body of water will immediately rise from its resting point and spring forward from behind the user and pass over their head in order to crash into a target. The body of water moved may not exceed thirty feet in depth and is able to crash into a target with enough force to demolish buildings within one hundred feet of the direction the user faces. The water moved will remain in the area for three posts, draining fifteen feet per post after activation.
The user must have Lunar Gravity Creation active for this technique to take effect.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Black Hole Creation | RANK: A | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical
By extending both hands in the same direction and creating multiple gravitational focal points the user generates a black hole ten feet ahead of their hands. The black hole is thirty feet wide.If a technique absorbed is larger than the hole it shrinks into the black hole completely. The black hole is only open for an instant and is capable of absorbing incoming projectiles and ninjutsu of its own rank and lower. Once the technique or object has entered the black hole it vanishes.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Vortex Creation | RANK: S | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Chakra Flow
The user channels chakra into his palms, clasping them together for the duration of this technique. For the next four posts the user is capable of creating multiple gravitational points extremely close to one another. This allows the user to create small two foot wide worm holes within forty feet of the user's location, if something that is larget than two feet enters the vortex it is shrunken while being absorbed then returns to its full size upon exit. This allows the user to redirect anything that enters the vortex. If anything is inside the vortex upon its ending it is lost forever into another dimension.

➥ΉV ]NAME: Gravitational Collapse | RANK: S+ | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Physical
The technique is initiated by the user channeling their chakra into their hands, causing them to glow a deep purple and black color. For the next eight posts the user is unable to preform other techniques while this one is active. During those eight posts should the user contact an opponent their body as a whole will become a gravitational focal point. Each separate time the user touches the target the strength of their gravitational pull is amplified.
Upon the first touch things that weigh less than five pounds will be drawn into them from a fifteen foot area. Examples of these things would be projectiles, medium sized weapons, small rocks, debris, ect.
Upon the second touch anything that weights less than twenty pounds witin a thirty foot area is drawn into the user. These objects will include things such as large sized weapons, small creatures, branches, larger rocks, ect.
Finally, if a third touch is achieved by the user the target's gravitational pull becomes so immense that a gravitational collapse occurs. During the gravitational collapse a black hole is created from the target's center of mass. This black hole is an instantaneous attack that draws anyone and everything within fifty feet of itself into it, leaving a giant barren spot in the earth. Once complete, the black hole disappears in an instant.
This technique costs 100 Chakra.
The user must know Black Hole Creation to use this technique.

Hatake Clan:
Born from the midst of the chaotic first Shinobi war that forged the Leaf Village, the Hatake clan was one of the founding members of the village. Time and time again their stoic personality and great capacity for intelligence earned them the respect of their colleges. Loyal to a fault, they served as the moral watchdogs for the Leaf through all of it's trials and tribulations.Their affinity for the lightning element makes them formidable by itself, however their clan having first formed the Chidori technique, they excel with it's exploitation and are able to use it much more freely than their standard ninja opponents.

Notes:

• Hatake are auto-pacted with the Dogs/Canines Summoning contract, they do not consume a slot for Animal Sage Mode.
• Clan techniques can apply Ninjutsu Specialist Discipline to this bloodline's techniques.
• Requires Lightning Element
• Clan members may learn an additional [1] Raiton and [1] Bukijutsu technique per post.
• The Raiton Techniques the user performs appear the same color as the user's chakra.

Optional PA's:

Hatake's Fury: Bloodline and Raiton techniques have their chakra cost reduced by five per rank of the technique and gain an additional 4 ninjutsu slots for raiton techniques.
Chidori Specialist: Grants [3] custom techniques to be used as variants of Chidori. The user may apply clan augment techniques to Chidori based techniques. In addition, the user's chidori techniques bypass armor.
Harried Blade: Opponent's stricken by complex or spiritual taijutsu or bukijutsu have an additional 10 resource cost applied to their techniques for three posts. If stricken by another technique this PA applies to, the effect is refreshed. This stacks up to five times per opponent.

Rank: E :: Passive
Description The clan member can convert simple formless taijutsu and bukijutsu to complex techniques, this adds the lightning element to all the user's techniques. In addition, formless complex and spiritual techniques gain this lightning affinity as well if specified when utilizing the technique.

Lightning Step
Rank: X :: Complex
Description: The user channels raiton chakra through their body, as they step forward. The charged step allows the user to move forward in a straight line up to twenty feet. This speedy action is able to be used both defensively and offensively, allowing the opponent to evade attacks while charging at their opponent. If the user does not make physical contact with the foe along this straight path, they gain a slight increase in speed their following post per rank of the technique.

Lightning Field
Rank: X :: Spiritual
Description: The user projects their chakra out of their body causing a field of electricity spanning ten feet in any direction. The electrical current in the air takes hold of projectiles and raiton techniques within it's range and allows the user to throw them back at their sources. This technique may only be used on techniques lower in rank and potency than itself and ignores the overwhelming properties of techniques.

Lightning Riposte
Rank: X :: Spiritual
Description: The user combats an incoming Raiton technique of the opponent's with a complex or spiritual Bukijutsu/Taijutsu technique. When clashing with the incoming attack, the user treats the opponent's technique as a Korabo partner, returning it at the opponent with it's new found strength. This requires the Korabo technique be known by the user and they must be able to use techniques equal to the total rank of the created combination. This technique's chakra cost must be paid atop the combined techniques but requires no activation.

Call of Lightning
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user holds their hand out towards a weapon that is not under the influence of any other person or foreign chakra. The weapon targeted will be be surrounded by thin wisps of electricity that are connected to the user's hand, pulling the weapon back to themselves by rapidly spinning the blade and slicing anyone in it's path. By paying an A rank amount of chakra instead, the user may treat this as a Chidori technique, applying it's cutting effects and other abilities to the blade while it whirls through the air, safely landing back in their hand.

Conduction Seal
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user prepares a seal upon their hand or weapon, paying the cost of this technique along side of any single Lightning based technique they have access to. By doing so, the user may seal the specified technique within the mark. This seal is activated by paying an E Rank amount of chakra without use of an activation. This releases the technique, casting it at it's sealed rank and power. Techniques sealed in this manner may be used for Korabo with other techniques. Only two seals may be in use at once.

Chidori
Rank: C-A :: Spiritual
Description: The signature base skill of the Hatake Clan. Chidori uses it's elemental manipulation to create a powerful electrical chakra that crackles and surrounds the user's hand. This technique generates a high pitched chirping noise, giving it the name, Chidori. This version of the Chidori is able to be freely used, slashing and thrusting at an opponent to augment their attacks with fierce piercing abilities that treat armor ninjutsu or spiritual armor as one rank lower and ignore physical armors entirely. Flesh, bone and even metals easily give way to the cutting and piercing abilities of this technique. This technique requires an upkeep cost two ranks below it's original cost per post it remains active.

Chidori Senbon
Rank: C-A :: Spiritual
Description: A technique derived from the Hatake's signature technique, Chidori. This technique applies the piercing abilities of it's parent technique to projectile needle bolts of lightning. Twenty needles are created for each rank of this technique, and can all be cast in a singular direction or in an expanding circle as a wave of senbon around the user. When attacking multiple opponents with the waves of senbon, each person being attacked must defend with a technique equal in rank and potency to this one. Each senbon carries the piercing abilities of Chidori, meaning that exposed and unguarded flesh will be pierced with ease. For every five needles that penetrate a target's flesh, they have a slight decrease to their reflexive descriptive for three posts.

Chidori Spear
Rank: C-A :: Spiritual
Description: Another variation of the Chidori that manipulates the lightning chakra into a long, slender spear. This concentrated spear of the Chidori can extend outwards to a limit of five feet per rank, and like the Hatake's version of the Chidori this condensed spear of lightning can cut as well as pierce a target. This technique can be channeled through a bladed weapon for ease of use while counting an independent technique for collisions. Anyone stricken by this technique at C Rank suffer Tier 1 Paralysis. B-A Rank cause Tier 2. This technique has an upkeep of chakra two ranks below it's original cost per post.

Chidori Nagashi
Rank: C-A :: Spiritual
Description: The user spreads their arms, releasing a raging mass of electrical arcs that carry the chidori properties, surrounding the body. This pulse of cutting and piercing potential travels five feet per rank of the technique. When used offensively, it carries the cutting properties of the technique to cut into anything within this zone of control. As an alternative offensive method, this can also cloak the user's limb or weapon and act as a second attack in collisions. Used defensively, this technique automatically seeks out to attack those deemed hostile by the user, any person struck by this current of the Chidori will suffer Tier 1 Paralysis at C Rank and Tier 2 in B-A Ranks. This technique requires an upkeep cost of chakra two ranks below the technique's original casted rank. If colliding with a technique of equal rank, the technique must be repaid in full to continue usage.

Raijin's Spear
Rank: B-S :: Spiritual
Description: The user clenches their hand, forming a long spear of raiton chakra that has the same properties as Chidori Spear. Those who look upon the blindly bright spear suffer Tier 1 Blindness. This six foot chidori spear is then able to be launched at an opponent, traveling until making physical impact. At any time during the flight of the spear, the user may form a single hand sign for no activation, causing the spear to separate into a maximum of four spears, reducing the rank of each spear by one per additional spear. Each time the spear is divided, the new spear may choose a new trajectory.

Raijin's Blade
Rank: B :: Spiritual | Supplementary
Description: The user channels chakra into their blade, augmenting their bukijutsu techniques or formless bukijutsu for six posts. This imbues the blade with a white hot electrical chakra that saps targets of a slight speed and reflex descriptive per rank of the parent technique each time contact is made for three posts, refreshing the duration if additional contact is made while this technique is in effect. This reduction in DR can only be applied to a single technique per post. Techniques A rank and above used with this skill remove an activation from the target the following post.

Lightning Edge
Rank: A :: Spiritual | Supplementary
Description: The user channels an additional A Rank amount of chakra into their bukijutsu or taijutsu techniques, adding an additional B rank amount of damage when interacting with techniques. In addition, if the parent technique strikes a foe, their Fortitude DR are negated for the collision.

Cutting Edge
Rank: S :: Spiritual | Supplementary
Description: The user channels an additional S Rank amount of chakra into their bukijutsu or taijutsu techniques. This ranked chakra impacts techniques before the technique collides with the technique, allowing the user's melee attack to continue with their action. This supplementary action has a three post cool down.

Raikiri
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: The culmination of the Clan's skill. Raikiri is renown for giving it's users the ability to cleave lightning bolts in half. Their chosen hand or weapon is coated in a blindingly bright electrical chakra that chirps as the parent technique does. Anyone looking at this technique as it is in motion suffers Tier 1 Blindness. The user rushes forward, slicing through their target in an instant. Upon contact, this technique slices through techniques, armors ( spiritual and ninjutsu, as though they were one rank lower. Opponent's stricken by this single action assassination technique suffer Tier 3 Paralyasis which applies to the entire body. If colliding with a technique of equal rank, the technique must be repaid in full to continue usage.

Hatake Shift
Rank: S+ :: Spiritual
Description: The user moves at such a speed that they bend time and space, teleporting themselves up to fifty feet from their current position. With their super charged raiton chakra laced with Chidori effects trailing them from their starting and stopping points and striking the ground just as they appear in their new location. This bolt of chidori lightning creates a concussive explosion that is mixed with the mass of expanding arcs of lightning, similar to Chidori Nagashi. This version however expands fifty feet, shredding those within it's range to a fine mulch.

True Raikiri
Rank: S+ :: Training
Description: While many adapt the Chidori for their own use, only the Hatake have truly mastered control over the Raikiri and thus upon learning the Raikiri, this can be trained in [10] posts to transform their attacks. They can utilize the Raikiri in place of Chidori as a C-S technique. Additionally, the Hatake can now use their Raikiri and Chidori at S+ Rank upon this training. Tiers of Paralyasis at lower ranks is reduced to Tier 1 at C rank, Tier 2 at B-A Rank. S+ Ranked Raikiri can inflict Tier 4 Paralysis.
