A great baby food company is "Earth's Best" they sell their food for about 7 dollars for 12 jars and they come in these nifty "packs" that make sure your child gets the right nutriants.
They're organic, kosher, some vegan/vegitarian- and my son LOVES them.
They come in "Breakfast Packs" "Dinner Packs" "Veggie Packs" "Fruit Packs" and "Snack Packs"
You mix and match every day and you always know your child is getting all the "good stuff"
For children 6 months +

I make my own baby food. I just put it in a blender or mash it up and then feed it to her. I think shes doing good. She can eat everything if you let her!

Your not supposed to let them have carrots or beats until at least six months.

Trey is eating all table food now. Although my husband and I try to make everything that he gets non-sugar, natural, and salt free. I dont want him growing up thinking that french fries is a snack. His favorite snack is cantalope and bananas. When we go to the fruit stand he even picks out his own cantalope... (then tries to eat it before its peeled!)
