Tassos wasn't entirely sure how long he had been wandering the land and what had been his reasoning for doing so in the first place. A clear sign that he had been doing it for quite some time. It wasn't that pride life didn't appeal to him, he just was unsure of which one he would like to call home. He certainly couldn't reside in the desert or in a pride where darker natures resided since he couldn't live that life. It just wasn't him. As he stalked the land he made sure develop his skills in healing which mostly meant studying the medicinal effects of plants. Of course, others have studied them before him but the male liked to study and find out for himself what things could do. After quite some time the humans appeared and threw them all for a loop, including this lion. Everything he had studied up until that point had been for those of Corleo and Cormini. To that end an endless swirl of questions had formed in his mind since the humans arrival. Were these plants effective on humans? Were some harmful or deadly to them? Tassos was a healer and to be in a position where he could not help someone, even a human, if they were in need bothered him down to his very core. Not to mention he knew nothing of the human language. He had yet to encounter one of these beings in fact, but he had been fortunate enough to hear their descriptions as tales about them swept through the land.
A gentle sigh escaped from the male's lips as he made his way closer to the Hurin territory. It was not Dar-Vattar where the humans had crashed their ship and lived in relative peace within it's borders. However, it was at least closer. Maybe here he would learn more information about these strange beings and how he could assist the should they ever get injured. Tassos stopped, just on the edge of the pride, curious to know if they would allow visitors. He had never visited this pride before or most of them out there in fact, and from what he had heard they seemed rather kind beings unless provoked. Thus far he had done nothing to cause hostility so he felt assured in his assumption that he would be fine. Only one way to find out. With light and slow footsteps he entered the border and waited to see if any negative response would occur. "We shall see."

Siyaemi had already been out collecting medicinal herbs and plants on the borders of the Hurin for a couple of hours when Tassos wandered his way into their territory.
The female had recently befriended a human who had once been a 'doctor' in the human homeland. The human, Arianna, had said that a doctor was the same thing as a corleo healer, except instead of using pisonics to heal they used skill, and their hands to preform their art of 'medicine'. Arianna had also taken the time to teach her of various healing plants that the humans had used, but also told her that many of the plants that grew around here were ones she had never seen before - even while they were very similar to each other, and said she should exercise caution when examining or using them. She had even been promised a session where she might be taught how to 'stitch up' wounds manually and how to heal without using her shanak. That said, Siyaemi was very excited to learn this side of human culture, as it might help with healing larger wounds. Siyaemi, since learning about human medicine, had been going out almost daily to investigate plants and deem their value medicinally. She, as most corleos, already knew which ones were deadly, which were just pretty, or useless, and which were.....recreational....but it made her curious of what other purposes these plants might bring, and so she would go out and pick a few to bring back to discuss with her friend.
However, while out and about performing her daily task, she had spotted a male on the edge of their, Hurin's, territory. First she was....well, not really frightened per say, but guarded. Siya did not even normally interact with her own tribe, instead preferring to keep to herself as she is of a quiet nature, so that left nothing to be said of meeting or talking to strangers, and to see a stranger entering their territory was....not usually good. The male, however, did not look hostile, in fact he looked very confused - or maybe cautious, it was hard to tell from this distance, and so (against her better judgement) she decided to call out.
"...Hello?" She called, not too loudly but loud enough to be heard. Luckily for the both of them, she was the only one around for the moment. Though she was not sure of what would happen, the others might be more hostile towards intruders, or demand to know his business - since he was most definitely not someone that usually visited, she knew this because even though she did not usually interact with others, she did memorize faces well. "You..you aren't supposed to be here?" She asked, even though it was meant to come out as more of a statement, "Or well, I've never seen you before, is what I meant." Siyaemi added, in an attempt to squash any hostility before it might arise - in case he did have malicious intentions. Unmoving, she waited for a response.
