Powers: Njord possesses powers related to his realms, He can control the flow of water and wind, and summon both at a whim, He is greatly connected to hurricanes and storms, and can draw on the wind and sea to form either. Physically Njord is both fast and powerful beyond human capabilities, capable of arm wrestling with giants and tossing large boulders without effort.
When angered Njord can and will release hims reserved form to become a Sea Giant, standing 15 feet tall and surrounded by swirling wind and water. this form is stronger than his original and amplifies his powers to allow him to create super storms and tidal waves.
Njord can bless crops with fertility, and can touch a boy of water to spread his senses through it and know the location of all within it's bounds.

History

Njord, God of the Sea, Wind, and wealth is a Vanir, A long warred cousin group of the Aesir. He is the Father of Freyr and Freya by his first wife. Njord was sent to the Aesir as a hostage guest in the long ago war between the two groups. They accepted him well, and he easily mixed with them to become one of their own for the most part. Some Prophecy's even say he will save many of the Aesir at Ragnarok. all of this aside as time has moved forward Njord has taken many jobs, Fighting as a Marine or sailor in many wars and spending peacetime looking for treasure in the oceans depths. He now uses the money of located sunken treasure to bless friends with gifts and travel often while still seeing his wife.
