Name of Zanpakuto: Irebun Tsuki (Eleven Thrusts) (Eleven Moons) (Lucky Eleven)

A City that lays atop the body of a decaying arch-devil. A very Gothic tone to the city with a large number of towering buildings and cathedrals.
Sealed description: Sword: The sword takes the form of a Katana, it lacks the hand guard and replaces it instead with a divit, and a slight point at the bottom to let the user know where the blade is located.
The Hilt is a black cloth around multi-colored interiors, these aren't simply for design they have a purpose The pattern is Navy Blue, Dark Teal in a repetition, however at some point the Teal is replaced with a Dark Yellow in bursts of three. This occurs twice on the Sword, and once on the Sheath. These Yellow notations signify the location of "Clips" or something of that sort, that allows a wire to be attached into the handle of the sword. This allows Charles to use a few Wire Techniques in combination with the blade.
Sheath: The Sheath is a layer of black metal that coats the blade, the sword in this form is slightly duller than it usually is, the purpose of this is two things, one, a black blade will keep the sword better hidden in the dark, but that is more of the reason for its color and less the actual weapons purpose. Fighting with a large Sheath like the outer sheath on the sword will turn the weapon into a dull instrument, A weapon needs to be able to defeat an opponent, and kill them if necessary. However it is much preferred to injure and capture over kill. This sheath is to provide the sword with extra protection so it doesn't break, and to provide a Less-than-lethal substitute for killing enemies.
The Sheath is removed by breaking it, usually by smashing it against the outer sheath, the two share the same resonance wave, and as such the vibration from the collision is able to vibrate the inner Sheath at a high frequency causing it to be easily broken and shatter.
It is re-applied after an short/extended rest and the sword is re-sealed, similar to how a sword is sealed into a cane, or a staff.
Outer Sheath: The outer sheath has two compartments on it, each holding four Needles that can be used for battle as ranged objects in cases of Reiatsu resistant oppositions. the sheath is a dark black allowing it to be hidden well with the shinigami cloak, and holds the same style of system that the sword itself has for a handle. Two reasons are encompassed for this, the three yellow dots on the sheath show that it too has the ability to attach a string onto it to be used in conjunction with wire techniques.
The other reason is so that it has a good grip if it is ever required to be used for Batto styled combat. Though not always used the Batto-jutsu is a combat style Charles often uses to confuse newly opposed enemies and get a quick first strike in, Gaining confidence from that attach and lowering the enemy's.
Zanpakuto Element: Aether
Partial Shikai activation phrase: "Inhale, Uki"
Partial Shikai Description: Irebun Tsuki takes his chibi form, forming via teal colored spiritual particles and landing on Charles' shoulder or head.
Partial Shikai Attacks: This form of Irebun fires out beams or balls of spiritual energy similar to Ceros and Balas.
Shikai activation phrase: "Exhale, Irebun Tsuki"
Shikai Description: The same happens as the Partial-Release form, calling the sword by its incorrect name doesn't unleash all of its powers.
Shikai Attacks: Once the sword has been released Irebun is able to convert itself into a beam of energy and jet forward to attack similar to a kido, changing its form between the small puppy and the Teal energy with a wolf's face that can be manipulated and maneuvered to help in the battle. The beam of energy can be used in three ways.
Generic Attack: Offensive: The blast of energy can be used as an offensive weapon similar to a kido strike, only able to be manipulated and unable to be destroyed or absorbed. This will allow the attack to, even if it fails, turn around and return to Charles' side and mount a second attack, or similar actions.
Attack no.1: Defensive: The energy can be absorbed into Charles' body and used as a skin hardener and all around stat booster, increasing his attack damage, attack speed, movement speed, reaction time, and spiritual energy more so than the normal average of a 3x that is associated with a shikai release.
Attack no.2: Medical: The energy can be channeled into a persons body and used to help heal wounds from a fight, this allows Charles to accomplish a support roll instead of an offensive, controlling, or protective roll.
Bankai activation phrase: "Breath, Irebun Tsuki"
Bankai Description: The bankai is like the shikai, but infinitely more powerful. The energy is no longer a Teal color but a Purple tone, the forms allowed to be displayed by the zanpaktou spirit are no longer limited to the chibi or puppy form, but the adult form as well. The puppy form is approximately the size of a person's head, where as the Adult form is Roughly four feet tall on all fours.
Bankai Attacks: The key difference in this release is not the strength increase, though that is a factor. The beam of energy can be split up into many sub-beams able to be used to perform multiple actions at once. Each diversion splitting will separate the power of the attack as well. However as this energy is the encompassing of the Ultimate power Charles has to offer its strength is rather glorious and not too greatly effected by the separation.
The breaking of the energy can be done in any amount, and into an almost infinite number of times. Allowing for ether one large and powerful straight forward attack, or thousands of little ones. Or used in a support roll, able to defend against and heal/stabilize hundreds of injured personnel.

Description: Another Modification of the first Hadou, this Technique encompasses the above three Hadou together to create a Hadou that is fired at a more rapid speed, able to launch multiple from a single location, and channel it through an object to make the origin point of the attack greater.

Black Knuckle Glove; On his right hand their is a black glove that ends at the fingers knuckles. The back of the glove has a dark red Symbol on it representing Charles' Lineage.
Black Tape; Black Tape similar to hockey tape is wrapped around his fingers, more specifically the area between the knuckles. This is done to help keep himself from getting cut by his own wires, and secondly when he grabs his sword to gain some leverage it prevents the sword from cutting his own fingers.
Wire Bracers; These are where the wires are held and pulled from, they are designed to hold the Three long separate steel wires each and can clip into the sword for a quick connection between the two items to help with combat. The wires work off a sort of reversible pull system so that the wire comes out when you pull it, but stops in place when you stop. The wires can be retracted rapidly by small mechanisms on the Bracers that open the hatches and allow the wires to recoil onto the spring.
Steel Wire/Thread; Their are two possible wires that are used, usually the right hand has the stronger but more visible wire, and the left has the weaker yet thinner wire. Their is a very Thin steel thread that is able to be broken, not extremely easily as it is made of steel, but it is not the strongest of threads. That said it is so thin it is nearly invisible to the naked eye usually used in stealth situations.
The second string is the previous string tied together in three bunches making it vastly superior to the single strand by more than the three times you would assume. When tied together in this manner items usually are able to take the force and disperse it among themselves and the others so the force is less focused on a single strand.
Senbon/Throwing Needles; Hidden around his Shinigami uniform Charles wears a number of throwing needles with one side pointed. The other side is not and has a small clip system that works with the thread and can be linked together to create somewhat maneuverable missiles. Identical to the ones that are hidden inside of his sheath, though those ones are part of his Zanpaktou, and these ones are not. (somthing like this.)
