Dear beloved Inklings,

I regret to announce my leave of Gaia Online. Its been six years since I joined the site, and I've had a lot of good memories and enjoyable experiences in the Guilds and some very wonderful RP's and made a lot of good friends.

Unfortunately, I cannot continue to support the Gaia company or its business practices with my continued participation as a user. Originally I thought that enough customers withdrawing financial support from the site and Overwhelming customer feedback would make an impression. Unfortunately this is not the case. Already many of the staff that WAS making a difference has handed in their resignation to "pursue other avenues of employment".

I may return one day if the management is replaced and the site returns to promoting its relationship with the userbase. For this (slightly optimistic) reason I am not selling/giving away my items or gold. I've written a formal complaint and reasons for leaving in the Site Feedback section and directly to usertalk@gaiaonline.com.

The Guild has been transfered to Literatim's Name and the crew that wish to stay may remain. Henceforth anyone can find me on Solia Online under the same username. Best of luck to everyone!

Well, I've come to realize that the upper management has their staff in fear of losing their jobs that no one is willing to stand up for the userbase. At that point I decided to leave. Honestly, the Forums at Solia have more intelligent conversation going on, and I have yet ot meet a troll. Everyone is SO nice. They have events every couple weeks that are a lot of fun!

Only reason I log on here is to sell all my items for pure and buy art when I get some dream avitars together =)

LOL sure. That way I can clean it up a bit and readvertise it in the forums smile
