Story
The war rages between the lands for posession of the kingdom of Ivalice.
The enemy is beginning to win, monsters and evil beings are everywhere...
The only chance left is to call upon the four ancient totema.
Each has a different location, join with fellow warriors and put an end to the war.
Ok this RP is set in the Final Fantasy: 'Tactics Advance' and 'XII' world Ivalice, during the 100 year war. That's set before Advance...
Rules
Standard rules
(Rules that should apply to all RP's)
1. Be familiar with the aforementioned games in each RP.
2. Please be literate.
3. No godmoding or powerplaying.
4. Be reasonable.
5. Language can be used but don't over-do it.
7. Use ()'s, (()) or {}'s for OOC comments. Also, please reserve off-topic ooc chatting for the appropiate thread.
8. Use common sense.
My preffered rules...
(Rules I have used in past RP's)
- I don't like arguments on any sort of RP, please us the PM feature, argueing is a waste of post space... ^_^
- Characters can hurt each other to an extent, you cannot peform fatal wounds or anything that may lead to a fatal wound without permission from the character you are performing it against.

Races:
Human - Humans are the most common race in Ivalice. While they have no outstanding natural talent, they are generally good at everything.
Moogle - Moogles are clever folk who are able to handle any tool with ease. Their curiosity is only matched by their mischievousness.
Nu Mou - The Nu Mou are respected by all the races of Ivalice as the most adept wielders of magic. They can sense the flow of power and read its signs.
Bangaa - At a glance, the Bangaa appear to be large, bipedal lizards. Bangaa are known for their rough dispositions and their love of battle.
Viera - These female hunters are as beautiful as they are proud. Their supple limbs are highly agile, and their hearing is so advanced that it is said they can talk to the spirit world.

Soldier - Soldiers are the human versions of the Bangaa Warriors.

Paladin - Paladins are incredible attackers and very deep believers in the forces of Holy.

Fighter - Being powerful, versatile, and rugged, Fighters are the definitive fighting unit, hands down.

White Mage - White Mages are unquestionably the best support unit you can have in a clan.

Black Mage - The Black Mages are the notorious elemental summoners.

Illusionist - With Phantasm Skills on their sides, Illusionists are capable of dealing damage to all enemies on the field... in about eight different ways!

Blue Mage - Apart from Morphers, Blue Mages are possibly the most versatile magic casting unit.

Archer - An Archer's abilities aren't too shabby...

Appearance: Hyato is around 5' 7" and of normal weight. His hair is long, wavy, and black in color. Its length goes down most of his back in which he leaves untied. He is usually decked out in his military armor, which is a sapphire-blue tint.

Bio: Hyato's father was a great General in the army but met his end by illness. Ever since his father's passing, Hyato felt that it was his sworn duty to carry on the legacy of his father. The young soldier has been in more battles than most guys his age and he shows great potential to be a fine leader someday. For one being such a care free person and friendly type of guy outside of battle, most people wouldn't think that he's a soldier if it weren't for the armor he wears.

(personally i think Tactics Advanced ruined everything the original FFT had especially with how horrible the job system was in FFTA. i think i'd be more interesting if this rp was more related to the original FFT but i'll join anyway if my bitching didn't kill that already xp )

Hyato patiently sat on his pet Chocobo, Tsuneamei (pronounced like tsunami). With his sword drawn, he look at the other side of the field that was occupied by the enemy army. Hyato petted his chocobo and said "Hey Tsuneamei, you think we're gonna win today?". The young soldier continued to survey the area and thought to himself "One of these days father, I'll make you proud and I'll help bring this land back to the peaceful world it use to be."

Apperance: about 5'7", always been picked on because she is way to hyper, but she comes in handy with being a moving distraction for any enemy. She always wears a yellow bikini top, hot pink pants, and blue shoes, she has Pink hair. All just to stick out!
Race: 1/2 human and 1/2 Nu Mou(has the magical abilities of a Nu Mou, but looks human)
class: whitemage
weopon: a staff for which she not only uses as way to target her magick, but also as a wacking thing.
Bio: watch out for this boucing pink hair nut-case, she may be a healer, but her luck works in strange ways, as in if she starts singing, feel free to hit her till she stops, or else you may get ambushed! but, when it comes down to it, she can be very very helpfull.

Elizabeth sighed as she sat up. She was only 17 years old, and out of all the people to be stuck with she had to hang out with a soilder and theif, let alone they were men. Hyato was always ignoring her and talking to his chocobo, even when he did talk to her all he talked about was revenge and his father.
"sheesh" she mumbles to herself "why can't he talk about anything nice for once" well *she thinks to herself* that Maximillian guy isn't any better, he never said a thing to her but good job, and watch out for yourself. "Maximillian" she begins, continuing to talk to herself since no one else would"why can't you say more its not like i'm all that old, i need a friend to talk to sometimes too. hyato you could open up more too" She then looks over at her own chocobo. She had named him barley. Then she had to deal with the fact of being made fun of for naming her chocobo after an ingredient in soup. But, she didn't care, Barley was her best friend, even if he couldn't really talk back.

Hyato patted Tsuneamei's head as he turned to face the girl who spoke to him. He recognized it was Elizabeth and gave a friendly smile. "If you want we'll talk when this battle is over. Besides shouldn't you be more concerned about healing the injured when the time comes? Speaking of which..." he paused, "...its time to become step closer to peace. I wish for your safety in battle along with the rest of the battalion." Hyato spoke as he motioned for his chocobo to move a few paces in front of the entire frontline.
"For all of you that stand here before me at this very moment, let this be a day where you fight not for your king and for your own glory, but fight to bring an end to chaos that plagues our home! TO PEACE FOR THE LAND!!!!!!!" Hyato said in a morale boosting speach to his troops. The 19 year old veteran of war drew his longsword and rode out to the middle of the battlefield, motioning for his men to hold position while awaiting to see if the enemy general would meet with him. Hyato's blue cape waved wildly as the breeze blew across the plains as he sat on his beloved chocobo Tsuneamei.

"hmmm..."she said as she began to aimlessly twirl her pink hair.-i guess he's right-She thought about all that hyato had just told her, also wondering why he never made fun of the fact that she dressed kinda slutty, or that she acted Childish, and kinda Selfish some of the time, but, at least he cared about her, and that was nice. She looked up at hyato as he did his little morale boosting speech. Looking around at all the people-correct that, soliders-She would have gone to battle, when the time was right. The only problem was is that everyone knew her offensive, when it came to hand2hand combat, just(for lack of a better word) sucked. watching hyato waited for the enemy to respond from the other side of the field, she began to think to herself-Oh, i hope this gets over soon-.

Gaian Name: He who is Lump Name: Zooka Mir'tuk Age: 29 Appearance:  (He's the black skinned one) Race: Bangaa Class: Dragoon Weapons: Fire Spear, Thunder Spear, Double bladed spear Bio: Travelling the world as a mercinary for many years, Zooka had learned many abilities as a Dragoon and recently has decided that mercinary work can be a little dull. He still takes jobs from anyone who pays high enough, but usually he just goes about his own business. He acquired his double bladed spear from a job in the southern lands, it was stuck in the back of a large admantium clad creature in a mystical cave. The battle nearly cost him his arm, but he managed to slay the best and take the weapon for himself. Other info: He clads himself in the traditional dragoon style diamond armor.
