Kat had finally made it up to her dorm room waltzing in like she owned the darn place with a wide grin on her face "WOOOHOOO!!!" she calls out "Home sweet freaking home!" she cheers on throwing a fist in the air as she throws off her short brown jacket off revealing only a white tube top that shows much midriff like the jacket she had just taken off which she simply tosses it to the side and it lands onto the nearby couch in the living room, Kat soon notices how quiet it is "Hello?" she calls out waiting for an answer for several brief moments before realizing that the dorm she was in had been empty "Well then... looks like I'm the first one to come this place" she sighs disappointed by the thought of it "So this is where I'll be staying from now on, huh?" she then jumps and plops into the couch starring at the ceiling, she totally forgets to close the door behind her leaving it wide open as she lays across the dorm living room couch and eventually closes her eyes falling asleep "Zzz... mmm... zzzz... flying tuna... everywhere... zzz" she mumbles in her sleep with a slight low snoring just below a whisper, her brown mini jacket soon falls atop her head covering her face as she continues to be deep in her state of sleep
Harley Rose pursed her lips and doubtful thoughts crept into place. She didn't have much with her. On her shoulder was her father's satchel, carries the only belonging she had to her name, and secured safety between her rib cage and arm was her tulip plant. She could feel it comforting her, letting her know she has nothing to worry about. Her plant was right, what is the worst that could happen?
The young woman took a deep breath and with her free hand, she turned the knob and opened the door. It was a simple, but nice, layout. Closing the door, Harley steps into the living room to see luggage placed next to a couch with an odd looking creature, a girl who had animal ears, sleeping. Harley giggled when hearing this girl talk in her sleep, things about flying tuna everywhere. Should she wake her? She extends her arm and pats the girl's shoulder.
Kat's right eye slightly opens as it locks it's sights on a girl with black hair holding a tulip plant "Eh?" she calls out sounding a bit confused as she tilts her head to the left "Oh... you must be my new roommate" she mutters with a tired yet relaxed smile as she rolls over falling off the couch hitting the floor with a loud thud sound "Oof!" she grunts before jumping off the floor onto her two legs and feet now standing up straight "Heya, hows it going?" she asks as she greets the new face "Im Ginger... Ginger Kat Nine" she introduces herself "But you can just call me Kat if you like" she tells her as she smiles her two small yet pointy front fangs show as she reaches out to the girl to shake her hand "Nice to meet you girly, whats your name?" she asks curiously as her tail sways back and fourth
Harley watched as the strange girl wake up. She let out a gasp when the girl tumbled onto the floor, but the girl seemed to bounce and stood infront of Harley. How peculiar, the girl not only had ears but also a tail and sharp teeth. Harley moved her hand, but hesitated, eyeing the girl. Her tulip flowed the feeling of trust through her. Harley takes the girl, introduced as Ginger Kat Nine, and says "Harley Rose. I don't have a nickname." The moment she said it, Harley wished she didn't sound so weird. Trying to take the focus off of her odd greeting Harley adds, "I don't mean to offend you in any way, but what exactly are you?"
Kat rubbed her eyes a bit "Harley Rose?" she repeats in a low tone of voice making sure she heard the name correctly before Harley states that she did not have a nickname "Oh... well a lot of people dont to be honest" she says as she rubs the back of her head awkwardly and lets out a bit of a chuckle before pulling her hand back, this was only a couple moments before Harley had asked Ginger what she was exactly of course she also explained that she did not mean to offend her or anything, the cat girl's head tilted to the side at Harley's question "Oh me?" she asks rhetorically "I'm a half human... the other half is a neko" she explains though she thought her ears would have been a dead giveaway "What about you Harley?" she then asks "What are you?" she questions innocently "Are you a human?" she guesses, as she looks around the room she soon realizes that there are only two bedrooms in this dorm for four
Harley cocked her head, slightly, curious as to why the girl kept repeating her name. Did she think Harley was lying about her name? "Oh," Harley replies when Kat told her not many hace nicknames. Harley did like something about this girl. She seemed cheerful and bubbly. The type of person that could brighten an entire room with just a smile.
So Kat was half human and half neko? That makes her a hybrid like Harley! When Kat asks what she is then adds if she was human , Harley smiles and tells her, "Partly. I'm kinda like you. . . Only I'm not part neko. I'm a part human and demon." An abomination as the other demons had put it.
Harley gestures to her plant and says, "Tulip likes you." Harley blurts out, after feeling happiness flow from the plant and to her.
Kat's eyes focus on Harley as she speaks the moment she states that she's kind of like Kat but she was not part neko What could she be talking about then? she wondered silently to herself, if she was not part neko like Kat what could she be?
After Harley explained that she was part demon and part human Kat completely understood as a enlightened smirk came across her face "So... this is what a demon looks like, huh?" she states showing an interest to this newly discovered fact "I've never met one, does that mean you've been to hell and back... literally?" she asks wondering what hell really looked like
As Harley points out her plant and states that it liked her Kat simply scratches the back of her head with a bit of a nervous chuckle "Well thats nice to hear... I never knew plants could be so specific to be honest" she confesses "Tulip smells nice" she complements
Having Kat show interest in what Harley was made her smile. No one ever seemed to take interest in her. Setting down her plant on a nearby end table, next to a lamp. "Pretty much. My father looked human enough, but he also had two forms. Human and demon. I never saw his demon form, though. He always said it would be too terrifying." Harley stopped herself from talking. She would have kept babbling, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing- but it was something she wasn't used to.
Harley giggles to Kat's question, "No, I haven't ever been there. We were always hiding from that place. A father always said no matter where you go, Hell will find you. That's why I'm here." Harley gave a gesture to the dorm room around her then let her arms fall to her sides, making a CLAP when her hands hit her thighs.
Noticing Kat's nervous laugh, she raised her hands out lightly shaking them as she said at the same time Kat complimented Tulip,"Please don't think I'm a freak! I can manipulate and talk to plants!"
Harper wandered down the hall, suit case and all, looking at the numbers on the doors. "Two-thirty-four... Two-thirty-four... Two-thirty-four..." She whispered to herself as she continued on. She came to a halt once she reached her destination. "AHA!" She exclaimed, rather loudly, and then quietly knocked on the door. After a second or so, she decided to turn the knob only to find that it was unlocked. With a little embarrassed laugh, she opened the door and entered the dorm.
Harper still stood in the door frame, looking back and forth between the girl with the cat ears and then girl with dark hair. "Uhh... Hi! I was told this was going to be my dorm?" She said as she walked in the room a little more. She couldn't help but look at the cat girl's ears with curiosity... She'd never really seen anything like that on a person before... "Oh! I'm Harper. Harper Bennett." She introduced herself with a smile, extending her hand for either one of them to shake.

Kat quickly took notice to Harley's smile, she looked very pleased in fact "Thats a nice smile you have there" she told the girl after listening to her explain how her father looked human enough but had a second more demonic looking form, it did not sound too out of the ordinary for a cat girl who knew nothing about demons "I can imagine how creepy he could've looked..." Kat stated picturing a huge dog or something of the sort, this made Kat shudder
When Harley explained that she had in fact never been to Hell but they were rather hiding from it Kat had a confused look in her eyes "Really? that so?" she ask rhetorically once again before Harley stated that her father told her that no matter where she goes Hell would find you "Jeez... thats kinda depressing actually when you really think about it" she replied, her ears perked up instantly when she heard the sound of Harley's hand clap against her thigh
Harley now seemed a bit frantic the moment Kat let out her nervous laugh telling her not to think of her as a freak seeing as how she was able to talk to plants "A freak?" Kat asks "In case you havent noticed I'm a girl with cat ears and a tail... if you're a freak what does that make me?" she asks
Soon Kat's ears perked up once again at the sound of someone in the distance counting before hearing the sound of the same voice exclaim something this time the voice was on the otherside of the door and before Kat knew it the door knob was turning and a cute black haired girl came wandering in as introducing herself as the door opened only after explaining that she was assigned this dorm room "Oh my goodness, she's adorable!" Kat shouts before pouncing at the girl glomping her "Nice too meet ya Harper... Im Kat and this is Harley" she says pointing out the beautiful black haired elegant student known as Harley "I like you're sweater..." She compliments as she points at Harper's kitten sweater
Harper blushed a little after being called adorable. She wasn't used to be called adorable... "Oof." She involuntarily said after being tackle-hugged by the one with the cat ears... Who was, strangely enough, named Kat. Well, hey, it certainly made her name easy to remember. "O-oh... Umm, nice to meet you Kat 'n Harvey." She said with a smile, blush still ever-present. Harper looked down at her sweater for a second and then back up at Kat. "Thank you! It was a gift..." She replied.
She looked around the room for a little bit, her eyes settling on a little tulip on the table. She couldn't help but smile at it; she loved flowers. Then she continued to look around the room, admiring the simplicity of the set up here.

Harley smiled and looked at the ground in a bashful manner. She looks back up and says "Thank you." Not many people have ever given her a compliment. Because of her father's condition, he couldn't ever compliment her physical appearance. "Me too. I tried playing the guessing game with him, but he shot down every idea I thought he may look like." Before Harley could answer, a girl came into the room.
Harley gave an awkward grin as she watched Kat get overly excited. When she introduced her she said quietly, "Hello".
The girl said it was nice to meet them, and she noticed something. With her index finger up she corrects her saying quietly, "Actually, its Harley" She gave an awkward half smile, letting her know she didn't see it as a big deal.
Harper's face grew slightly red in embarrassment. Oh, she heard her wrong, didn't she? Oh, gosh, how foolish of her... She bowed a little bit while apologizing. "Oh! Sorry, sorry! It's nice to meet you, Harley." She said, putting emphasis on her name, as if trying to correct it in her own mind as well. She laughed nervously as her embarrassed blush faded and she looked around the room a little more. "Such a pretty tulip..." She said quietly, thinking aloud.
