Like it took a long time for me to save money to be a dog and now people can be animals for free. :/

To me, they don't look like normal animals anyway, more like a cross between an animal, a human, and a doll. Plus, the dog/wolf animal base doesn't even have the option for a dog snout, so it almost comes off looking like a cat.
It's usually people from the other side, the ones that use the animal bases, that feel cheated, because all of the items they've bought in the past have become useless on them, so they'll have to re-buy all of the items they already own, assuming they've even been converted for animal base use.
