There are rules, in order to buy a volume of a tech manual. They are as follows:

- The player buying a manual must have consumed the devil fruit needed to use the techniques they are purchasing.

Universal Manual: Logia Phasing - 250,000 Beli

Technique Name: Logia Phasing: Beginner
Description: The user can now turn their entire body into their element making them virtually immune to physical harm by conventional means. Any attack will simply pass through or be absorbed harmlessly into their body, which depending on the type of element can even cause the attack to backfire on the attacker. A Logia user can be shattered, split, or otherwise separated into multiple parts, sometimes down to the size of dust, and reform without injury. However, the user MUST be aware of the attack. Sneak attacks or attacks that come at the logia user too fast can not be phased since the user has no time to react.

Universal Manual: Logia Phasing: Mastery - 500,000 Beli

Technique Name: Logia Mastery
Description: The user has mastered their logia phasing ability to the point where its an instinctual reflex. They no longer have to see the attack coming to phase it. The user can now turn their entire body into their element making them virtually immune to physical harm by conventional means. Any attack will simply pass through or be absorbed harmlessly into their body, which depending on the type of element can even cause the attack to backfire on the attacker. A Logia user can be shattered, split, or otherwise separated into multiple parts, sometimes down to the size of dust, and reform without injury.

Universal Manual: Logia Element Form - 750,000 Beli

Technique Name: Logia Element Form
Description: The user fully masters their fruit power and element learning to become their element, breaking their human form. In this form the user can produce massive quantities of their element quickly, they are however, still affected by Bushoshoku haki in this state or other types of attacks relate to haki based attacks. This form can be held for 10 posts max and can be used once a fight. (Note: Logia Element Form is a customized tech. Each fruit will have a different variation of their element form so the effects will be different as well. This tech only allows the user to learn Logia Element Form. The user must create a custom tech incorporating Logia Element Form to use it to its full extent.)

Universal Manual: Logia Element Shift - 1,250,000 Beli

Technique Name: Logia Element Shift
Description: Allows a logia user the shift their basic element to another type relating to their elemental. For example, The Hie Hie no Mi (Chill Chill Fruit) could create dry ice with this shift, or another aspect that "Chill" or Ice can correspond with. Each shift is personal to the user and their logia fruit. The user can only maintain the element shift for 10 posts and can only use this once a fight.

Note: Logia Shift is a customizable technique. The user, when creating their element shift, must state their element shift and they must be approved by a moderator.

Description: The user can now switch between their basic element powers and their shift element powers at will.

Blood Blood no Mi Manual: Complete Manual - 20,000 Beli

Technique Name: Blood-arang
Description: The user forms blood in their hand and then shapes it into a sharp disk like object the blood hardening to the strength of iron, the User then proceeds to throw the disk like object at a target, the disk if it misses can make a turn and return back to the user thus making the disk hard to dodge if the opponent isn’t expecting it
Requirements: Blood Blood Fruit

Technique Name: Crimson Wall
Description: The User quickly forms blood into a wall like object in front of them and hardens it to the strength of iron, it is used to block an attack once before it breaks down, this can only be used twice a fight before having to wait 10 posts to be able to use it again.*cannot block powers that the fruit is weak against*

Technique Name: Blood Pistol
Description: The user forms their hand into a pistol shape and then proceeds to form hardened blood pellets and fire them. This can only be used three times a fight before having to wait 2 self posts to be able to use it again.

Technique Name: Blood Scythes
Description: The User forms blood at the forearms and hardens them to the strength of Iron taking the shape of large sharp blades, the blades span 1 meter long.

Technique Name: Blood Pillar
Description: The user punches the ground while having blood swirling around it the blood is then seeped into the ground and then proceeds to harden and rise up quickly in the form of a large pillar.

Technique Name: Blood Burster
Description: The User quickly sweeps their hand to the side causing 10 hardened blood pellets to shoot out at the target.
Requirements: Blood Blood Fruit

Technique Name: Blood Cannon
Description: The user forms a sphere of hardened blood that is at the strength of iron, the user then proceeds to fire the sphere like a cannon ball it has the power to impale itself in trees, and dent rock.
Requirements: Blood Blood Fruit, Blood Pistol
Stat Count Cost: 5 points

Technique Name: Blood Reaper
Description: The user forms blood into chains from the fingers that are then form into small blades on the ends and hardens it, the chains and the blades have the strength of iron. The user then proceeds to move their hands like as if they would with strings the chains following the movement of the fingers.

Technique Name: Crimson Forest
Description: The user places both palms on the ground and proceeds to let the blood seep through, the blood then rises violently from the ground in the form of 10 large pillars that are hardened blood.
Requirements: Blood Blood Fruit, Blood Pillar

[ Rozu Rozu no mi Technique Book ]

Rozu Rozu no Mi Manual: Complete Manual - 20,000

Technique Name: Rose Rose Lash
Description: The user extends a length of thorny vine from the wrist, using it as a whip or cable. Has many non-combat uses as well, and can be severed from the user.
Requirements: Must have consumed the Roze Roze no Mi.
Stat Count Cost: 1

Technique Name: Rose Rose Perfume
Description: The user emits a powerful odor, which can overwhelm some foes' sense of smell. Reduces the Accuracy of regular foes by 15, and the Accuracy of Zoan foes by 30 when the Zoan is in half-form or greater, unless they naturally possessed a strong sense of smell.
Requirements: Must have eaten the Roze Roze no Mi.

Technique Name: Rose Rose Germination
Description: Upon touching a physical object, the user embeds seeds into the object. These seeds can be 'detonated' from a range of 25 yards, causing them to bloom into large roses quite suddenly. Along with surprising the foe, this makes any sharp object affected blunt until the roses are plucked away from the object.
Requirements: Must have eaten the Roze Roze no Mi.

Technique Name: Rose Rose Root
Description: Turning their feet into roots, the user immobilizes themselves to brace for an attack, now able to withstand incredible forces as they are anchored to the ground. User gains +50 Defense, but their Speed no longer factors into combat for the duration, as though the Speed were 0.
Requirements: Must have eaten the Roze Roze no Mi

Technique Name: Rose Rose Bramble-trap
Description: The user creates a veritable maze of thorny branches and vines encompassing an area, making it difficult for anyone but the most maneuverable to navigate without injury. A swordsman or blade-wielder can hack through the vegetation to traverse it, but moves and fights only at half speed. Anyone who attempts to traverse the bramble gets hit with an unblock-able Weak hit, though Colour of Armaments prevents this. The user is one with the thicket, and can traverse it freely. Fire consumes the thicket entirely. Can only affect a 50-yard radius.
Requirements: Must have eaten the Rose Rose no Mi, must have 75 Spirit or greater. Must be able to maintain concentration even while moving and fighting.
