There are rules, in order to buy a volume of a tech manual. They are as follows:

- The player buying a manual must have consumed the devil fruit needed to use the techniques they are purchasing.


Universal Devil Fruit Manuals

The below manuals are able to be purchased by any Paramecia User

Universal Manual: Gear Second - 150,000 Beli
Technique Name: Gear Second
Description: The user learns how to unlock a next level of their powers (each completely different). The user, when entering Gear Second increases (Two stats of the users choice, spirit and intelligence my not be increased) by +100 for 7 posts. This ability can be used twice during a fight. After the gear is up, the users loses -40 (Two stats of the users choice) for 7 posts (The user must pick at least one of the two stats increased to decrease. Intelligence and spirit can not be selected as an option for decreasing). The user may not use Third Gear while Second Gear is Active.
Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user & have 500,000 Experience
Point Count Cost: 15

Universal Manual: Third Gear - 300,000 Beli
Technique Name: Third Gear
Description: The user learns to fully unlock their fruits full potential. This grants the user an increase in (Two stats of the users choice, spirit and intelligence may not be increased) +150. 3rd Gear can only be accessed if the user is not using second. This tech can only be used once a fight and lasts for 7 posts. After which, the users strength, speed and defense drop by half for how ever long Third Gear was active. (I.E used for 1 turn, decreased for 1 turn).
Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user & have 1,000,000 Experience & have 2nd Gear
Point Count Cost: 20

Universal Manual: Double Gear - 200,000 Beli
Technique Name: Double Gear
Description: The user is able to combine both 2nd and 3rd gears. In this instance the user gains the doubled stat increases (Two sets for each, meaning 2 +250 increases, spirit and intelligence may not be increased). This lasts for 7 posts, and counts as 1 use for each gear. After the post limit, the users strength, defense, speed and stamina drops by three fourths for 7 posts.
Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user & have 1,500,000 Experience & have 2nd and 3rd Gear

Universal Manual: Controlled 2nd Gear - 500,000 Beli
Technique Name: Controlled 2nd Gear
Description: With Training, the user learns to master they're 2nd Gear technique so that it no longer decreases their stats once they exit that form. This also adds on additional use to their 2nd Gear Technique.
Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 1,500,000 Experience & know 2nd Gear.

Universal Manual: Controlled 3rd Gear - 1,000,000 Beli
Technique Name: Controlled 3rd Gear
Description: With Training, the user learns to master they're 3rd Gear technique so that it no longer decreases their stats once they exit that form. This also adds on additional use to their 3rd Gear Technique.
Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 2,000,000 Experience, Controlled 2nd Gear & know 3rd Gear.

Universal Manual: Controlled Double Gear - 1,500,000 Beli
Technique Name: Controlled Double Gear
Description: With Training, the user learns to master they're Double Gear technique so that it no longer decreases their stats once they exit that form.
Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 2,500,000 Experience, Controlled 2nd Gear, Controlled 3rd Gear and Double Gear.
Point Count Cost: 25

((All Gears are different given their users fruits, therefore when purchasing the 2nd gear, the user must customize it by explaining what happens to the user when they enter it. An example of this would be luffy, his body, created of rubber, pumps blood through his body much faster, increasing his oxygen flow, thus giving him the strength and speed to move faster and hit harder. As such, a user must explain how their gear works as well.

[Hone Hone no Mi Techniques Book]

Hone Hone no Mi Manual: Complete Manual - 15,000 Beli

Technique Name: Bone Hardening
Description: The user hardens their bones to be as strong as steel +15 to defense for 5 posts. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 2 self posts.
Requirements: hone hone no mi

Technique Name: Bone sword.
Description: The user forms a sword thats about the length of their arm and is hard as tempered steel. +15 str while being used, This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 2 self posts.

Technique Name: Bone armor: Limbs
Description: The user focuses on bringing their bones to the surface of their skin and surrounding their limbs with it, it takes 1 post for the armor to fully grow and wrap around their limbs. +15 defense, - 5 speed. If the opponents strength is greater than the users defense, the armor will break. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 2 self posts.

Technique Name: Bone shuriken
Description: the user forms sharp shuriken out of the knuckles in their hands. The user can only make 5 at a time, and it takes 4 posts to be able to make more.
Requirements: bone sword
Stat Count Cost: 5

Technique Name: Bone forest
Description: The user puts their hands on the ground and aims their ribs at the ground projecting it into it, then curves them back up through the ground to make spikes, the user can't move while using this tech, and it may only be used once a fight, this technique affects a medium range in front of them.
Requirements: Bone hardening, bone shuriken, bone sword

[Gan Gan no Mi Techniques Book]

Gan Gan no Mi Manual: Complete Manual - 15,000 Beli

Technique Name: Ammo Stockpile
Description: The user can consume any material like steel, wood, water, fire, etc. And use that as ammunition for their gun gun techniques. However, the ammunition only stocks up to 5 "ammo" each time you use this technique. The user can stack stockpiles for long term use. Make sure to keep note. Depending on what you consume, the ammo may have special properties.
Requirements: Gan Gan no Mi

Technique Name: Hand Pistol
Description: The user turns their pointer finger into a gun barrel and their thumb into a gun hammer. User is able to fire bullets made of materials they have consumed with ammo stockpile. Depending on the material they ate, they bullets may have special properties. The user uses one of their ammo stockpiles when firing.
Requirements: Gan Gan no Mi
Stat Count Cost: 5

Technique Name: Gatling Arm
Description: The user turns their hand into a 3 barrel revolver, and their fore-arm into a gun chamber, turning the users arm into a make-shift gatling gun. When using this technique, the user rolls a 2 - 20 sided dice, that's how many shot are accurate enough to possibly hit the opponent. Using this technique uses up 3 of the ammo stockpile usages.

Technique Name: Double Barrel
Description: The user changes their hand and the top of their fore-arms into a double barrel shot gun. The shots from this attack scatter and can deal intense damage at point blank range. Uses up 3 ammo stockpile usages.

Technique Name: Arm Cannon
Description: The user changes their forearm into a medium size cannon. Any ammunition fired has the same destructive capabilities as regular cannon fire. Uses 5 stockpiles per fire.

[Saibou Saibou no Mi Techniques Book]


Saibou Saibou no Mi Manual: Complete Manual - 15,000 Beli

Technique Name: Saibou Saibou Blades
Description: First the user cuts their forearms and then using their blood to create a 3 foot long scythe like blade that is as sharp as a real sword.
Requirements: Must be bleeding
Point Count Cost: 5

Technique Name: Saibou Saibou Blade Extension
Description: This allows the user to extend the normal Saibou Saibou Blade by shaping the blades in a netting-pattern, in order to greatly lengthen them 5 times longer allowing them to attack people at range, without using more blood. Although this will slightly weaken the blades due to them being stretched out.
Requirements: Must be bleeding, Must know Saibou Saibou Blade

Technique Name: Saibou Saibou Cannon
Description: The user collects their blood on their hand forming a ball that is then shot at an opponent. This bullet is like being hit with a tennis ball sized cannonball at 45 MPH.
Requirements: Must be bleeding

Technique Name: Saibou Saibou Whip
Description: The user creates long strands of blood on their hands that are used like whips. These whips can be used to restrain their opponent or as a quick way to attack at a long range.
Requirements: Must be bleeding

Technique Name: Saibou Saibou Shield
Description: The user gathers blood in their hand to create a hexagonal shield with their palm, that is capable of deflecting bullets. Only lasts 4 turns.
Requirements: Must be bleeding

Technique Name: Saibou Saibou Lion Fist
Description: The user gathers blood around their arms in the form of a lion's head and spiky mane. This greatly enhances the physical strength of the user by +20. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 4 self posts.
Requirements: Must be bleeding, Must know all other Saibou Saibou Techniques

Technique Name: Saibou Saibou Rejuvenation
Description: This technique allows the user to replenish their blood supply via extreme hyperventilation causing their kidneys to produce a hormone called erythropoietin, which stimulates the production of blood cells.
Requirements: Must know all other Saibou Saibou Techniques

[Teku Teku no Mi Techniques Books


Teku Teku no Mi Manual: Complete Manual - 15,000 Beli

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi Metal Fists!
Description: The user generates huge metal fists that cover from their hands up to their elbows. The fists are extremely strong, adding +30 strength and defense to the user when using this technique.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi Blade!
Description: The user can create a giant mechanical sword from one of their hands. The sword covers half their forearm and their entire hand, extending up, as if they were holding a regular swords in their hand.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi Buster!
Description: The user creates giant mechanical legs, from half their upper thigh, all the way to their feet. The legs are exaggerated from the knee down, making large boot like mechanisms. The boots give the user the ability to jump great heights and distances, about 100 feet in the air and about 10 square blocks away. While using the Buster legs, the user gains +25 speed.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi Arm Shields!
Description: The user generate large circular shields on their fore-arms. The shields increase the users defense by +25 while using this technique.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi Grappling Hooks!
Description: The user generates grappling hook arms from their fore-arms up to their hands. The user can use these to grab items and people from long distances, as well as grab into buildings and other structures to pull themselves up quickly. This can be used for long range combat, evasion and escaping.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Hammer Time
Description: Two giant metal hammers are capable of protruding from the middle of the upper arm down, allowing the user to pummel their victims into the ground.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Injection
Description: Metal casing cover the users fingers, become four inches longer and sharp, like claws, with the very tips resembling needles. Great for scratching, grabbing, or stabbing.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Rocket Launcher
Description: Because of the size, the user must kneel down on one knee and aim their arm in the direction they plan on shooting. A gigantic canon forms, big enough to fit most any throwable available material inside to be launched. A downside is that the user can not move very well, if at all. Another downside is that the user must have more than just their own hands to load the canon with artillery to fire.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Ironman
Description: Semi-automatic technique that only goes into effect right before the user is impaled by a metal object or blade. Basically, Ironman lessens the effect of metal weapons on the user. If say a metal blade hits the users shoulder, it will stick as if hitting a thick brick of wax, the user's body absorbing the impact. User is not IMMUNE to metal, though. It still hurts them, just not as badly and keeps the user from bleeding. Defense +25 for 5 posts. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 4 self posts.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Visor
Description: A metal comb encases the users ear and a neon blue visor circles around the front of the users face to the opposite ear and allows them to use multiple functions; such as heat vision, viewing opponents physical details, and hearing up to a mile away. Accuracy +20 for 5 posts, This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 2 self posts.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Hot Rod
Description: The users legs bulge and transform into two large metal wheels, allowing for much greater speed, agility, and Stamina. Speed +25 while in use.

Description: A chainlike blade transforms the user's arm, starting at the middle of the lower arm and traveling downward.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Hidden Blade
Description: The user goes forth as if to punch an opponent, but transitions their hand from a fist into the form of a tsuitachi jab, or kizami zuki, with their palm flat down and fingers outstretched. A hidden blade instantaneously shoots out of the users wrist in an attempt to cut their opponent and disappears again in the blink of an eye.

Technique Name: Teku Teku no Mi: Whipping Windmill
Description: The users arm is lengthened by twelve inches starting at the wrist. Their hand becomes a ball and socket joint-like mechanism and their fingers grow into 5 double edged blades - roughly three feet long and an inch in width. They rotate like the blades of a helicopter at the user's will and at blinding speeds. The ball and socket joint allows the user to rotate the blades so they are able to rotate the blades to attack horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, opening a world of possibilities.
