A couple months went by and the Druid pack's territory developed quite quickly. Everyone was given housing which was a nice gift from Druid himself. Liliana was very grateful for having a place of her own. Maugrim was able to get her and Chrome a two story place since it was the two of them. She was sitting in front of the empty fire place on her comfortable sofa thinking about what she promise Chrome. She was also thinking of her guy she fancied as well. He knew her all about her. Who she was but didn't know the dark secret she held deep down. Could she allow Chrome in too. Perhaps just enough but not all the way into her soul. It was nice having a friend. Her and Chrome quickly developed a close friendship. It was if they were cousins.

It had been a few months since her first arrival here in Lunar. Somehow she had managed to pass off as Lilliana's cousin to the rest of the pack including Lilliana's master, Maugrim. He seemed skeptical at first, but somehow she managed to persuade her into the false life she lived. The rest of the pack was alot more easier to persuade, but she needed to appeal to the beta the most as she had already crossed his path without his knowing. She had been given the role of female Chronicler after display of writing expertise and arranging things in order. Seems all those days as a secretary had finally proven it's use. She was still the freshest piece of meat in the pack since she was the most recent to arrive and she had caught the eyes of some people albeit not in the most comforting ways some respectful, others provocative. It was all usual to her.

She made her way downstairs after taking a nap and doing some papers of recent things happening in the pack. She had finished the recordings of everything happening up to Puck's trial which were assigned to her by Druid a while back. Now she was just trying to settle in at Wulfgar. The first of all, was trying to get herself accompanied with Lilliana. They had become great friends due to the pairing of lodgemates, sharing some good times over the months. But still the siren knew mostly everything of how Chrome had arrived to the land, but nothing of her past aside from that. She was reserved in most circumstances and was usually doing something for Maugrim. Now she had some male on her mind! She was a little frustrated with the matter, wanting to gain the affection of the woman just a tad bit. It was whatever though as it makes sense for siren's to charm beings and appear unrequited to the victims. At least that's what her book of "Supernatural and Mythical Beings" had informed her as she continued to read as she made it to the ground level of the lodge.

She looked over at Lilliana, who looked a bit disturbed by something on her mind. "Hey there." She announced her presence in the room before sitting down next to Lilliana. "You seem kind of out of it. Want to talk?" She asked with a tone of concern. Her voice was a deep, husky voice that befit her. It was calming and almost melancholy as if she had little to stress about despite her heavy workload. She was almost completely different to the first time the two met where was baring the weight over her sister's death.

Liliana heard Chrome talk to her but due to being in deep thought. "Hey there.", "You seem kind of out of it. Want to talk?" She wasn't able to respond quickly but turned to look at Chrome.

"Umm. . .sure. Maybe." she gave a confused smile before finally snapping out of her own thoughts. "Sorry, Chrome. I have a lot on my mind. Although, you have no idea how wonderful it is to finally be under my own roof. I am not one to have roommates but you have been awesome." she smiled. "Seriously, you have. Your company has been the right kind of medicine I've been needing." she shared. "And I have been deciding back and forth. I am ready to share my real name with you. Yes, surprise-surprise Liliana is not my real name. It's one of my alias names. My name is Lorilei." she smiled. "Now, the importance of that bit of infor must stay between us. Not even Maugrim knows my real name." she smirked. "The only person who knows my name is Tets. . .nevermind." she smiled. "Haven't seen him in a while." she said in a low tone. "Anywho, I don't think we have anything important to do. Anything you want to do? Have you got up on the records and such for Druid?" she asked curiously.

"Nope, I finished all my records and articles like a month ago. If anything I just need to go show him that they're all complete and up to date. " Chrome said kind of confused at what Lorilei just explained to her.

"If there's anything I want to do; it's to understand the girl I'm talking to right now then." She confessed now in wonder at what this woman was hiding and why. It hurt to know she didn't even know her own roommate's real name, when that's what she believed all along. "You're my first real friend in a long time. With my sister gone and all, you're the only person I have faith in. Especially after saving my hide from Maugrim's wrath back then." The Moonrage Elf explained to the siren. "It's been three months now and even though I've been accepted into the pack, I'm standing around ignorant of you and your master's plans. When it's clear as day to me that it's malevolence whatever you two are scheming." She said with her arms crossed as she put her book down on the coffee table.

"So will you give me some intel? Please Lorilei? Friend?" She put on a pout and flattened her ears atop her head. She cupped one of the siren's hands and gave her the puppy eye's.

Liliana was growing a close relationship with Chrome. A relationship she had not had in a long time beside Tetsuya. She thought carefully about Chrome's question and thought about how out of the loop she felt. Chrome had every reason to feel this way. Although it was dangerous to know every inch of information she might decide to share. Liliana looked at Chrome than looked away into their empty fireplace.

"Chrome, you don't know what your asking." she stated and began pacing pulling out cigerette's. Liliana never smoked but in the past she had to disguise the scent of her customers. "Look, until I can figure out something. You must swear. Swear on your life what I am about to tell you. Because this bit of information puts us both on the line." she said looking to Chrome. Liliana went to lock the door and invited Chrome onto the couch with her. "Chrome, I am scared to share with you. As you know Maugrim is my master. It's true he saved me. When we met. . .he was a regular customer of mine." she explained looking to Chrome hoping she understood what she meant. "Well, one of my customers got a little greedy of having his way with me. Luckily Maugrim asked for me and killed that b*****d. So, I've owed him my life since. He brought me to the Druids. It took me a long time to get use to them and their way of life. Because it was a way of life I wasn't use to." she said beginning her story. "Maugrim has this plot. I don't know the details but he wishes to over through Druid. How? I have no clue? Ephriam was his pupil and now the boy ran away. He doesn't share his plans with me but he entrusts me with everything. Sometimes he has me seduce memebers but I normally don't do much with them. I usually drug them so they pass out." she explained. "Now, I have decided how I feel about all this. Druid has been kind to me. When I needed a place to stay. He didn't hesitate. He's too nice if you ask me. "He's grown soft" says Maugrim she repeated for Chrome.

Miss Gambol listened to Lorilei's explanation. She blushed at the realization of what she meant by her "Customers" and looked over at the fireplace to advert her embarrassment being revealed. She took everything in about Maugrim's plot and input on Druid to her thoughts on the alpha. Who would've thought all this was going on inside the pack without some of them even know. She wondered, "Is it only Maugrim and Lorilei in on this? Or are there more hiding in the pack?" It was a shocking and ominous thought. It made her question what the bound of trust was like here in druid, for Druid or for Maugrim? She was dead-on with her prediction of what was going on. She sat there just a little speechless before looking back at the siren. "I see. . ."

"Then . . .what are you going to do when the time comes? When Maugrim takes action. It sounds as if he's planning on taking leadership from Druid." Chrome asked as she wafted away some of the smoke with her hand. She didn't care what Lilliana smelled of, it was somewhat better than the smoke tainting her sense of smell. "Are you going to join with Druid at the time or are you going to keep your allegiance with Maugrim?" She threw out their for her friend to ponder on as she reclined against one of the arm's of the sofa as she sat facing Lorilei's direction. She adjusted her short, white shorts so the draft in the room wasn't freezing her tush. "I won't judge you for your answer. You know I'm committed to helping you anyway possible, my friend. But it's like our saying from the underground goes, "There's no rest for the wicked." She explained looking at the beautiful siren, she was always going to stay with her friend.

"Then . . .what are you going to do when the time comes?, Are you going to join with Druid at the time or are you going to keep your allegiance with Maugrim?" Liliana expected Chrome to ask her these questions and unfortunately she didn't know the answer to those questions yet. She knew the right decision but she was loyal to Maugrim. I mean who was the Druid pack to her anyways. Right? The moment Chrome said " I won't judge you for your answer, There's no rest for the wicked." This made her feel terrible inside.

"I haven't quite thought out my options." she began. "The truth is I don't know what the Druid pack means to me. Druid himself did not hesitate when Maugrim asked if I could stay. Although the others judged me for what I was. In time they grew tolerant of my presence. So, I can't exactly say I have had a wonderful time here." she shared. "Although I don't blame them for judging or treating me poorly in the beginning. They eventually did come around and gave me the chance I deserve. Especially the young ones. Pups, are hardly ones to judge quickly unless taught to. Such fools they can be." she chuckled. "Whatever I decide in the end. You too must decide for yourself. Don't follow my path. Let's just hope. I choose the right one." she smiled. "Because your right evil does not rest." she said softly and looked away. "I must go meet Maugrim. Excuse me Chrome." she said deciding to take a walk before heading straight over to him.

Zar'roc sat in front of the chimney as he was sharpening the blade of his sword. Today, Zar was to take his hunting party out to catch food for the season and since their alphess Soleil was expecting, food was especially on demand as she carried the future of their pack.

Larka had enjoyed, The permanent placement of housing, But apart of her always seemed to miss the adventure and rush of traveling.
She glided out of the The bedroom dressing for the hunt. Skins and carved bones decorated the wall while candles lite halls and rooms; furniture broadened the home.

She then noticed Zar in the hall preparing " Good morning, My North-Star. Preparing for the hunt too?" she asked before brushing her hair to one side and kissing Zar'roc on the mid of his forehead.

Three Months had passed and she was still getting used too all the changes, But the Forests were plentiful of prey. Though with so many pups and newborns on the way, the hunts became more demanding of the couple. Where one would have been enough daily, one of two extra bucks or doe would have to be caught.
On the side of the house was The Meat Hunt, Larka built it for the community. There, Extra meat would be chilled from ice and snow from the nearby mountains and lightly salted from ocean salt, all the pack would have to do is ask here for a few cuts. But she had also begun to make a smokehouse for longer lasting food source.

Zar'roc then touched the blade of his sword, satisfy with it's sharpness and put it back into it's sheath. " Good morning, My North-Star. Preparing for the hunt too?" spoke his lovely mate. Then feeling her soft lips touch his head. He looks over his shoulder to find Larka dressed in her hunting gear as well.

"Of course my Violet Moon," he smirks. Zar'roc then stands up from his seat. Zar'roc stands to peck her lips and ties his silver decorated sheath to his waist. "There is much to hunt and by this time of the season, the grounds are likely to be filled with bigger prey," he said and walks into their kitchen to pour himself another cup of coffee. The thinking about his student Shamrock who had been exceling in his hunting skills. Maybe today will be the day that Sham will catch a stag on his own.

Larka smiled at Zar'roc, tying her dagger belt across her torso. " ahh yes, there should be enough game plenty enough to feed the pack. I might have to bag another for the meat shed though. never know when a shortage might come eh ? " she said packing a few extra precautions away in her bag encase things went haywire on the hunt: like bandages and herbs.

Taking a long piece of sinew she tied her hair back, before watching Zar'roc walk into the kitchen. To which she eventually joined him, sitting in a chair adjacent to him, " what wrong? " she questioned, seeing that there was something big on his mind.

Zar'roc drank his new cup of coffee as he thought of Shamrock. "I was just thinking about my student, Shamrock," he told Larka. "How well his progress has gone from the time I began to mentor him in the art of hunt. Sham is a natural but has not yet been able to succeed in making his own kill. Or at least not by himself," he shared. When finished with his coffee, Zar tighten his gloves. "Ready my dear?" he asked.

Larka smiked, " ahh yes... Shamrock. do you think his ready to make his first kill? " she said sipping at a glass of water she got herself. " I mean we could come up with something to make him try. I mean my mentor started us off with live does and made us kill them as wolves. I am sure we can come up with something ? " she questioned as she got up from her sit and nodded at Zar'roc " yes! ready!!" she said racing to the door.

"I am sure he is," Zar'roc spoke confident. "I was just about his age when I made my own first kill," he grinned proudly. He remembered the time that he went hunting with his father and killed his first stag. Having the horns of the stag be made into weapons. Zar then listen to his lovely mate explain about what they could do to help Shamrock. He tapped his chin as he followed Larka out of their kitchen but, smirked at her excitement. Before they exited the home, Zar quickly grabbed her by the waist and pulled her in for a quick kiss on the lips. "I'm sure we will," he told her. "But your ideas not that bad."

When they stepped out of their home, a stable boy had come to drop of his horse Voulge. Zar'roc flipped the boy two coins and took his horse's reins. "Alright my violet moon, let's go get the boy," and lead the way.
