Hello, I have just joined the guild. My name is Marion, I am 16 years old and I am here to learn the ways of Wicca and other Pagan religions.
Well, like the sticky in the main forum says, Wicca is oathbound, coven-based, and initiatory. So you'll need to find a legitimate coven of the proper traditions willing to train you first, and then work to become an initiate before you're taught the rites of Wicca. Before that happens, you're what's called a 'Seeker of Wicca'. 'Wiccan' is a title, and it has to be earned.
In your case you will have several years to wait before you can begin looking for a coven in earnest. Wiccan covens won't initiate minors. So in some places, 18 is the youngest you can be accepted as a student. In others, it's 21. Wicca is a fertility cult, so it seeks to avoid any complications with our law enforcement organizations by staying away from people who aren't legally adults.
Finding Wicca isn't easy. It can take many many years, and even when you do find a coven you may train for several more before becoming an actual member. It's hard work.
But! Until then you can learn all you like about the other pagan religions out there, and there's more than a few. I recommend starting here -

We have lots of different types of pagans here: Heathens, Kemetics, reconstructionists, eclectic neo-pagans, and others. They'll be able to tell you more about their paths than I can.
