Diachronic Premise
After long years in Gensokyo, many individual events have shaken the land. In this particular arc, we join a new cast of youkai (and human) who descended from many of the most prominent beings in Gensokyo. Their talents and skills are only seen when a mysterious figure appears to cause wreckage and woe. Old vendettas and hates resurface.

Impertinent Reciprocity
The story begins in a villa in Europe, where an enigmatic urban legend has made an appearance by the name of the Black Wolf. This story parallels a few people of Gensokyo, where the existence of magic is debatable and truth is stranger than fiction.
