Grandmother- Theadora Devereaux (Mother's Side) XXXXXTheadora was a young middle classed woman of Green. She lived a long full life, and is now in her mid 80s. She married Tyrell when she were in their mid thirties. She is a very strong witch, how ever a weak empath, She can see what people are feeling and thinking upon touch, which can be painless or not, based on how she wants. Her and her husband gave birth to one little girl. Ridley and Theadora's relationship is fairly rocky, They hate to be around each other, but they do have a respect for one another. She lives in the city alone, just off the Green Forest. Theadora's family has an odd trait where the woman do not take the men's name when marrying them. They lived happily together, until Tyrells death, having been Killed by Joseph. However, Theadora returned the favor by killing his current wife Aniya.
Grandfather- Tyrell Sanders (Mother's Side) Deceased XXXXXTyrell had recently died a few years previous, in his early 80s. He seemed to have not active power, however, he always seemed to remember every thing he read. Ridley and Tyrell hated each other with a burning passion. Ridley was happy to see him die at the hand of Joseph Hale, which his death lead to an all out war between the families.
Grandmother- Athena Hale Deceased XXXXXAthena was a very bitter old woman before her passing. She was a decently weak Diviner, which meant she would see things in the near future, and would definitely get everyone in trouble before it happens, and she had a questionable, and rare ability for Green. She is able to guild those dead safely into the afterlife. Ridley hated the old bat, and she died, of old age, alone in the towns of Green in her late 80s. However, when she was alive, and a young woman, she was going about the green forest when she came across a young man, Joseph Hale. After a long conversation they agreed to meet in the same place the next day. Over time, they began to fall in love, and even though she could see into the future, she could not see he were from Black. After a year, he finally told her, and he agreed that he would live with her in Green and keep his Black inheritance a secret. After a four years of marriage, Joseph could not keep his powers and life a secret any longer, and left, but not before they had Two Bouncing Baby boys. Archer, and Marcel. Athena kept Archer, while Marcel was taken back to Black with Joseph.
Grandfather- Joseph Hale XXXXXJoseph is a very terrifying man. He is in his late 70s, and is a very powerful Incubus, and necromancer. He can't bring the dead back to life, but he can control spirits, and weaker demons. After marrying Athena, and moving to Green, Joseph had two boys, Archer, and Marcel. After seeing Athena cross over the spirits that he were controlling slowly began to eat at him, until he could not take it any further, and after a powerful fight he fled Green with one of his son's Marcel, and left Archer with her. He resumed his life in Black and gladly lived without his 'beloved' wife. After snapping, he now has grown to hate those in his family that reside in Green, and has killed his daughter-in-law's father, and gladly kill off his own children. Ridley likes to believe Joseph used the old bat to get the child he wanted, and then left her, however this has not been confirmed, and Ridley is far to terrified to ask him.
Grandmother-in-law- Aniya Hale Deceased XXXXXAfter resuming his life back in Black, Joseph married a pretty little woman named Aniya. She was a witch, and she had a power that interested her. She had the power of Hemokinesis, in other words, she was a blood bender. She had the ability to control water, but rarely exercised this power. Aniya and Joseph had two more kids together, Neva, and Darian. They lived happily and crazily together with Marcel, their to kids, and Ridley, until Marcel fled Black to live with his family in Green. All that currently live in the Hale house hold hate the Devereaux family, and would kill them at any chance. However, Aniya was killed in an all out spell battle with Theadora.
Mother- Delilah Devereaux XXXXXDelilah is Ridley's mother, and one of the few people she can tolerate in her family from Green. Delilah is a rare psychic that can see the future, present and past happening all at the same time, So she can walk into the Green castle as see it how it was 500 years prior. She can't control it, and it usually makes her very very confused. Ridley feels pretty bad for Delilah, though she doesn't admit it. This is where her concern for the weaker comes into play, growing up, her and her sister often had to come to her rescue, getting lost or saying the wrong thing to the wrong person due to her completely confusion. She lives in Green with her husband Archer, her two daughter Reece, and Ryan, as well as her Niece Jacquetta, and brother in law Marcel in the center of the towns in a decently large house.
Father- Archer Hale XXXXXArcher is a very...whimsical man. He is able to produce illusions in the area around himself, and make it feel as though you are actually there. Ridley hates this man, and he is the reason why Ridley was kicked out of their house in Green, and forced to move in with her family in Black. Ridley would kill him if she got her hands on him.
Sister- Reece Devereaux XXXXXReece is Ridley's older sister by one year. She is a Sybil, she can read peoples faces, and tell how they are feeling, if they are lying, or hiding anything just by looking into their eyes. She can also produce barriers. Reece and Ridley hate each other. They are complete opposites. Reece has straight, thin long blonde hair, and usually keeps herself well covered in large dresses. She is a complete goody-goody, and in their childhood, she would often tell on Jacquetta, Ridley, and Hayden when they did things wrong, which her powers made this easy to do. Over time, Reece was able to tell that Ridley, and Hayden were working with Joseph, Neva, and Darian, and told her father and Marcel. However, she was much to late and Ridley and Hayden were able to help them kill off Tyrell. Her barriers aided in her own escape, as well as her mother's, father's and Desiree's while Neva, Anyia, Joseph, and Darian invaded. Without Reece's help Hayden and Ridley would still be living in green and aiding in taking down the family. Ridley is working her hardest to kill Reece.
Brother- Hayden Devereaux Deceased XXXXXHayden is Ridley's beloved younger Brother by one year. He were able to create illusions, but only on his person, so he would be able to shape shift for a short period of time, but he also were able to speak to the dead. Ridley and Hayden both loved each other, and were both partners in crime. They both sided with the Hale family and agreed to help them kill the Devereaux family. While leading them to what was suppose to be a massacre, Reece caught a glimpse of his eyes, and began to blab, but not before they were ambushed. Hayden was killed off in the cross fire between Theadora, and Anyia. Ridley still wants revenge for him.
Sister- Desiree Devereaux XXXXXDesiree is the youngest out of the entire family at a mere age of 10. She has no known powers, but she is showing signs of being a healer, and is able to remember everything that has happened in her life. Ridley loves Desiree, and would to anything to save her. Desiree is almost a spitting image of Ridley, only she has blonde hair, and looks positively... Good. If Ridley some how gets into the house in Green, to visit her mother, and cousin, everyone does what ever they can to keep them apart, fearing she would turn out like Ridley.
Aunt- Neva Hale Deceased XXXXXNeva is Ridley's horrifying aunt. She is a decent witch, but she is able to control fire, that seems to always burn black. She has always lived in Black, and hates the goody family in Green, and hates that she is even distantly related to them. She was one of the most hateful and twisted of the Hale family. She grew up in Black with her older half brother Marcel, and her younger brother Darian. She later married a man she used to get a daughter, a spitting image of herself. After Jacquetta was born, Neva burned her husband alive. Over time, Marcel kidnapped her daughter when he left She basically lead the ambush in the fight, and issued quite a few punches, but she sadly didn't kill any of them. After a few years, She began to try and go back and kill whom ever she can, and after one fight with Darian, Marcel, Jacquetta, and Delilah, Neva was killed, she was over powered, and slowly burned alive by Jacquetta. Ridley was terrified of Neva, and even though she wouldn't admit it, she is glad that she was dead.
Uncle- Marcel Hale XXXXXMarcel is Ridley's uncle. He to is an Incubus like his father, and can charm and control not only women, but men as well. He also is a very powerful spell caster, and is considerably one of the strongest, just behind Athena, and Joseph. Marcel was taken to Black in early childhood, and lived with his half brother Darian, and half sister Neva. He lived in their ways, but always hated it. After Neva murdered her husband, he was able to kidnap Jacquetta and was able to take her to Green and live with Delilah and Archer, and raise her as her own, hoping to keep her in the side of good. Ridley and Marcel have a very interesting relationship. Even though she has chosen the evil side of the family, they respect each other, and Marcel believes that Ridley still has good in her and can come back to Green.
Uncle- Darian Hale XXXXXDarian is a very powerful incubus, and is able to control those around him, as well as be able to bring the dead back to life, in a zombie like fashion. Ridley is terrified of Darian, and will do what ever she can to stay on his good side.
Cousin- Jacquetta Hale XXXXXJacquetta is Ridley's younger cousin by two years. She is able to control fire, how ever unlike her mother's, it burns like a normal fire. Ridley and Jacquetta were inseparable as kids, and would often get in trouble by Reece. Ridley loves Jacquetta, and would do what ever it takes to being her to the evil side with her. However, their relationship turned as Ridley and Hayden lead them to a fight. Ridley still visits Marcel, Jacquetta, Delilah and Desiree, however, she is not wanted to.
History: Ridley was born into the wonderfully dysfunctional Devereaux family.it all started back with her grandmother Athena, and her grandfather Joseph. When Athena was a young woman, she had always been single her whole life, Until one day she was taking a nice calm walk about the green forest when she came across a young man, Joseph Hale. After long conversations she was captivated by his intellect, and he was quite the looker, though she would never admit it. They agreed to meet in the same place the next day. Over time, they began to fall in love, and even though she could see into the future, she could not see all the secrets he was hiding from her. One was him being from the Black Kingdom. They began to argue, and fight. Things began to get physical and spiritual until After a four years of marriage, Joseph could not keep his powers and life a secret any longer, and in his fury, he attacked Athena and in a massive battle the house was blown to pieces. As Athena recovered from the blast, she spotted Joseph fleeing the ruins that was their house. With their eldest born, Marcel. Marcel was barely one at the time. Athena remained in Green with Archer, and never remarried. However, Joseph remarried, and married a young woman named Anyia, and had two children together in the urban side of Black, One daughter Neva, and one Son Darian, both monstrous children. Ever since then, The family has been at war with each other. Devereaux verses Hale. The family hold distinct traits of Green or Black from an early age, and in this case, Ridley is proof of this, and that her Black nature could not be changed.
Ridley is the second oldest, under her older sister Reece. Ridley also had a younger brother Hayden, and a younger sister Desiree. Ridley has always been the trouble maker out of the Four, even above Hayden. Ridley was born into a family divided, Half her family lived in the Black Kingdom, and she lived with her immediate family in Green. From the get go, Ridley never fit in. The Devereaux family has always been a family that was decently well off, in Black and Green, so Ridley, Reece, Hayden, and Jacquetta had the best tutors to grow as a Green citizen, It is true, there is no dimwitted citizen in Green, and there never will be. While her sister Reece prospered easily at every thing she did. She was smart, quick, and developed her powers much earlier than most in her family. Ridley never cared about learning about bettering her mind, even at the young age of 10. Ridley's body was much more developed for her age, as well as her interests, which worried Delilah and Archer, her parents. Finally, her foresight power came into the picture at the age of 12, which was a relief until they realized what it did. The family was on a long around the city outskirts to calm themselves, when Ridley ran into the brush, and came out holding a sweet little rabbit. Ridley smiled up to her family as they looked at the rabbit, and her older sister almost swooned. She proudly informed them "The rabbit is about to die." she said as she stroked it's head, with an all to happy smile on her face. Her parents were concerned but gleeful that she was able to see the future. Sure enough, after letting it go it hopped back to where it was, when a large bird soared in and grabbed the rabbit and took off with it. However, they all began to realize this was not being able to see the future, but the fact that she was only able to know when things were going to die. After hearing this, Delilah began to panic due to their fears have been proven. Their lovely girl was taking after the Hale family. Archer refused to accept this, and took her to many psychics in Green, only to find out even worse news. Over and over. Not only has she taken after the Hale family, she had taken after Joseph directly. She was a Siren. And as she reached her teens it began to grow obvious, as she began to seduce her tutor to give her good grades without having her doing work. After this fact being proven, Ridley's parents began to shower Ridley in all things good and positive, in hopes of swaying to the good side of the family, which only made her reject it all further. And while all of their focus were on Ridley, they seemed to have missed Hayden's dark nature.
At the age of 16, her grandfather Joseph began to contact her via a spell he cast, allowing him to temporarily dream walk to Ridley. At first Ridley resisted, and feared the man, but over time, she began to trust him and like what he was saying to her. He knew how restrained, and repressed she felt, and how wrong it was of her family to do so, While he did this, Darian began to dream walk with Hayden to get his attention. After two years, Ridley began to be very close with her grandfather, and her hatred for her family was at an all time high, which she may have been influenced by her grandfathers incubus powers. Joseph had a master plan to rid her of her family, which her and Hayden quickly agreed, as long as they spared Jacquetta, and Desiree. Joseph agreed, and they began to devised a plan, on their family gathering near the woods, Ridley was suppose to make a toast, and on her cue Joseph, Anyia, Neva, and Darian would invade, however as she got everyone's attention, Hayden could not distract Reece well enough to keep her from reading his or her face, and she began to scream and warn of the attack, but that was enough for the mini army that was waiting in the forest.
After Reece's screams of warning quickly ended as her body twisted and began to shake incredibly before being sent over a few tables by none other than Anyia. Theadora and Anyia quickly began to get locked in battle as two terrifyingly powerful 70 year old woman. It began to rain black fire as Neva invaded the area, and it took Delilah, Archer, and Jacquetta tried to square off with her, while Marcel battled Darian, and Tyrell battle Joseph. At this point the jig was up, and Ridley and Hayden were given up, and they began to battle their own family. Ridley beginning to attack Reece with all of her power, but her attacks was matched with Reece's extensive defensive powers, while Hayden jumped from battle to battle trying to fight off who he could. The fights all took a south turn quick as Joseph killed off Tyrell. This began to fuel Theadora's anger as she began to fight with all her power, and in her wrath she accidentally hit Hayden with a spell that was meant for Anyia, whom was quickly snipped out after Hayden's death. Ridley rushed to her brother's side in tears as she held his hand, but he was gone. Reece began to help defend against Neva, who's wild attacks pushed all four of them into a corner, but with two of his family and fighters down, Joseph began to call back Neva and Darian, as well as Ridley. After one regretful look at her family she hated, she retreated with her rightful family.
Over the years Ridley has done well for herself. She has learned how to expand all of her powers, Spell casting, Seduction, and her death foresight with the help from her grandfather, only it wasn't as she expected. His methods for helping her were less than pleasant for her. When Ridley would bring a boy home, for one of her many flings, Joseph would use him to help Ridley perfect her powers of foreseeing one's death, which he would also do with her friends. He would torture them with Neva and Darian as they slowly withered away, and Joseph would force Ridley to watch her boyfriends and friends be tortured to the point where they couldn't handle it any further and would die, and would force her to tell him how long they had to live. The more accurate the number, the quicker he would make their deaths. He would also use the same tactics to motivate her to strengthen her seduction and glamour powers. If she couldn't produce the required effect he wanted, he would kill off and torture more of her friends, until finally she was noticed by the royal family, who's Duchess position had opened up due to the previous Duchess' mysterious disappearance, and got her the position of Duchess thanks to her ability that her grandfather forced her to strengthen.
Personality: Ridley is extremely flirtatious, and hits on every guy she sees and uses them to her advantage. She appears to be extremely cocky, confidant, rebellious, and manipulative. She often just uses others to get what she wants out of them and appears to be rather unfeeling. She does have a caring side to her, but she refuses to acknowledge that it exists, and if it's brought up, she'll get extremely defensive. Her caring side surfaces when she comes across a completely defenseless person, or animal, whether it be an extremely old person needing help, or a baby bird fallen out if it's nest. She would help them in the rudest fashion she can come up with, or she'll help if no one is watching. She tries her hardest to appear opposite of her family, and that she is in fact evil, how ever, her compassion may show if some comes to actually like someone, how ever she tries to hide it. She is a party girl, and loves going out to balls, and such, she even ventures out to the White Festivals some times, slowly corrupting one white citizen at a time.
Appearance: Ridley stands at 5'7'', and isn't the skinny, dainty Duchess one might imagine. Ridley is a fairly curvacious woman, and knows how to use it. Ridley has quite a few appearances she likes to use, but she really has long thick brunette hair, and somewhat soft features that she sharpens with the makeup she uses. She always gravitates towards darker colors, and some times she even uses it to the point where she is unrecognizable, and even a bit scary, which she does on purpose. Ridley has piercing golden eyes, what almost appears to pulse as she gazes upon a person. She has flawless skin what on the verge of near pale, which contrasts her dark fashion sense.
She always has a form of sex appeal in her clothing, whether it be slitted skirts, cleavage, or dresses that are a bit to short for the time. Her dresses are almost always dark, unless she's trying to make a point. She also always wears heels, which boosts her height all the more, and although she wears heels, it doesn't hinder her ability to move or fight.
Armor: Ridley rarely wears armor, she finds them much to bulky and much to hard to take off. Though, she does have armor, though it might not be as functional as it is made for appearance. She has a breast plate that is very formed fitted, shows off her cleavage, and comes down just past her rib cage, leaving her stomach bare. her leg armor is covered by a short skirt made of chainmail, and metal heeled boots.
Weapons: Ridley's favorite weapon is her fists, and legs. When angered she can pack a mean punch, and then you would get to see just how powerful her long legs are.
However, if she's out seeing revenge, or in battle, Ridley has a trusty battle axe. It has a short black handle, only about two feet long before it erupts into two iron blades. She's nicknamed it "Boyfriend"
Powers:
Seduction: Ridley is a Siren, and gets this from her Grandfather. She has the ability force anyone, male or female, to do what she wants. Whether it be her willing them to hiccup, or jump off a cliff. However, no matter how skilled she is as her power, She can't literally force anyone to do anything, it's all power of persuasion, supernatural style. When she seduces someone, she make them really want to do an act, for example, if she willed someone to jump off a cliff, to that person it would look like the best idea they have ever had, and make them want to do it, how ever, they still have a choice not to, if they are strong enough. It's almost like the feeling of when someone is craving for food.
Death Foresight: This is where her Green heritage clashes with her Black heritage. Ridley is able to see how close people are to their death. It isn't an exact power, she can't predict when it will happen, but she might be able to see if it will be within the next month, year, or decade. She is working on trying to perfect this power, for it is the reason she is on the Black King's and Queen's court, so she will be able to see when their deaths are coming. However, Ridley is unable to see her own death. This bothers Ridley greatly, and she desperately wants to be able to fix this.
Spell Casting: Ridley does have a witch back ground, how ever it isn't her strongest power. She can cast spells, how ever if they are to strong for her they may go array. She still needs a form of wand of sorts to direct her stronger spells. She has been known to use her battle axe, as well as candy sticks.
Glamour: Ridley get's this power from her father. It is in now way a strong ability, but she is able to change her appearance. She can't suddenly shift into a person, she has to slowly transform herself basically one thing at a time. For example, she would have to change her hair, then her face, then her arms, then torso, etc. etc. She does it by running her hands across what ever she is changing, and often does it to enhance her seductive powers. Such as, running her fingers through her hair would cause it to change to the image she's trying to become. She may not be able to change into someone instantaneously, How ever, she can change back to herself in a flip of a switch.

Fighting Style: Ridley is in fact a trained fighter, She definitely is no Red Kingdom trained, but she can hold her own in a battle. Ridley specializes in in fighting with brute force, she is all attack with very little defense. She mainly deals with axes, and maces.
