Personality: Loyal to his Lord, his family and himself. Steadfast in his ways of thinking, he is a master tactician in the ways of combat. Ruthless to any who oppose him on the field of battle, and unforgiving to any who show themselves cowards.
Character Flaws: With such a tactical mind, Victor doesn’t get the idea of jokes to well. Also he tends to let his emotions take over when there is a lady in distress. Can fall for someone way to fast. Also when not in a combat scenario he tends to have two left feet and forgets where he puts objects that do not pertain to his every day life.
Biography:
Childhood – Son of General Raines an Earth Elemental, and Victoria Raines a Water Elemental. Victor had been raised purely to follow the footsteps of his father. By the age of six he had mastered hundreds of tactical games, and even beat his father’s best tactical advisers in every game they played. His specialized way of thinking didn’t earn him many friends in his younger years, while other kids wanted to play outdoors, Victor preferred to stay inside to read and study.
Teen Years – By the time Victor was fourteen years old he had already been accepted into the military academy that his father had retired to working at instead of working in the field. Victor was the youngest to be accepted in the history of the Academy. Here he learned even more about tactics, and how to fight the enemies of the great nations. He did in two years what a normal recruit would do in four.
Present Day – At 35 years old he made the rank of Lieutenant General, as the higher up in rank he became the slower advancement. This suited him just fine, for he had found a love of teaching at the academy, which he does on a semi-permanent basis. Those in the active military still consult with him, and if there were ever a time of emergency, the Generals have him ready to serve actively once again.

Strength of the Earth – Drawing upon the Earths energy itself into his body, to temporarily increase his strength.
Out of sight – Being one with nature, he can bend the plant life to his will. He mostly does this to cover himself from detection.
Triangulation: Having a sense of the Earth allows him to be able to feel when others are nearby. This requires him to meditate and leaves him completely vulnerable.
Stone Shift - Able to move stone/rock, and transform it into various shapes. Including weaponry.

Both swords were specially crafted to withstand the extra force from the power of his swings. He has been trained in several different forms of fighting with two swords, which allow for one on one and one against many opponents. The techniques allow him to slaughter his opponents without them getting close enough to harm him.
