It’s pretty clear at this point that Gaia is putting their resources and revenue towards soliciting the people who enjoy the site as a doll dress-up game and not much else. There’s what, over a million items for dress-up? And they’re constantly releasing more. The new games, events, etc. are all geared towards getting new items for your avatar - or getting gold to get more items for your avatar.
In the earlier years of Gaia there was far more focus on the game development, but not so much anymore. I agree with your point that it’s a lot of wasted intellectual property.
Bleeeh, I’m just sticking to Fishing at the moment. xd

Well put. This is basically the reason I have been absent. When I log on a little piece of my childhood dies with all the money grabbing going on.
