What colors do we want? Browns, greens?
So let's think what our average cleric would be wearing!

Earthy tones, maybe cream for holy yet still earthy with some greens and some yelloworange...
 Traditional wear during ceremonies or perhaps by elders.
Field Work/Casual?

Golds, greens, and/or browns will do. Definitely using Laurels of some form or kind. Any natural stuff like flower items (such as the Rose MCs) or mystic beasts like Unicorns will suffice. Lemme see if I can whip up an outfit.

For additional reference, Cleric and general Gaia-themed outfits can look like that of the humanoid Sylvan monsters from the yugioh card game, e.g. Flowerknight or Bladefender. Very, uh, flowery? Also, how about these for uniforms? (Ignore the hair and eyes, those are just filler.) They're budget-friendly while still keeping with Gaia's colors. Granted it was a bit harder to dress the male up than the female while staying within the "Gold shop only" budget, but there you go.

Keep in mind though these aren't your typical pray and chant all day European styled monks and nuns though. Flowing robes would get in the way of the awesomeness that is this particular order of clerics. I kind of have it in my head that these monks and nuns are kind of like Shaolin monks and nuns. While they meditate and devote their lives to the teachings of Gaia they also see bettering their physical selves through the physical arts as a way to stay centered and one with the world around them. So what they wear must also allow for any physical activities like practicing hand to hand fighting.
I do have a part of my character's views towards combat and meditation being influenced by this particular sect. They may be newer on the island but their particular order dates back quite a long time.
Also, if we're incorporating any kind of animals in this I'd stay clear of the unicorns as that's being used by the Cult. If we want to have any kind of animal associated with us we could go for deer or rabbits. We do have some deer companions, even if I can't find them all. Plus Gaia is abound with rabbit items all over the place.

Shoalin....Then....how about something more like this? It has one non-shop/common item. The cape-like back could be optional/sign of an full-fledged Cleric, and it's a craft-able item that's actually not too expensive to produce (you need 10 each of the four leviathan items, and I would craft for free if it was for this. I already crafted three of my own. Cute green armor~). I didn't want to cover their feet too much. Outdoors always feels too stuffy with closed shoes, and our people would be outdoors, right? Does the male version look strong enough/not too feminine? Alice's designs are pretty but a bit pricey. sweatdrop
