[ The Headmistress is currently taken up on the librarian position but you can assist her and take her position when she's working in the office? That's where I'm thinking that could work out if you're okay with that.
Edited: As for the classes situation, you can make up whatever is most usual for schools or something particular to it's function like for Amelia, I'm doing defensive and teamwork skills that help goes towards our tournament stuff.]
