VIZ has officially licensed Bleach. I'm excited and relieved about it. Excited because that means Bleach merchandise shall become more easily available in the US and relieved that 4Kids didn't get ahold of it. When it comes out, we can expect another thousand bleach cosplayers at Anime Expo... sweatdrop I'm hoping to cosplay Urahara Kisuke for AX '07. I just hope there won't be 100 other Kisukes then. gonk

Appleseed sequel & TV series in production. I still haven't seen the movie (the original or remake) but it looked damn good and I'm excited to hear there will be more of it coming out. I'll have to make an effort on seeing the movie soon.

ANIME EXPO '06 less than 1 month away! Maybe not big news to some of you but Anime Expo 2006 is almost here. This year will be AX's 15th anniversary and will likely draw in around 40,000 anime & manga fans from all over the country as well as the world. CLAMP will be there, for anyone who didn't know already, making their first ever U.S. appearance. Manga(s): Absolute Boyfriend 2 is finally coming out on August 28
Convention(s): The next Anime Boston is April 20-22 '07 (anyone who went to this past anime boston or checked out their site would already know that)
Movie(s): The Full Metal Alchemist Movie will be shown in limited theaters for a limited amount of time in early September and released on dvd either later September or early October.
Note: I hope none of this news wasn't too old sweatdrop

I'll have to make an effort on seeing the movie soon. 4kids woukd'nt even touch that series, there is so much violence and inapropriate stuff in bleach, 4kids only edits there shows cause it's meant for little kids, and if they edited bleach, it would be kinda pointless, there would be so much editing it would'nt even make sense....now if toonami got ahold of it, that would be dissapointing...and i hope to see you there at the convention! ^^
