So this isn't really about being given advice. I'm just super stoked right now. My cousin and his wife had their baby!! His name is Everette Gavin (enterlastname). We just call him Gavin. He was born today at 9:02 AM.. He weighs 7 lbs. 11 oz.
She was supposed to get induced today, but went into labor by herself at 2 AM this morning! I guess you could say the timing was right, and today was supposed to be the day! They really wished I could have been there, and I do too. But I'm excited anyways. I will be going to visit them soon!! Gah! I could write about this all day. They say they are going to teach the baby to call me Kaykay. ( or Cousin Kaykay).
I really needed for this to happen, considering everything else. This is worth going through all the rough patches for me. Well, see, also my cousins know about one of my siblings, that I technically have a nephew with.. She refuses to let me see him or have anything to do with him. (that whole side of the family disowned me) And they want me to be apart of a babies life, their babies life no less. And it means so much to me that they'd even think something like that. So I really love this baby with all my heart. Hell, I love my family with all my heart. But this really is just what I needed. He puts a huge smile on my face. Happy Birthday Gavin, you beautiful baby boy!
