yo, i was just wondering what people are running off of these days? it seems alot of people are switching over to linux, and the ones upgrading from linux 9 to 10 are have a lot of issues if your one of thoes people please let me know whats up and whats going on im beyond curious... also, talking strictly computers here, what games to you play if any? what was your computer built for? was it bought off the shelf or did you make it or did you infact pay some one to put to gether mismatched peices to get a super computer that wont cost a million dollars?
basically what do you run your computer with why and how did you get your computer? ^^ i am always curious about these things
oh and as an after thought because this was brought up in my advanced programming class the other day(it seems that nothing sensical comes out of that class but the accuall content we are studying) what is your computers name? did you even bother naming it?
oh and sorry about wussing out on the mac os types though a surprisingly small amount of people have mac's even though they are superior to the windows simply because windows became a sell out company from the start *Grumble Grumble*
alright to answer my own questions for you, i have windows xp on my computer my tech teacher the all mighty mr. baci has been yelling at me and shoving free linux disks at me as though the apocolypse was coming but i still have xp i am hessitant to leave my sims behind... also i got my computer so i could play games and be online on my own computer and because i gotta leave the house eventually and i wanna have a compie(computer in corachan language) for then and stuff and now i can store all my crap on my own computer and dont have to worry about alot of differnt stuff.. that and now i can play with the guys when my moms boyfriend hosts lan parties with a couple of his freinds and my uncle... so in a nutshell thats why i got my computer and what for. but i must admit i had my computer assembled by some one else, though my desire and love for taking apart computers is strong my intelegence on putting every thing in the exsact right place isnt... i know where the cords plug in and i could install some hardware but not build a computer from scratch... fortunatly with the added cost of an upgrade in graphics card the total came to around $450 american money so not to horrible for its capabilites, though i do have a sucky processor stare
i play sacred, the dark ages of camelot and the sims beyond that its just kinda a whim thing... ill do this then ill play that... oh and my computers name is cora'stoy... not very inventive but hey what can i say i wasnt trying to be i just wanted to find my self on the network...
