(Personal Trainer Dwayne specializes in beefing up trainers Pokémon through a mix of practice battles and work out routines. The single battle practice will award any one Pokémon five experience points in addition to the EXP from your battle with him, for a total of eight. The double battle special awards the same, but for two Pokémon instead. His team consists of a Hitmonchan, Boldore, and Incineroar.
But wait, there's more! Technique is just as important as muscles, and Dwayne can help you teach your Pokémon new moves in his Move Tutor training course! You may have your Pokémon learn a new technique for each health drink you bring him, keeping in mind their limitations. They can be purchased on the third floor of the department store.
Dwayne will also give you special battle items if you use his services enough, in recognition of your hard work. If you train with him three times, he will give you a Grip Claw for your Pokémon. Train with him six times for a Macho Brace and finally, nine times for an EXP Share. Once you have trained with him ten times, Dwayne will give you a rare Tyrogue for your party.)
