Once a small stand at the side of the road, Piece of Heaven is now a café that originated in the Kimchi Region. The owner, Nicole, is a world-renowned baker with a simple dream: to create a beautiful café where people and Pokémon could enjoy a home-cooked treat. Originally Nicole was a coordinator, but she retired from the contest life and went into culinary school where she met her future husband, Dave. They were engaged a year later and soon thereafter, their first of four daughters was born. Once her fourth daughter was born, the couple decided to open up A Piece of Heaven. It first was a simple cart that only sold a few items, but it's now expanded into a store where the entire family hand makes all their treats.
Inside the café, there are various tables and chairs. There is also a window display and stands where pastries, cakes and breads are displayed. Along the north side are Poffin cookers with all the necessary equipment and materials, and lining the south side are PokéBlock machines, where coordinators and trainers can cook foods and status-enhancers for their Pokémon. The waitresses also enjoy battling, and in the back there is a small field where they have the ability to film and practice battles in order to improve their standings in contests.
