A giant cave with a mouth about as tall as an orc, and as wide as a killer-whale is long. It's ceiling towers above, stalagmites and stalactites sit and hang around the impressive space.

The left side of the cave dips and is sandy, while the rest is cold stone. A small pond with an un-perceivable depth is nestled in the right wall just past the mouth where the wall deepens away from the light. The water is icy, but when swam through, a smaller cave can be found, lit by glowing moss.

The back of the cave is home to many different shelves made by dripping water, past earthquakes and other natural means, one such hallow can easily fit the average man, and secretly leads to a mountain hot spring, lit by a hole in it's roof that allows in light.

[Enter Tavi with unconscious Chua]

Tarvainth was not capable of a graceful landing in the condition he was in. He placed the female down as gently as he could while he more or less collapsed from the air into the cave floor. He could barely breath and his wings were bleeding and raw from scraping the rocks on the way in. His organs were healing, but slowly. Still, he had been through worse. Much worse.

He lay absolutely still, only letting out a long snort of a wince.

"You are not a dragon. You may...look like one...but your inside is weak. You're broken."

Tarvainth was shocked enough to open his eyes and turn his head to the female. She was clearly disorientated and in pain too. He hoped she stayed like that. Not because he wanted her in any kind of pain, but because if she got recovered enough to try and escape, he would have to act fast to try and restrain her until his Master could. And that was something he was in no condition for, especially since she could use magic.

To her comment, he said nothing. She was right, and he couldn't reply anyways. His shackle was back around his muzzle. I am broken.

[Enter Porath]

Porath stomped his way up the mountainside, impressed that that pathetic dragon managed to make it this far and find such a good place to land. Porath was feeling good, not only did he have himself a feisty new dragon to train, but he had scouted more to take. The only things that soured his mood was the disobedience of the fire elemental in his sword and the locals. Not only were they so softhearted and pathetic that actually wanted to protect such beasts, but they felt it was necessary to attack him soon. Attack him!

Porath drew his sword out before reaching the cave he could feel Tarvainth in, resolved to take care of this insult to his will before speaking with the new dragon and dealing with his old one. He found a decent mountain stream, pure and ice cold and then forced his sword to burst in flame, before plunging it into the water. A thick column of steam arose to the sound of screeching metal as the elemental writhed in pain of stress. He took it for few seconds and when he felt the elemental settle once again from the pain, he plunged it back in and left it there for a few moments longer. He repeated the process until he could feel the sword quivering in fear at its core. "Remember this pain the next time you choose to disobey me. Next time, I'll dump you into the ocean." He sheathed the sword and continued his climb.

He walked into the cave and found to his pleasure that the new dragon was awake, semi-well guarded by a drooping Tarvainth. "Tarvainth, you've done well, but you're injured. I can't have that. But in light of your achievements tonight, I'll be generous. Come here so I can cauterize your wounds. Can't have you bleeding all over the place." He cut his eyes over to the sluggish new dragon. "Don't worry, I'll be with you in a few seconds," he added as he redrew his sword. The sword now trying its best to do its job, nearly illuminating the entire cavern with its heat as he stepped towards Tarvainth.

Tarvainth roused himself at his Master's order, knowing that this would hurt a lot, but was still better then what he had expected from his Master. Though truthfully, he would prefer to to bleed to death on the ground.

Careful not to knock his Master over, or whack the purple female, he lowered himself to his Master. Closing his eyes, not wanting to see the pain coming, he braced himself.

Chua snarled at the tiny man's declaration that he would be with her soon. She tried to move, but found herself too dizzy. She hissed, both at the man and at the sharp pain her movements caused in her head. I could eat you for dinner, puny creature, and drink your blood afterwards! Do not test me! When I am recovered, I will rip you apart with my claws for what you've done, and then deal with your large mute lizard!

In a rare form of gentleness he slowly, carefully laid the glowing sword across gaping wounds of his pet, blood and flesh hissing at the unwelcoming heat before instantly cauterizing. He slowly glided the sword across the dragon with a thin-lipped smile on his face. Porath was it his most pleased point in over two hundred years, he finally had a new dragon, one that promised to be an interesting challenge. Never had he looked at a dragon that looked back at him with.... intelligence. This female promises to be exciting, almost worth the trouble I had in claiming her. He glanced over at the female as he went over his pet's wounds, silence punctuated by the hiss of sizzling scales. She seemed to be glaring at him, which found almost amusing since he knew that would fade into complacency. At last he finished and looked over his handiwork. Tarvainth had a multitude of new scars, but at least they would heal faster and wouldn't weaken him, and Porath had the feeling he would need some extra strength at his side soon enough. He walked over to the female, his sword still out and glowing between them. "Tell me your name dragon. I want to know it, he commanded, shifting the sword in his hand, as if warning her what the price of refusing to answer would be.
PostPosted: Tue Apr 07, 2015 8:28 pm

Tarvainth crawled into the back of the cave and curled up there, trying to be as silent, unnoticeable and out of his Master's way as possible, unless he was needed. His somber eyes watched the female for a moment, before he closed his eyes. It would be enough to hear the pain she would suffer because of him, he didn't want to see it as well.

Chua couldn't believe the bigger dragon-who-was-not-a-dragon was letting that man burn his wounds. She'd rather bleed to death! And when he approached her, she lifted her dizzy head as much as she could manage. Drawing back her lips from her teeth she let out a ferocious snarl. It looked like there were three of him, and she was threatening all three. "You, puny creature, are not worthy of knowing my name. I will not tell you."

Poor Lizbeth Topaz Flame didn't even know they were there, she had flown all over the place, angrily roaring, twisting, shooting flames.

At this particular moment as she flew past the cave she occassionally used she used her rare trick, something most dragons couldn't do, she caught her whole body of fire with a quick spark. She usually let out negative emotion this way as to not terrorize the poor humans in the town. It was quite the lightshow as she dove off down the mountain again.

{It's starting to become uncomfortable writing this character and his actions, but oh well, that just means I made him right. Prepare to cringe even more}

Porath's eyes narrowed at her refusal and his thin lips spread into a malicious sneer as he swiped his sword across the knuckles of the purple dragon's paw. A quick burn, to serve as a warning to her. "You know, a lot of dragons have told me that, the beasts that could speak at least. But in time, every single last one of them gave everything I needed of them. And you're no different from any one of them, a big stupid beast with more power than what you should have." As he made to stab at her paw to accentuate this, he heard roaring coming from outside. He froze the tip of the blade just an inch away from her scales, just close enough to feel the heat coming off the blade, he listened intently at the roaring. Another female? Curiosity aroused he motioned Tarvainth to watch over the beast as he edged closer to the cave's opening, just in time to watch as the female dragon set herself aflame. That's one of those breeds of dragon? I thought most were gone by now. The bounty of this land is awe-inspiring! He was practically quivering with ecstasy as he marching over to Tarvainth and practically ripped off his muzzle. "Guard this female with your life, the hunt is afoot for a new bit of prey, this one promises to be quite a rare treat." He said with a predatory glint in his eye as he strode out of the cave, sword practically burning a path through the snow in front of him as he made his way down the mountainside.

[Yes, it means you made him as evil as I intended for him to be.]

Chua hissed with rage as the pathetic man burned her with his blade. As a dragon, she had many experiences when she was little with burns, but it was still painful. And adding insult to injury was that a creature much weaker and smaller then her had committed it.

When she saw him become distracted, she turned her head to see why, and fear clenched her heart. Topaz, no! Fly away! As the man left she tried to crawl over to the entrance, but a large black scaled claw slammed hard on her back, knocking her back down. She whipped her aching head in the back dragon's direction, shouting at him with her mind. "How can you do this to one of your kind?! Why do you obey a human man?! You're big enough you could run him through with just your claw! Sneeze and you could blow him off this cave to his death! He is going to capture my friend, just as he did me, and you wait for him to do so! You're nothing more then a lizard! Did your parents not teach you what a dragon is?! About Pride? Power! We are the strongest creatures that fly the skies and we DO NOT obey anyone!"

Tarvainth closed his eyes against her criticism. It pained him as she would never understand, but still he knew his Master could hurt him more. "My parents..." He spoke allowed, for he didn't know how to speak with his mind. "I never knew them. My Master has been all a had since I was sold to him. I am not a dragon, not a living creature as you are. I am only a vessel to obey, an extension of his will." He recited the words from his younger days. "I wish I had to the strength and will to oppose him as you do now. I do not like being a slave, the monster that I am. But he will break you too, as he broke me and all others. You will not win." Then he withdrew inside his own mind, where the purple one's words could not reach him.

[Enter Fuyuki from Shiro Mountains.]

Climbing into the cave, Fuyuki could hear the two dragons inside and quickened his pace so he could meet them when he smelled burnt flesh coming from inside. Like a hot iron to a cattle's hide, it was repulsive. He didn't know how it happened, but figured the scent came from the two dragons.

Once inside the cave, the young dragon could clearly see the kidnapped purple dragon and the sad black dragon. The tail of the black dragon was on the smaller purple dragon's back, and it didn't look pleasant.
Explains the thump I felt before coming inside. The black dragon was so massive, Fuyuki was beginning to think he could cause an earthquake if he really wanted to. Large dragons were scary that way. Better to approach the black dragon with great caution. "Um, would you like some medicine? You both look badly hurt. Then we can talk?" he asked as he slowly walked up to the black dragon. Now that he was here, he had forgotten exactly what he was going to say to the dragon. He just knew that he couldn't leave them in pain, and he wanted to free the purple dragon. "Ah, I'm Fuyuki by the way." He smiled, honest and sincere.

[Fuyuki, my precious baby, just wants to help.]

More pain entered Tarvainth's eyes as Fuyuki entered the cave. He was going to be a monster again. "You... are a dragon too?" He was almost positive, he could sense it. "I cannot let you take her, and I cannot let a dragon escape from me. If my Master found out...if he found out..." The massive black dragon shuddered, and closed his eyes against the memories for a moment.

He stood to his paws as much as was possible within the cave, and turned to Chua. "I am sorry, Purple One." He raised his leg, and slammed it down on her neck with a loud thump. Her eyes widened sharply as he head hit the ground again, then drifted closed. Not dead, but knocked out again.

Then he turned back to the man. "Will you come quietly to where I can keep you, or will you make me hurt you too?" A rumble rose in Tarvainth's throat, suggesting he may unleash fire if the answer was no. His voice sounded strained from lack of use, being the he was usually muzzled and unable to speak in any form.

Fuyuki was going to answer the black dragon when he suddenly slammed his leg down on the purple dragon's neck. Watching it happen made him wince in pain, though he was sure the dragoness was in more pain than he could ever imagine. She must have been humiliated, she looked like a prideful dragon, dignified from the way she held herself. "I only wanted to talk," he said, teary eyed as he tried to approach the dragoness. He didn't hear any bones break, but surely she was in immense pain. However, he stopped before the black dragon could harm the dragoness further. Fuyuki didn't want anyone in more pain.

Lifting his head, Fuyuki stared at the black dragon. He wouldn't lie to him, but he wouldn't let him take him captive either. It was just not in his nature to be bound trapped, at least in this manner.
"I knew from the moment I saw you at the party that I wouldn't be able to rescue her, but I still wanted to talk to you. Can't I just talk? Your...master—whatever is name is—is busy outside in a storm facing off with Miss Lizbeth and a storm from the sounds of it." The young dragon glanced back at the entrance of the cave. Then he looked back at the black dragon and took a step towards him, taking off his backpack and pulling out a couple of large containers filled with foul-smelling paste. "I have some medicine from back home, it heals dragon skin, scaly or leathery, without leaving a scar, and some for pain. Won't you please accept it? We can talk and if your master comes back, I promise I won't run." And if he did get captured, he had already contacted his family members stationed in the U.S. about his whereabouts and situation. After the European Colonization, they had...how to say, changed in the manner they did business and would come after the human master of this black dragon. That is, if the residents in Kuro Shiro didn't save him first. He felt confident in that aspect.

Then Fuyuki remembered something he hadn't asked the black dragon before, which would make speaking with him easier.
"By the way, what's your name? It's difficult to speak when we don't know each other's names. You already know mine, so may I know yours?" he asked as he stared up at him with his pale blue eyes, unwavering and determined. In Japan and continental Asia, eye contact was considered rude, aggressive even. However, outside of his home, it was strength and determination, something this broken dragon would understand.

[He's just too precious for this world. Poor Tarvi-kun.]

"My Master was generous today, he already healed my wounds." Tarvainth shifted to show his cauterized wounds, before turning back. At the mention of his Master Tarvainth looked out into the sky, wondering if he should fly to his Master's side. But his Master was strong, and he would find a way to let the black dragon know if he was needed. "He will capture her too." He almost whined, already grieving the pain of another dragon in his Master's possession.

Fuyuki's question caused Tarvainth to pause, blinking a few times. "My Master has called me Tarvainth." The black dragon stood to his feet and used a big clawed hand to reach out for Fuyuki. He didn't reach quickly or aggressively, the male was little in this form and he didn't want to hurt him if not necessary. But he did need to capture him. "Come," he muttered, "and then we will talk." He looked at Fuyuki with pleading eyes.
PostPosted: Wed Apr 22, 2015 8:45 pm

Fuyuki titled his head as he stared at the black dragon's cauterized wounds, hating them more than seeing them open and bleeding. Such an old-fashioned way to healing, it wasn't healing at all. It was a method that was only reserved for war wounds in need of quick repair. "You're still in immense pain, and the medicine also heals internal wounds," he called out as he jumped onto the large dragon's extended paw. "Parvianth? That's a mouthful. Can I call you Tarvi-kun instead?" asked the younger dragon. He understood very well he was potentially sacrificing his freedom for this giant, but he didn't want him to endure anymore pain.

Tarvainth was more grateful to Fuyuki for his co-operation then he could express. He was about to nod at the nickname, when he heard his Master call for him. He released the smaller man, and moved to the mouth of the cave. "You wait here with the purple one. I must go." He launched into the sky with a thundering roar, off to aid Porath, or save him.
