You walk around the Park walkways only to come upon the Bumper Cars Ride. The employee sitting in a booth outside the rink tell you it costs 2 tickets and you get to stay for as long as you want. As soon as you leave though, your time is up and it'll cost you two more tickets to get back in. Simple enough.
