it bothers me when LGBT people think their allowed to use LGBT slurs.....I'm still not comfortable with the word lesbian (I feel like it sounds dirty confused ) nevertheless..... gonk I was wondering if I was weird or if other people feel that way too

I'm not sure I understand the question. I thought the word lesbian was just what you call someone who is a girl who exclusively likes girls. I didn't know people find it offensive.

What does the word lesbian have to do with sounding dirty? I am super confused.
I also agree with Farzine, it used to bug me a lot, but not any more.

Words are words. Society, history, and how people are raised is what makes a word offensive. We wouldn't have swear-words if people didn't socially agree they were "taboo."
