Shaman stretched her body alongside Enqueri with contentment; it had been a good morning. She was somewhat sad that all but one of her children had gone off to do things of their own. She understood, but still it hurt that they were hardly ever around anymore. Shaman had been blessed, she knew this too. It was somewhat rare to see little foals wandering around these days and she had had three! Imagine if there had been more! She giggled at the thought of how Enqueri would react to that news. Her mate twitched at the sound and she calmed him with a nuzzle.
Let's face it . Jonna was bored. She had sadly come to that conclusion a few moments ago when she had been staring at herself blankly via water puddle. Was there nothing interesting to do anymore? Where was a good murder or even interaction! A chat with someone would have been just as good. It was like she was the only one let on this green earth and everyone else had died. "This is a bunch of bollocks. Ruddy impossible to such rotten luck." Maybe if she were to travel further up the path she'd find something to do or someone to flirt with. She giggled at that last thought, it had been so very long.

A sound alerted Shaman and by the sudden wakefulness of Enqueri, he did as well. “It’s alright Enqueri. Let’s wait and see who comes towards us before we decide anything.” Usually the ones with bad intent smelled off… this one wasn’t too bad. “Oh you big lug!” Shaman sighed with exasperation as Enqueri stood in front of her in a protective move.

"Oh dear, oh dear, oh deary me." Jonna fretted at the sound made up ahead. Looks like she got what she wished for. That certainly DID sound like someone was lingering in the area. An angry someone. And male by the sounds of it. Not one to back off Jonna took a deep fortifying breath and headed onward. She wasn't going to stop now, she just to keep trucking along. A few minutes later she wished she had. "Lordy." Jonna gasped as she looked upward at the spotted male. He was a bloody giant and that frown. It looked like he could snap her like a twig. "Have mercy."

Shaman peeked out from behind of her mate when she heard an accented voice. She took in the shocked and weary expression of the female a few paces away. "His bark is worse that his bite."
