I wanted to make sure the rules of this guild were gotten down, for any of you who wished to take a part in it's splendor.
The Captain (Myself) And any Vice Captains may add any rules they feel is appropriate for this guild.
1. No txt talk, I lose my mind when I'm forced to endure this, so please try to post at least a couple sentences, if you cannot force an entire paragraph out. Even I have trouble forcing paragraphs out most of the time.
2. Treat the Vice Captains and Myself with RESPECT, the same goes for your fellow role players, no one will be treated badly here, and if I catch someone trying to ruin the experience for someone else It will be dealt with.
3. Be Active! This rule is highly important to me as I do not wish to see this guild die, like I've seen with so many others. I understand everyone may have lives, but I would like it if you tried to be as active as you possibly can.
4. If you have ideas for something you would like to try please message either Myself or one of the Vice captains, and we will discuss it before getting back to you.
5. Do not God Mod! If I catch someone trying to god mod you will get a warning, but if you do it again I will remove you from the guild for not listening.
6. Try to have decent grammar, I can understand if English is not your first language, or if you are tired and are not paying attention to your grammar, trust me it happens to the best of us. I would just like you to do your best with your grammar in your posts.
7. Have fun, that's one of the main reasons this guild exists. Other than to suit my twisted mind.
ALL ADDITIONAL RULES WILL BE ADDED AS NEW POSTS HERE SO THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCUSES AS TO WHY YOU WEREN'T AWARE OF THEM. CHECK BACK HERE OFTEN.

In Editing Rule 5 by adding on a few more things.
Note: I am rewriting the original rule below.
5: Do not God Mod! If I catch someone trying to god mod you will get a warning, but if you do it again, I will remove you from the guild for not listening. To go along with the no god modding rule, there is also to be NO META GAMING, no AUTO-HITTING and there is no way that you'll never be hit, so no constant dodging and never letting a hit land. Sorry but no one is invincible, If the other person has given you permission to do any of these things that's fine, but otherwise it will once again be one warning, and then you're out.
Descriptions:
- Meta Gaming: When a character or person knows something they shouldn't know or have never been told. This usually includes that they do something, say something, or react to whatever it is they don't know and SHOULDN'T know.
- Auto-Hitting: When someone writes in their post or whatever that they hit another person without giving them or anyone else a chance to react and either actually get hit or dodge or whatever else it might be that actually happens. An example of that would be this.
(Kyren grinned, his eyes sparking with malicious intent as he chuckled, the sound low, and filled with bitter contempt. There was no hesitation, no warnings as he was suddenly moving forward, pushing towards the other with full intentions of showing him the error of his ways. As he grew closer he leaped into the air and pushed his weight to the side, bringing a leg up and around so that it collided with the others head. He knew there was no chance that the person could dodge it. He wasn't quick enough to keep up with his movements after all, and as he landed carefully from the attack, he turned to see the male crash into the wall opposite him, and slip to the ground. It was a useless fight to begin with.)
^ That, perhaps was a little more direct than some people would do, but that is a good example of what NOT to do. You do not say that your person was able to just hit them and you definitely DO NOT SAY EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM AFTER. That isn't your character and you have no right to assume that your attempts are going to be successful.
The last thing on this should be obvious too. Just like people aren't permitted to auto hit, they also aren't permitted to never be hit. No one here is invincible, not even the teachers or the owner of the place, and therefore neither are you. It's okay if you had it planned out that the person wouldn't be able to hit your character but it's not okay if you just assume it's alright that you're never hit. Everything here has to be agreed upon.
An Additional rule to add on.
Rule 8: FOLLOW THE GAIA TOS AND TRY TO KEEP THIS RP PG-13 or something around there! Romance is okay, just try and keep it limited in the guild. You know what the line is that needs to be drawn, don't act like you don't. Violence is allowed, but keep it reasonable. If there is to be any form of gore, don't go overboard with the description. Not everyone wants to know how Jimmy gutted some person if that ever even has a reason to happen here. Which I'm not entirely sure there will be? This has the potential to become a violent sort of role-play but we really don't need guts hanging out or anything like that, at least, not in deep detail please and thanks.

RULE ADDITION 10: Character Creation and Posting: Upon creating a character we ask that you DO NOT POST until either the captain, or one of the vice captains have ACCEPTED them. If you post before your character is accepted, you will get one warning, and that's it.
As an addition to this. You may not simply claim a dorm as your own, you MUST request one in the Dorm Room Claims topic in the guild. Post under there, and await a response. If there are a lot of posts or people posting, please quote one of us to let us know which character you want where. We will let you know if it is available or if it his being held.
For Teachers housing requests please go to the same place. However, please do not post your dorm room for we are still working on that set up.
Note: This rule was missed when the captain was writing them out. We apologize, but the rule is here now, please follow it. Thank you, and have fun. ~
As another addition to this rule, we ask that you please send the character profiles to one of us, as in the Captian or vice captains of the guild. Either is okay, but it would probably be best to send it to either me, xX-Abyss-Rayne-Xx or xX-Void-Rayne-Xx for the time being as Raven, our captain, can't always get online to check things out. We will bring the characters up to her and ask for her opinion ourselves so no worries there, we are both in irl contact with her. As soon as we know the verdict, we will let you know if it's accepted or not, and if it's accepted you'll be permitted to post it in the characters section. If it's not, then adjustments may need to be made before you will be permitted to post your character up.
