Because the Head Mistress preferred not to drink her blood in a dump such as the old cafeteria, she had a new one put together in one of the many empty rooms of the building. She could have just had the other fixed up, but she decided that she preferred to keep it as is for history's sake.

Serena waltz in to the cafeteria. Her brother was still no where in sight. That present better be good. She mutter beneath her breath. She wondered what present she would receive from him and what type of specimen he may have taken interest in. It was highly unusual for the boy to disregard his sister like that. She stopped in front of the counter and eyed on the food that they serve for today. Guess she would have to settle with this for now.

xxKiba watched as Serena waltzed into the cafeteria. He had never met someone that was so full of life before. "Present?" he said not knowing what to do about what he heard. Kiba thought that the brother would be in here but it turns out he was wrong. All he saw was he and Serena. "So where is your brother?"

A door opened and in came a girl that seemed around the age, if not a few years older, than the two students that were in the cafeteria. She seemed quite ordinary, an open book in one hand and an apple in another. Absolutely normal. . . if not for the fox ears and the nine tails that swayed to each step as she walked. As she took another bite of her apple, the girl-- who went by the alias Renee Sinopa-- looked up. Renee could see only two students, which intrigued her. Normally the cafeteria was packed with students. She smiled softly to herself, relishing in the fact that the place was barren, she walked over to a seat and sat down. Renee set down the book on the table, beginning to read it again. If anyone watched the pages on the book as she read, they could see that the words slowly faded away as she took them in. The girl was a kitsune, or to be more precise, a tenko. Which is basically a celestial kitsune, who, in order to feed, must either feed upon starlight or knowledge. Knowledge that may either come from a person, causing them to forget something, or from a book, which causes the pages to turn blank as she fed. With a small smile, she took another unneeded bite of her apple and glanced back up at the students. Students, which, she may have to teach, for Renee is the teacher of the subject Magic 101. Quietly, she examined the girl first. She had a pale complexion, was very slender, and she had what looked to be a very bubbly personality. What really caught Renee's attention was her bright red eyes, which, Renee noted, resembled her own. She then moved onto examining the boy. What struck her was how tan he was, and how his stark white hair contrasted with his skin tone. He had striking blue eyes, which interested Renee far more than she would like to have let anyone believed. She then shook her head, realizing that she must be staring and gawking at the two, and resumed with reading her book.

Thoughts: Are any of those two my students?

xxKiba looked around when Serena did not answer but he saw what appeared to be a teacher in here as well. He wondered why she would not be in the lounge like other teachers. Kiba approached her wondering if she even was a professor here or just an older student. The wolf noticed her fox ears and instantly wanted to know more about her. The Fox and a Wolf, not really enemies like a hound was but the two did seem to get the job done. Kiba was intrigued by her red eyes much like Serena's but hers seemed different.

He had not noticed the woman was staring at he and Serena. "Hello Miss Fox" the wolf said and since he did not know her name he did not bother to fix it. Kiba could be very blunt at times but was still good to people in his own way.

Akomashi looked back up from her book when the boy spoke to her. She then started to give a very fox-like grin as her initial response to his calling her 'Miss Fox.' Quietly, she shut her book, examining the boy up close, now that he was nearer to her that she may see the more finer details. Deciding that the boy could chat with her, the fox-spirit's ears flicked toward him, showing that he had gotten her full attention. Behind her, her tails swayed aimlessly, and if he were to touch her tails, he would find that they were soft to the touch, yet seemed to be so frail at the same time. That being said, they are what hold her magickal powers. Placing her book in her lap, the tenko responded in a bemused manner, "My name is Renee Sinopa." Her voice was like silk. Smooth and enticing. It was as if she was purring out her words. She said so in such a cool manner that no one could be able to tell that she was indeed lying, for fear that if she exposed her true name, she would be hunted. Names, to her people, hold power. And those who know a fox-spirit's name may be able to control them. "You are a student here, correct? Tell me; do you have the Magic 101 class?" Asked the fox, keeping her cool, silken tone. It was rather rare for her to speak with any other tone of voice, for she was taught to stay soft-spoken and inviting when she was at the Temple, acting as a guardian for her kami, Inari. Patiently, the celestial kitsune waited for the boy's answer, noticing promptly that he seemed intrigued by her ears. What she often liked to do was sit in the cafeteria instead of in the lounge so that the students may confuse her as one of their own if they did not know her. And thus, she blended in quite easily, for her aging process is much slower than the rapid speeds most students seem to go through. Rapid, at least, to her. Softly, she sniffed the air, noticing how the boy smelled of dog. Used to the smell, for farmers and peasants would often bring their beloved four-legged companions to the Temple, the girl who claims to go by the name of Renee deduced that the boy was a werewolf. It reminded her of the old rivalry of foxes and hounds, which only seemed to amuse her further, realizing that the boy must have known the tales as well.

Thoughts: A Fox and a Wolf having small talk. What an odd way to start my day.

xxKiba smiled at Renee. He thought her name was pretty. "I am Kiba Midori, it is nice to meet you." he said and extended his hand to meet with her. Kiba did not know the fox and the hound stories too much but knew what they were about and even if they were different they were able to become friends. "Oh yes I am a student here, Classes are postpone I think until more teachers are found, I am not sure what classes I have yet." he said but would probably skip over magic 101. He was not a magical being just a werewolf, there was no magic required..

Akomachi shook Kiba's hand delicately before placing her hand back in her lap. With silent interest, she watched him as she spoke; much like a predator observing their prey. She then stood so that she need not hurt her neck any further by looking up so much at him. "Classes are indeed postponed, I know this. It's such a shame you don't know your classes. A werewolf like you, I would be able to teach you so many things that you could be able to do. For, you see, I would much rather prefer to get to know my students before I teach them. It makes the learning experience a more comfortable one." Spoke Ako, her voice holding the softest edge of disappointment. "Such a shame I can't begin teaching anyone officially sooner. There are magick's that even a human could learn to do." Realizing that she must appear to be whining, she cleared her throat, regaining her neutral composure. "So, Mr. Midori." She began, "Is there anything you need? Seeing as how you were the one to approach me." Fully comprehending just how small she was to the wolf, for he seemed to somewhat loom over her, she took a slight step back, not wanting to crack her neck with looking up. Knowing that she was smaller than most, it did indeed put a damper on being the respected teacher that she would like to be. But, of course, Renee would never allow herself to feel belittled because of it.

Thoughts: A Fox and a Wolf having small talk. What an odd way to start the day.

xxKiba smiles and listened as she talked. He had thought werewolves were nothing more but a boring species that could only turn into wolves but this fox spoke about it like Kiba had some magic potential. He would not mind taking her class if he had to. "Thank you, I am happy that I could get to know you Miss Akomachi." he added and continued to listen. She seemed upset that she could not start teaching sooner but that was okay. Kiba smiled happily, "I am sure that you will be able to teach soon enough." he reassured. Finally the answer that Kiba wanted was found. He had wondered if the woman was a professor or if she was student. Clearly she was a professor. "I just wanted to know where you stood. Now that I know you are a professor you are above me." Kiba answered.

Akomachi frowned extremely. Had this boy called her by her true name? Quietly, she repeated, "My name is Renee Sinopa." She had never told the boy her real name. "It is not Akomachi." The way the name rolled off her tongue, she relished in the way it felt. It had been many years since she was able to say her true name. Although, to her friends, Ako spoke as if her name was a curse. And to her, it was. But, to any student, she would not tolerate being called by her true name. Especially in public. Which also begged the question; how did he know her true name? Of course, it is an old tradition to name every female kitsune that lived directly in the Temple of Inari, 'Akomachi,' but it was highly unlikely that a student of Kiba's age would know of this tradition, for tenko's are illusive creatures that cherish their traditions, and would prefer them to stay in the dark. Obviously, Kiba had struck a nerve, for Ko feared her own name, and the power it held. That was her old life. Now, she was the guardian and servant of Evangeline, owing the headmistress her life. Thus, she had lived under a new name, beginning a new life under the name of Renee Sinopa, which, ironically, both names in a sense means 'fox.' "Refer to me as either Renee, Ms. Sinopa, Ms. Renee, or just Miss. But never call me Akomachi." The celestial kitsune said, a dark aura surrounding her as her tails swayed, but then began to rub against one another, creating small sparks of blue foxfire. "Do we understand each other, Mister Midori." Said she, although her threatening demeanor still was turned down a couple of notches due to her small figure.

xxKiba saw that the name upset her but did not understand why she would. The werewolf was told as a child to call a fox spirit by that name. His human father (who found him in the woods) taught him that but was it not right? Kiba was not going to try and repeat himself since it seemed to make Renee angry. "Oh yes sorry Miss Renee." Kiba said hoping the dark aura surrounding the professor would eventually go away.

Akomachi sighed, looking down at the floor, rubbing her forehead. Shutting her eyes, she inhaled deeply, and when she exhaled, the dark aura disappeared. "I apologize sincerely for the way I have acted toward you. Normally, I do not act on such a manner, and I am ashamed of how I have behaved in front of you." Ako said, softly before looking back up at Kiba. "My name is indeed Akomachi, but please. That was a past life that I do not wish to share with anyone. Much less a student that I had just met. I have forced myself to be made anew, and thus I must go by a new name." Explained the tenko, not wishing to delve into the details of why she reacted in such a manner. Out of pride, she did not wish to tell the boy that she was, in fact, being hunted out of pure spite from the actions of her life as Akomachi.

xxKiba saw the dark aura disappear and sighed in relief. He was happy he did not upset the professor too much. He understood where she was coming from a little since he was hated once people found out he was a werewolf. The fact he kept Midori in his name meant he did not want to change. He felt he should not have to. "It is alright, to make it up to you I will definitely take your class and that will make you smile." he said and gave her a thumbs up. Kiba only remembered that name being praised by his human father who adored spirits it seemed.

Serena twirled around and faced Kiba. "Yes! A present! He told me that he will be bringing me one as an apology since he ditched me for something or more like someone else again." She pouted, her brother complex showing. When he asked him about her brother's where about she shrugged. "I honestly have no idea. He didn't mention it in the message I received from him." Just then another creature had joined them in the cafeteria who looked a little older than them. Seeing that her companion went over to talk to her she figured it would be fitting if she would go ahead and do the reason why she was here in the first place, to get something to eat. She asked the lunch lady for a some lasagna and a beef turnover plus some milk. The mundane didn't want the feeling of being alone so she decided to join the two in their conversation. With a tray full of food in her hands she waltzed to their table and sat right across the fox like creature. "Hello~" She said grinning from ear to ear after slamming the tray on the table, obviously to get their attention. She remembered over hearing Kiba saying about taking her class which made her curious. "Class? What class?

Akomachi looked over at the girl, a small smile forming on her lips when she slammed the tray on the table. "My class. I am the professor of magic 101 in this academy." Replied the fox-spirit in a nonchalant and overall neutral tone. "I suggest for any student at the academy, whether possessing naturally gained magickal capabilities or possessing none at all, to join my class." While it seemed that the tenko girl was merely a few years older than these two students, in all actuality, she was over nine centuries old. And, as most people know-- or rather, should know-- then they would be able to decipher how powerful and wise Renee truly was. For the older a kitsune gets, the more powerful and knowledgeable it became. "Now, I apologize to you two sincerely for having made any disturbing comments, for I surely do not wish any ill will toward you. Ako said, looking directly at Kiba. "I am sensitive t'ward certain subjects and I would like to leave it at such. That being said, Ko turned her attention back to the girl. For merely a second, the tenko marveled at the girl's eyes, for they truly were remarkable. With a small smile, she bowed her head to them both as a sign of respect, placing a hand over her heart. "I apologize for cutting our meeting short to the both of you. To you, ma'am, you may call me Renee, Sinopa, Miss Sinopa, or whatever you would prefer. I even accept, as this gentleman had earlier called me, 'Miss Fox.'" That being said, the fox-spirit quickly gave them both her cunning and intelligent smile before vanishing in a vortex of light, her book and apple in hand.
