It is where the hired chefs create the meals that are served in the cafeteria of the school. (In need of Chefs-Go to Job Application forum to apply)
It had originally been smaller, but Evangeline had it redesigned to fit the tastes of her chefs and to provide more use.

This was the kitchen before she had it redesigned at a different angle.

Upon entering her new work area, she is mesmerized by the amazing kitchen and takes it upon herself to take a quick look around. Placing one finger at the tip of her chin, she thinks to herself. Wondering what kind of foods would the others like. A quick thought put an ambitious smile on her face and she said with an anticipation in her tone I will go to the cafeteria and ask everyone what they would like to eat! She delightedly walk to the cafeteria, to look around for any others to ask, hoping to get a big list of foods she would love to create. Thinking to herself that maybe it would be a good idea to help get some new help for the kitchen. She pulls out her small log book and writes in some info about the kitchen and the cafeteria. Closing her log book, she eagerly reaches the cafeteria and hesitates only for a moment to enter. She closes her eyes momentarily and takes a deep breath, gaining some confidence she opens her eyes and they show a hint of determination. She smiles and walks forward.
