Ive decided to split this up into chapters, instead of different areas like the last one. This will make it easier to read the story, instead of having to follow around in the areas.

A young woman, perhaps in her younger twenties, stood behind the bar, serving drinks in a quiet tavern in the village of Mire. She had short auburn hair that flipped out at the ends, and a soft, kind face. She had soft, nimble hands, which had come from years of practicing a pipe flute. She was gentle, and had a sweet demeanor about her, which seemed to always soothe a troubled soul. Her voice was smooth as silk, and she was always articulate. The young woman may be gentle, but she always knew when to be firm, as the taverns occupants often had a bit too much to drink. Her name was Lunel, and she lived in a small room above the bar. The owner was her adopted father, as she had lost both her parents in a war when she was a small child.
Life in the small village was always rather calm, and that was the way she liked it.

A young man stood in the alley outside the tavern, waiting for his contact. He was on edge, though obviously the type of person that would dodge when pushed, instead of pushing back. A dying breeze allowed his cloak to float down around him. Adeed to the fact that his face was already hidden by his hood and he was little more than a silhouette. He turned, hearing footsteps behind him. "Do you have it?" "Sir, I keep telling you it's just a legen..." "I DON'T CARE! Why don't use just use your damn magic to get it for me?!" "S-sir, I'm a scientist, not a magician..." "Either you get me the elixir right now, or I tear you limb from limb! The young man raised a hand and pulled down his hood. His brown hair was parted more or less neatly down the middle, with long bangs hanging past one eye. The unhidden one glowed a bright blue at the threat. A scar ran from just above his right eye to just below his left one. The rectangular glasses he wore only seemed to enhance his peaceful appearance. "P-please, sir, threatening me isn't going to get you anything..." "Well, we'll just see about that!" The man came rushing at him, drawing a long sword from a sheath on his back. The young man had no time to think, he acted on basic instinct. Throwing his hands together, he focused, causing them to glow white for a second. He threw his right hand at the ground and pulled it back up, bringing up a giant stone shield. The man crashed straight into it and fell back. Throwing down his left hand, he pulled up a lance. In a matter of seconds, the fight had not even started before it was won, the lance at the man's throat before the young "magician" regained his senses. "Oh, my..." "Grah! Get away from me, you freak!" He got up and ran away as the young man pulled up his weapon and stepped back. He sighed and dropped the lance. "What am I supposed to do for money now?"

Lunel glanced at the clock on the wall.
"Last call for drinks everyone, the bar will be closing soonly"
She made her announcement and took out a rag to clean the bar counter, glancing around at the remaining patrons as she did so. It was just after one a.m. on a Sunday night, the bar was closing, and the she would take care of her 'secret'. After all, it was a new moon tonight.

Lunel looked up and smiled at Kite. "Yes, its a bit odd, but a break from the normal rush."
She smiled warmly and refilled his drink.

The young man pulled his hood back up and walked down the alley, away from any light. He stopped for a moment and pushed on hand against the ground. A circle of yellow light appeared around his gloved hand for a moment as the ground rumbled. A series of steps appeared as he moved back to his feet. He climbed up them and onto a rooftop. As soon as his second foot left the top step, they collapsed back into the ground. He walked farther from the alley, his figure illuminated by the moonlight.

(Walking by the bar he sees the lights merrily and a girl behind the counter say something to the paytrons as a hunk of the floor rises up and an is almost killed.) (The man comes running from the bar running into him) Excuse me..
(the man runs off) hmph.. no manners.. if I... (he turns dissmissing the man as his grey hair is buffeted in the wind and his pendant feels hot against his chest.) So it's a place like this? (he raises and eyebrow) (almost disgusted) and people like these? (he approaches the bar maid) Hot water? (he pulls up a small tea bag and lays it on the counter)

(he looks out the window and shields his eyes at what seems to barely be any light at all.) Also.. rooms? Do you have them? (he starts to quietly drum his fingers on the bar top as he watches the sun rise slowly.)

She filled a mug with steaming water and handed to the young man. "here you are, but we are closing, please return the mug in the morning"
She smiled and left from behind the bar. Her uncle would make sure the man didnt cause trouble until he left. She left, dissappearing into the kitchein and walked upstairs to her room.

She entered her room, just above where she worked at the bar. She getnly closed the door not quite shut behind her, and drew her curtains over the window.
She closed her eyes and the change began.
She shrank first, then came the black fur that covered her body. her ears became pointed and slid up to the top of her head. Her eyes began to glow, and a tail appeared out of her back, as she went on all fours.
After a moments passing, the young woman that was Lunel was no more. Standing in her place, in a pile of her clothes, was a black cat.

(he takes the mug and drops the tea bag into the hot water where it falls apart and disinagrates into the bottom of the cup. Steaming hot the man chugs it down) (taking ragged deep breaths he looks out as the sun begins to rise) just my luck... (he puts the mug back on the mug back on the bar top and walks out the front door running head long for the shadows of buildings as he slowly fades into morning mist)
