These days it is a strange place that seems permenantly locked in time with Halloween. It only appears during the mid to late fall and vanishes with the sunrise of the first day of winter. It is perpetually night here, for some reason, and the inhabitants are oblivious to the changes with the outside world. They still believe that it is still All Hallows Eve, 200 years ago. The local fae refuse to comment on it, but seem rather indifferent, rather than malignant or benign. Come trick or treating and they will happily give you goodies. Within this village is a graveyard, as one might expect, but it is inhabited by strange creatures ...
