Osprey City is the main HQ for the four Blues, being quite large it is easy to get lost in such a big area. In this city many recruits start in, each working their way up to their dream of being a captain and onwards.

The sun shone down brightly on over the marine base. Reena was sweeping the doorway of the female barracks, lost in thought, while humming ‘binks brew’ to herself. Suddenly, she felt a tight grip on one of her bunny ears. It was one of the female Warrant Officers from her barracks. She blows on Reena's ear, sending chills down her spine. Her head flops to the side, with a rocky movie black and white style defeated joke, including the bell ringing as she lies in the corner. The scene returns to her yelling at the warrant officer with the comedic extra sharp teeth and the pure white eyes and stress mark. She yells, “What's wrong with you?! My ears are super duper sensitive! How would You like it if I pinched Your ears?!” she reaches for the Warrant Officer's ears, while the Warrant Officer pulled on Reena's bunny cheeks. A shadow hovers over the two on the ground, turning out to be her superior officer's sister. She was incredibly ill, and was bedridden. Reena kicked the Warrant Officer off of her, turning to the young maiden behind her. Reena grips her shoulders, calmly asking, “What are you doing out of bed?” She responds, “It's boring in my room… You promised you would entertain me today.” Reena had completely forgotten, since she had received orders to clean the barracks. She says, “I'm sorry. I had to take care of something first, but I'm done now, so lets get you back in bed okay? Your brother should be getting back soon.” The young lady states, “Mmhmm, he said he'd come see me as soon as he got back. I won't tell him about your powers if you don't want me to.” Reena adds in, “That might be wise. He'd be totally jealous of my newfound strength.” Reena puts the four fingers from her right hand ovwe her mouth and chuckled. The young lady laughed at the joke as well. The two retreat to the young lady's room, which was littered with flowers and trinkets her brother brought back from his voyages. Reena took a deep breath as she began to form smoke from her fingertips. The smoke took the form of a two dimensional rabbit. The smoke began to create multiple rabbits of a similar style, making them move around like they were alive. The young lady was quite entertained. Suddenly, a marine bursts through the door, giving his report of pirates in the area. She stopped the smoke show. She ordered him to stay with the young lady, declaring that she would resolve the situation. She quickly leaps out the open window, flipping through the air, landing on her feet. She springs back upward as she kicks her feet off of each wall. To some, it would look like Geppou, but she hadn't learned that skill as of yet. She was merely using her rabbit feet to launch herself from wall to wall. She makes her way to the harbor, where she sees the pirate ship. She uses her White Flight technique to fly toward the ship, landing on the deck. Upon landing, she unleashed her Electro, crushing her claw into the wood, tearing through until she reached the ships basin. She removes her claw from the flooring, only to get drenched in sea water. The ship began to sink, and thanks to the devil fruit, she could no longer swim. She awakens on the shore, gazing into the sky, caught in a daze. She suddenly recalled what had happened, turning to see marines capturing the pirates who's ship she had sunken. She rolls into a handstand, leading into a cartwheel to regain her upward stance. Once she had made her report to her superiors, she made her way to the young lady's room to make sure she was okay. Besides, she promised to entertain her. It would be shameful not to keep that promise. While re-adjusting her hat and bow, Reena walk a into the young lady's room, only to find she was nowhere to be seen. Her eyes widened, as she emits a loud piercing scream. Immediately, she has the marines out looking, even those of higher rank than her. Mostly because they knew that she could kick their a** if they denied her in this endeavor. She continues running hopping around the island, trying to listen for her with her rabbit ears. Marines cut her off by the harbor she was at earlier, stating that the captain of that pirate group had gone missing, making him the primary suspect in the kidnapping. She used her White Flight once again to gain the high ground, observing the island below for suspicious behavior. A strong gust of wind blows in, and on that wind was the scent of the young lady. She zooms across the sky in the direction the wind blows from. Reena lands on her large rabbit feet on an abandoned cottage, she could hear a man talking, as well as muffled whines. She had to be careful, cause one wrong move could harm the hostage. She had an idea; she could fill the room with a smokescreen, allowing her to get the young lady out of there. Before she has the chance, her footing gave way, causing her to fall through the roof. The target looked up to see the bunny girl spiraling downward, crashing atop his head, smashing him unto the ground. The dust clears. Reena looks around, catching the young lady in her line of sight. She then, looks down to see the pirate captain, who was unconscious, with a nosebleed. It dawns on Reena that he had seen her underwear during that fall. Enraged, she unleashed her Electro, frying him to a crisp. When the marines showed up to retrieve the captive, he was bludgeoned, scratched to hell and had internal bleeding by the time she was through with him. Reena got the young lady back to her room, making sure she was properly taken care of. The young lady fell asleep on the way back. Reena thought to herself, (Hopefully your brother will have good news for you when he gets back… He has dedicated so much of his life to making you well again…) She sits on the young lady's bed, watching her sleep so soundly, grinning to herself as she remembers the old days when she would play with her and her brother.

On a rainy day, Reena was tidying up Rhea's room. Rhea says to her, “Why don't you just let the maids clean my room? You have work to do right?” Reena replied, “Now now Rhea, I have plenty of time to get my work done. As for the maids, they can use the time off.” Rhea sighs, pressing her index finger and thumb against the center of her brow. Reena says, “Oh wow, I haven't seen this photo in since we were kids!” Rhea chuckles, as she retorts with, “We are still kids. You're only seventeen.” Reena responds, “It's funny. It seems like just yesterday that your parents found me washed up on some island. They took me in and raised me alongside you two, even though I'm not exactly Normal.” Rhea chimes in, “They clearly fell in love with your fuzzy cheeks, fidgety ears and fluffy tail.” Reena starts blushing. She clears her throat before asking Rhea, “Do you remember when you first collapsed from your illness?” Rhea responds, “Gee, kinda hard to keep track of, since all I ever seem to do is fade in and out of consciousness.” Reena pats Rhea's head, adding in, “I'll never forget. Your brother sat by your bedside the entire time you were unconscious. He felt he had to be there if you were to awaken. Unfortunately, the household was short on the medicine you needed and the town was beyond several hills. Not to mention the stormy weather that day. Your brother had to make a choice. Go out and get his sisters medicine, or stay and make sure she stays safe. The duality really got to him. I ended up making the run, since I was the fastest on my feet. I ended up slipping in the mud along the way, hurting my leg along the say there. It was on my way back that I saw your mother out searching for me in the rain; her dress covered in mud. She carried me back to the household, treating my injured leg upon arrival. Once you were well enough to get out of bed, that's when we took this photo.” Rhea said, “I wonder what mother and father are doing right now? Brother hasn't told me anything about them in some time. Have you heard anything Reena?” She didn't know what to tell her. Aiden had sworn Reena to secrecy, as to not provoke Rhea's condition. She stares at the photo for a bit, before calmly responding, “I know about as much as you do…” Rhea looked disappointed. Reena felt bad for keeping secrets from her, but it truly was for her own well-being. She sits down on Rhea's bed, nuzzling her with her nose, saying the word, “Garchu~” Rhea starts laughing, mostly due to the soft fur tickling her, saying aloud, “Quit, it Tickles! Ahahaha!” Reena says to her, “I can't really remember much of anything of my homeland, but when I think of it, the only word that comes to mind is Garchu~! It's what we minks say when showing our affection. Also during some… Intimate attacks.” Rhea asks Reena, “Do you ever wish you could go back to your home?” Reena responds, “What are you talking about, Your family is my home… But, if we are being honest, I would like to find Zou again, at least to see what's become of my homeland. Hey, when you're better, you should come too!” The two share a heart warming laugh, before a Warrant Officer taps Reena's shoulder. She slowly turned her head to see his disgruntled face. He gruffly mutters to Reena, “Master Petty Officer Reena, would you like to explain why there is an unworked pile of paperwork on your desk?!” Reena's eyes start slowly turning to Rhea who had an extremely cheeky smirk. She said, “I'll get on it right away sir!” Zooming out of the room.
