A Marine base on a deserted Island, this base serves as a prison to hold captured pirates and outlaws in. It also serves as a Bounty exchange for Marines and Bounty hunters to receive their share of the bounty.

Bounty Hunters receive all of the bounty as payment for their hired services. If they are working in a group then it is divided up among themselves.
