We know everybody in the Intelli-castle loves to cosplay each other, so Albern and I figured... why not hold a contest involving dressing up as other Intelli-threaders?
Of course it won't be as simple as just exactly copying someone else's avatar and there will be a few other rules, but there will be prizes!

How to participate
On the 8th and 9th of November we'll have everyone do their best to dress up as another Intelli-threader. There will be a few different categories that you might be able to win in such as: Most Accurate, Least Accurate, Funniest, Manliest and Girliest
We will not be judging on how expensive an avatar is, you could make an avatar out of all gold shop items if you so wished. And more than one person can dress up as someone, there's no limits. You could all be Gent clones if you so wanted.
There will also be a few hidden prizes and Quick Themes.
A Quick Theme is where you dress up in a certain theme while still portraying another Intelli-threader. These will be shorter events that take place throughout the day.

Rules
With all contests there are rules, but we'll do our best to not have too many.
1. No exactly matching someone's avatar Get creative - Think of it as more of capturing the essence of someone instead of copying them You don't even have to use the same colours or themes, just as long as we can tell who you're supposed to be
2. No "I am" poses
3. Other then for Quick Themes we'd prefer you to stick to the same avatar throughout the day This rule will just make it easier for us to keep track of and judge the avatars
While not strictly a rule, it might be good to have 2 or 3 outfits prepared.
Some rules might be added or modified between now and the event

We're giving everyone the chance to submit an avatar they'd prefer people to try and imitate. Just post an image of the avatar you'd like to submit and we'll add it here for others to see.

FAQ
So people don't have to ask the same questions over again, I'll add any questions and answers here as they come up.
Q: I know we are not supposed to wear the same items as the person you are dressing up as. However would I be be able to use the same eyes? A: You are allowed to use the same item. The rule is against making the same exact avatar as the person you are cosplaying as.
Q: Will all cosplays be on display somewhere? A: Yeah, I'll put them up in this thread once I've gotten them all.
