I've been reading a few books and in those books they say some gods had affairs with fellow men. Note: Gods not Goddesses
Discuss: Are they gay?

Yes, but i'd say bi-sexual, Zeus and Appollo have had a "lust" for the mortal man in a few instances, one of them was Ganymede, Zeus transformed into a hawk/falcon and carried the "pretty" boy away to mount Olympus to become a cup bearer(there is a famous painting decipting the scene "The Rape of Ganymede"). Appollo had two famous love affairs with men, Cyparissus (Hercule's grand-son) and Hyacinthus(Appollo and his grandson both fought to win Hyacinthus' love, Thamyris, Appollo's grand son is credited to be the first Homosexual). In the end Appollo end up turning his two male lovers into a hyancinth flower(hyancinthus) and a cypress tree(cyparissus) for reasons i don't want to type on about (they both end up dying or being depressed). Hope that was helpful in answering your question. If more people end up being in this discussion, i'll add more detail on why the two lovers were turned into plants.

You have to consider though in greek well atleast roman society there veiws differed from ours and to find another man attractive wasnt a bad thing. The olimpics Were done naked the bath houses would have hundreds of naked men in them at the same time and it wasnt uncommon for stuff like that to happen. You shouldnt be like oh that gods gay! It was more of a sexualy open society so you have to keep that in mind...

I don't really think you can count gods as gay anyways, they're on a class of there own^^
