You can create your own custom devils fruit in this forum, and await mod approval! (note: If you have a custom devils fruit approved, that doesn't mean you automatically own it. You have to either have met the 300,000 exp requirement, or you have to obtain a Devil Fruit Ticket.) Below is a coded format you have to use if you create a devils fruit.

English Name: Light Light Fruit
Type: Logia
Ability Description: The user is able to become, and manipulate light.
Weaknesses: Darkness & Reflective Surfaces.
