Possible Character Movements After setting out the Census (ironic considering how close it is to the night of Christmas) and looking over the data, it seems as though we may have to move some people in order to bring some activity balance to the guild. No one wants to RP on their own but the poor Flash legacy is literally the only person who is in Central City whilst there are numerous villains and heroes seeming huddled in one place.
If we want this guild to work, we're going to have to spread activity. As such, people are going to have to move. Obviously, there are certain people who can't move etc but we can move others.
If you wish to look at the Census it is available here.
If you are open to moving, let us know below if not me and the mods will discuss it between ourselves.
If you have not yet answered the Census please do.
The main targets for movement are: ● Legacies. We can't have you all bunched together in one place. ● Villains. To challenge heroes. ● Misc. I know some of you have your reasons for being Misc but we can't have too many people just wandering about, we may put you in certain cities to bolster activity.
I understand this may be inconvenient but I assure you it's for the best and am appreciative of your cooperation in this matter. Suggested movements will be posted below shortly. Thank you.

Dream Scenario/ Justification
Admittedly, I think for people to understand the Proposed moves and why we as Mods think they should happen, you need to see the ideal situations we have in our minds for each and every city. As such, here are the ideal "Dream" states for each in RP City...
* Key Points in BOLD
Gotham Gotham will always be the territory of the Bat Family and Gotham wouldn't be the same without the Batman Rogues Gallery. So, we know that the Legacies and Cannons that are heavily associated with Gotham are definite keepers. However, I think that Gotham would also benefit from having more harsh, human street-level heroes and being Gotham, the darkest of all the DC cities, a villain population that outnumbers the heroes (More Cannons if possible).
Metropolis Metropolis is pretty much the Capital City of the DC Comic's version of America; as such, it would make most sense if this was the city that was most under threat. It would be somewhat comparable with a Kaiju film as powerful Villains take on the role of Godzilla and Metropolis Tokyo.
However, Superman is around so it may not be a completely lost cause. Unless he takes a Man of Steel Approach to stuff... In which case, a couple of supporting heroes of Superman's level (but mostly under it) would not go amiss.
Coast City Coast City has seen its fair share of disaster. It was blown up by the Cyborg Superman, Hank Henshaw taking almost 7 million lives with it and since then has had to hold off invasions from the Sinestro Corps and the Black Lanterns. But like the Green Lanterns that call it home, Coast City has never surrendered! So, it would be good for Coast to have a selection of strong villains similar to Metropolis (only smaller) in order to combat not only the Green Lantern but a small band of heroes too. A food for thought might be to try and make this the place for up and coming Custom Heroes.
Central City Central City was recently described in Arrow by Ollie as "a place where the sun always shines". So, with that in mind, I think maybe keeping in line with that statement and the Flash Comic books in general; we should make this a less harsher place to be. I think bringing in heroes without superpowers to take on villains similar to the Rogues could make Central a great place to RP not just for the Flash Legacy but everyone in general.
Atlantis and Thymescira Atlantis and Thymescira are far too specialized to just move people into. However, it would be nice to see more Custom Atlanteans/ Amazons in them rather than just the obvious Legacies and Canonical Villains.
Misc There needs to be a lot less villains and heroes just wandering about. If you could fit your character in a City, it would be a better scenario then just making a thread and teleporting from place to place. We will rehome those who are unsure.
A Note on Washington Washington has been empty in both iterations of the guild. So, we may demote it from thread status and put important topics like the Whitehouse and Pentagon in the Misc Forum.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN QUOTED BELOW. PLEASE DISCUSS WITH US THE VIABILITY OF YOU MOVING ETC BELOW.

Proposed Character Movements These are the current proposed character movements that me and Uchiha Zakoichi have thought about. If we think your character has the capacity to move, we will quote you and our reasons for thinking that you could relocate will be located within the quote.
Please don't feel as though you need to move if told to, we're open to negotiations and change. However, if you do move, please Roleplay out the move from one city to another; DO NOT DISREGARD PAST HISTORY! MOVING DOES NOT RESET YOUR CHARACTER!
Shrrom Fu Currently there are three HUGE hitting Legacies in Metropolis (Superman, Shazam and yourself). I was wondering if you would open to moving to one of two places? The first is Central City, a more relaxed City which would suit Vancello's personality and attitude and therefore, develop him. It could also be very helpful for Flash to at least have someone who can hit hard rather than fast. If not Central, I think Gotham would be quite good. Now hear me out. Gotham is probably the easiest place to score drugs and, as an addict,it could be an interesting fight of his conscience; it would be like he wants to do good in this City but doing so would remove his main source of recreation and addiction.
Suki the Siren Taliana being in metropolis makes sense. She wants to be a singer, Metropolis is the capital, there are lots of things going on in Metropolis and a lot of wealthy people to help her reach her goal. However... I think Taliana would be more suited to Gotham. She's pretty Brutal and Black Canary has been known to have links to Gotham. So, I think it would be good to put her in Batman's area to help out. You never know, you may even be able to form the Birds of Prey!
Punished Knight The problem I have with Red Arrow is that I don't quite know where to put him. Where he is right now, I don't think that he's going to be able to deal with the threats that could be hitting the City. I think maybe putting him in Central, with his personality, would be the better thing to do for him. That way, you can have as much fun as you like without worrying you're going to die every time Witty shows up whilst also exposing the darker side of the "Sunshine City" with your drug or substance abuse.
killer-wolf-kun Me and Zak are confused as what to do with Arcanus. We may be thinking of putting him up in his own topic in the debate forum thanks to current issues that we're having whilst reading his profile. It's not a huge problem but there are some inconsistencies and errors that make it hard to follow the profile. Zak should be posting it up soon. Then we'll see where we can go from there. biggrin It's our fault. We should have spotted it during approval.
Deviant Cannon Morin is interesting and as much as I like the thought of an Amazon just wandering about Man's World; it is rare and usually doesn't happen. Could she go back to Thymescira? I know it's a little annoying and you want to learn about stuff but I think Wonderboy, especially after Ruby, would (and should) call back all pioneering Amazons. You could help Damien out around the Island or when he goes on his crusades to save the World? So, technically, you can still travel but are based on Thym.
Tuffosaurus Braydon is hard to place and will take me some thinking. Hold tight!
Sean Bito Azjin could go to Gotham, there are gangs upon gangs who need arming. So, basing in him Gotham would not only help the City and give it a difficult villain for its heroes to fight but be profitable. Also, he'd be welcome with open arms, he killed the Hawks! He could still travel but his main base would be Gotham.
Ron of Wolves Mykyr should be based in Metropolis. Sure, you can travel between realms but it would be better for you to have a human base in the human world in order to try and bring activity to the City. Plus, why would he continually hide in his realm when his human self would want to live in the Human World? He also fits our Godzilla scenario well.
Aquos Dragoa Agrona seems like she would fit in within Central. She's quite delicate and fair but packs a mean punch. She'd be somene good to throw against the likes of Flash.
COULD YOU ACTUALLY SAY YAY OR NAY!

I have been asked in the mod chat to move Evie to Gotham, which I simply cannot do. I have too much story and planning invested in Coast, and she isn't mentally or emotionally strong enough to handle being in Gotham. She needs a strong positive mindset and influence, as well as strong emotional support, practically a partner, things she likely won't find in Gotham. There is nothing for her in Gotham, no reason for her to go, realistically, she would avoid that city like the plague unless someone took her there and then left her, which would leave her feeling abandoned and even more depressed than ever. She needs to recover, not get worse.

In order to become strong, we sometimes need to be pushed passed our limits and yeah, as much as you have stuff invested in Coast; Eevie is Arthur's Second Coming and I feel as though she would move towards the more darker areas of the world in order to "purify" them. Gotham is the darkest. You don't have to. I actually didn't propose Eevie's move and only became interested after it was suggested. It makes sense and I think that it would be an awesome bit of development for you.
