Hello everyone.

This your guild Captain, Echo Penn, bringing you another guild law, adding to the long list of commandments already established within the guild, lol.

THE LAW OF RESPECT is about making sure the Anime Voice Acting Guild remains a safe and progressive place for guild members to express their thoughts, ideas, and opinions. If you are familiar with how the people of the internet first response is to lash out at anyone who is outspoken about their ideals (namely an opinion or critique about certain subjects). If you wish to critique a piece of work, music, animation, books, video games, ect you are encourage to do so. If you are reading the critique of a fellow guild member and you wish to add your thoughts onto their post, remember to calmly express your ideals to "said" person without discrediting their opinions or attacking their character.

Just a little bit of advice.

If you wish to have your opinions taken seriously, try to re-frame from swearing so much in your post. Now try to relax everyone. I am not trying to regulate free speech, that was just a small piece of advice you are welcome to try whenever you engage in a conversation / debate with another guild member. If you choose not to swear in your response to another member's post, you will most likely be perceived as genuine in your reply. To increase your chances of receiving positive feedback from outside party members who wish to engage in the conversation, lack of profanity, derogatory name calling, and vicious attack towards guild member may allow other member's to take your opinions a little bit more seriously. Posting calm, non-defensive, responses within the guild forum, can help express your thoughts in a more intelligent manner.

Once again I am reminding my fellow guild members I am NOT trying to regulate how you should express yourself. I am NOT trying to regulate free speech. The previous post was just a small piece of advice I wanted to share with you all.

People are so obsess with shouting, " FREE SPEECH " they take it upon themselves to deny any responsibility for what they say! Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from responsibility! Any guild member caught breaking THE LAW OF RESPECT will be banned from the guild immediately without any warnings! Any further harmful discretion towards the guild or it's members will be reported towards the gaian administrators!

Do not attack a guild member's character, threaten, or slander their name directly, indirectly within the Anime Voice Acting Guild.

I have created several forums on various topics I wish to engage my guild members on. One topic forum titled, " Animation Review " is located within the sub-forums.

If you wish to review any animation the guild puts out, I would love to hear what you think. You are more than welcome to review or critique the animations, writing, art, voice acting, music anything that can help build up the animation process.

The whole point in engaging with other guild members, sharing opinions and expressing ideas is to help improve the work we do in this guild. We can help each other by critiquing this guild if you want to, lol ! In fact, some of you already have critique this guild sometime before. All of us should take responsibility in making sure the Anime Voice Acting Guild is a safe haven for guild members to express themselves.
