I was going to post this in fan-made stuff, but the most recent post was in January, so I thought it might be considered bumping. ^_^;; Hopefully starting a new thread for this isn't a bad thing.

I'm an amateur voice actor with a bunch of other crazy geeks, and we like to dub stuff with our own voices. Some fans think fandubbing rocks. Some fans hate it because they think subs are the only way to go. Love it or hate it, here are some fandubs of HiME and Otome that we've done.

Any constructive comments? If you think subtitles are the only way to truly enjoy anime, that's great, but not very helpful. If you think it would sound better if we left out things like -chan and -san, then that's a helpful comment.

XD interesting. Some of it was good. I adored Takumi and Nagi's voices, Nao's was alright, as was Mai's and the nuns and some other's.

I'll agree that Natsuki's was sort of deep. She talks boyish but whoa, a little manly there, especially at the begining. Sounded better towards the end of ep ten.

I would advise NOT redoing opening clips. This rarely works even when pro dubbers do it and well.. it didn't work too well in this either, no offense to anyone who was singing.

Natsuki sounds like she's really straining to be... XD manly? This is unnecessary.

Haruka's jokes, Shizuru's hawt, Nao's cool, Takumi and Nagi are cool too.

But I'm biased, because... LOL Nagi sounds like a friend of mineeee XDDDD
