EmarI walked alongside Solas as they approached the main entrance to the keep at skyhold. There were courtyards, different buildings and even stables. Emari smiled and spun around to look at all the space "this is even bigger than the town"
"Hopefully this will suffice" Solas said

"Snowman building all year round!" Nym shouted.

Rafa wondered over to the stable putting his horse there. He frowned takeing a few steps away from it then stopping. He hated leaveing him, after all it was his only friend when he traveled.
"Coming?" Nora shouted. "Lets check out some of the buildings!" She smiled excitedly.
"Y-yeah..." He shouted patting the horses head. "Stay... ok?" He then turned and dashed to catch up to Nora..who didn't really wait for him as she wondered threw the streets.

Cullen and Cassandra fallowed Emari and Solas. "Hello!" Cullen shouted wondering if he could hear his echo. He earned a look of 'really?' from Cassandra. "What... If anyone answers we know to get out before they get mad right?"
Cassandra face palmed.

Emari wandered the halls, eventually finding what appeared to be a library. It was circular, two stories high and had old tattered books lying on the floor. She walked up to one of the bookcase and took a dusty book out. She leaned against the railing of the rotunda and opened the book, flipping quickly through the pages
"This will be useful for when we need to research the history of this demon" Solas stated, leaning against the wall at the end of the staircase. He had been watching her but she seemed oblivious the entire time.
Emari dropped the book and fumbled to try and catch it. It landed on the floor with loud thump that echoed through the halls. A cloud of dust puffed into her face and she coughed, waving it away. "How long have you been there??"
"I have been following behind you since you entered the castle." He said solemnly. "You did not appear to notice, or mind"
Emari reached down and picked up the book, placing it back in the shelf she had taken it from. "It's rather impolite and creepy to follow someone."
"I have to make sure you do not hurt yourself or end up in trouble" he said with a shrug.
"I think I can take care of myself" she said with a frown "I took down a bear not too long ago"
He stopped leaning against the wall and walked over to her, reaching out his hand "Come. There is a part of the castle I think you will like"
Emari frowned and looked at him suspiciously, moving her eyes from his feet all the way to his head. "Why should I trust you?"
"It appears you already do. And you also do not have much of another choice at this point" he said, beckoning her with his hand.
Emari reached out and took his hand slowly, a frown on her face the entire time "don't forget I killed a bear today. I'll do the same to you"
Solas chuckled and lead her to te opposite end of the castle "I do not doubt you could stab me with a dagger the way you did to that bear. But the bear did not have magic"

Cole shuffled up behind Nora and her friend. "Hello." he said, looking as if he was looking right into their souls

Solas took Emari to a large room at the top of a staircase. It had two huge balconies and a very old bed, couch and desk in it. She assumed it had been someone's room at one point. Someone important. Solas let go of her hand and pointed to one of the rugged balconies. "Go take a look. I think you will enjoy it"
"If this balcony cracks and I fall to my death I will torment you until the day you die when I'm a spirit" Emari muttered, slowly and cautiously stepping out onto the balcony. She smiled and gasped slightly when she saw...well everything. In front of her were the large snow-capped mountains, the outlying forests next to them and in the distance. Off to the side was the inner part of Skyhold with all of the doors to the homes, stables and castle entrance. "Talk about a room with a view" Emari said to herself "You can see all of Thedas from up here"
"I thought you would enjoy the view here, even with the snow" Solas said, leaning against the inner edge of the arch that led to the balcony. Emari jumped and quickly punched him in the arm "Would you stop scaring me like that? One of these days I'll end up accidentally killing you"
"It might not been seen as an accident" Solas joked. "Look down there. It's Nora and her friend"
Emari leaned against what was left of the banister on the balcony, watching the two. Solas joined, leaning on his side and watching.
"He is a half elf. I do not know how it happened or how he is still alive, but Nora seems to be oblivious" Solas said, keeping his eyes targeted on Rafa
Emari sighed "Yeah, I don't know if he realizes how problematic his heritage is"
"I would not even credit it to be a heritage" Solas said with a grumble "seth'lin"
Emari looked at him with a frown "He did not choose to be a half-elf. It appears he didn't get the benefits of looking mostly human since he's a nomad. Just...try and be as friendly as you can with him. At least until we know he is not a threat"
Solas sighed and furrowed his brow, moving his eyes away from Rafa and to Emari instead "If that is what you want. You are much more open-hearted than I."
Emari quickly looked away from him, slightly embarrassed. "Let's see how long it takes for them to notice us"

"I like it here. There's lots of space for the people. Lots of space to help" Cole said with a nod "Embarassment. Do I trust him? Why is he always by me" Cole muttered, then spinning around to look at Solas and Emari on the balcony. Solas had his arms crossed and was watching Emari. Emari waved to Cole.
"She's nice. I see why he likes her" Cole said, slowly shuffling away

Emari smiled seeing Nora dragging Rafa to them "It's nice she has a friend I guess."
Solas frowned and narrowed his eyes "They're coming up here"
"Well of course they are, I waved at them. And who wouldn't want to see me?" She said jokingly.
"He likes seeing you" Cole said, suddenly standing behind Solas. Solas lost his balance when scared by him and quickly grabbed hold of the brick wall next to him. "Cole, you really must learn to announce yourself"
Emari jumped and gripped the railing of the balcony tighter. "By the dread wolf, Cole. You're going to scare me to death one of these days. "Who likes looking at me? You, Cole? Rafa?"
Cole shook his head "You already know. You just haven't accepted it"
Emari grumbled and moved back into the room, sitting on top of the old desk waiting for Nora and Rafa to arrive
